The Best Hotels and Resorts in Asia: The Gold List 2025

"Silver domes, hand-painted art on the walls, suites with courtyards and plunge pools, marble fountains, and intricately carved statues of pachyderms play their part in the overall scheme of this palace hotel. Spread across eight acres, the 200-key property is nestled in the foothills of the lush Aravalli hills with rooms, restaurants, and villas laid out in a beautifully planned amalgam of indoor and outdoor spaces. The terrace, with its domes and chhatris (named after the famous Hawa Mahal in Jaipur’s old city), is perfect for private meals under the stars. What makes The Leela stand out in a city of palace hotels is its integration with Jaipur by way of its art and culture and a curation of experiences including private access for guests to Jaigarh Fort and the City Palace as well as its glamorous soirees like the Writer’s Ball during the Jaipur Literature Festival and the much-feted Leela Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Polo Cup during the season. The Leela Palace Jaipur (Jaipur, Rajasthan) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"No hotel under the Leela banner is anything less than luxurious, and the Leela Palace Jaipur, set on a nine-acre estate at a comfortable remove from the city, is no exception. It’s a fitting tribute to Jaipur, a town that certainly knows its palaces, and as beautifully ornate as it may be, it’s also a state-of-the-art luxury hotel." - Tablet Hotels

My recent stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur, Rajasthan was an exceptional experience that truly merits a 5-star review. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the palace’s breathtaking architecture, luxurious ambiance, and the warm hospitality that reflects the true essence of Rajasthan. Every aspect of the property—from the beautifully maintained rooms to the serene surroundings—showed remarkable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering world-class service. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the housekeeping trainee, " Mr. Aniruddha " whose sincerity, professionalism, and meticulous approach to cleanliness made a noticeable difference during my stay. Despite being in training, their dedication to ensuring comfort, maintaining high standards, and treating guests with genuine respect was truly admirable. Their hard work and positive attitude stood out, and I sincerely wish them great success in their career. And Special thanks for - • Our butler, Mr. Akshat, for his outstanding care and attentiveness. • Mr. Vatsalya Mehrotra, for coordinating everything so seamlessly with warmth and detail. • GM, Mr. Pandey, for ensuring the experience was perfect in every way. • The room staff who decorated everything with so much effort and love. Experiences like these make The Leela Palace Jaipur a memorable place to stay, and I look forward to returning again. 🫶

We had the best experience in Jaipur so far. The service was excellent, and the property is beautiful. Anchal treated us very well. Hospitality is becoming increasingly rare these days. The staff is having so much pressure of work that u can see on their faces, i have seen this in another hotels but The Leela was superb and Anchal served us very well and with a smiling face. I haven't really understood the services of many hotels in Jaipur, but Leela's service was the best. The hotel is a little outside the city, so it's difficult to get there frequently. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Everyone should definitely go to Leela.

The Leela Palace Jaipur truly lives up to its royal name! From the moment you enter, the majestic architecture and warm hospitality make you feel like royalty. The property is beautifully designed with traditional Rajasthani elements, lush gardens, and serene surroundings perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully done. The staff go above and beyond to ensure comfort and make your stay memorable. The dining experience is top-notch, especially the breakfast spread and fine dining options. Though it’s located slightly away from the city center, the peaceful environment and stunning views more than make up for it. A perfect choice for those who want a blend of heritage, elegance, and world-class service in Jaipur.

Our stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. From the warm welcome to the grand farewell with flower petals, every single detail was filled with thoughtfulness and royal warmth. We stayed in the Plunge Pool Room, which was simply outstanding – private, luxurious, and perfect for creating unforgettable memories. The curated high tea, in-room breakfast, sapling plantation, and the Jamavar dinner (the best food I’ve ever had) made our stay even more special. The birthday surprise for my mother was beautifully planned and touched our hearts deeply. Special thanks to: • Our butler, Mr. The Jharoka Bar was so classy and elegant, and the farewell send-off was like a true royal moment. This is not just a hotel stay – it’s a once-in-a-lifetime royal experience. Everyone should visit The Leela Palace Jaipur at least once to feel this magic. — Mr. Singh

1. Stunning 5 ⭐️ palace hotel with Rajputana charm, nestled in Aravalli hills. ( Always check multiple platform to book eg Traveluro, vio etrip for best price) 2. Approx 20-30 min from Jaipur city, opulent Mughal-Rajput design, feels like a royal mahal. 3. Rooms are spacious, regal, with modern amenities, properly maintained and clean. 4. Superb dinning with multi cuisine. Must check romantic al fresco dining and personalized staff and butlers elevate the experience. 5. Must visit “Mohan Lal” restaurant runs on zero electricity, operating by candlelight which adds to the unique and atmospheric dining experience. (NOTE: Reservation require) 6. Top-notch spa, pool, gym, kids area, cultural performances add flair. 7. Perfect for luxury seekers wanting a memorable royal escape on premium price.

This was far above a lot of 5 star hotels we've stayed at! It's hard to fault anything in this hotel... it's simply stunning! We stayed for 3 nights and would've loved to have extended our stay. The pool and Spa facilities were clean, the grounds were impeccable and the restaurant had delicious food... not only were the breakfasts amazing with their made to order dosa, parathas, etc. But their pastry and bread selections were absolutely perfect... that's one thing I didn't find in the other 4 hotels we stayed at on our tour! The only negative comment would be to pre-warn your guests if you're having work done and put them in rooms away from works in progress for a peaceful stay.

Lovely hotel. Food was incredible. Chef made us sandwiches to order and prepared us breakfast as we left at 5am. Our room villa had a plunge pool and a cozy area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only negative point is that when there is a function in the hotel or the next hotel, it is quite loud. Once you are in the room you don’t hear noise. Also, construction in the hotel was a little bothersome. Workers were walking around by the pool so I did not feel comfortable to lie by the pool in a bikini Nonetheless, if I were to come back, would love to come back to the hotel
