"Silver domes, hand-painted art on the walls, suites with courtyards and plunge pools, marble fountains, and intricately carved statues of pachyderms play their part in the overall scheme of this palace hotel. Spread across eight acres, the 200-key property is nestled in the foothills of the lush Aravalli hills with rooms, restaurants, and villas laid out in a beautifully planned amalgam of indoor and outdoor spaces. The terrace, with its domes and chhatris (named after the famous Hawa Mahal in Jaipur’s old city), is perfect for private meals under the stars. What makes The Leela stand out in a city of palace hotels is its integration with Jaipur by way of its art and culture and a curation of experiences including private access for guests to Jaigarh Fort and the City Palace as well as its glamorous soirees like the Writer’s Ball during the Jaipur Literature Festival and the much-feted Leela Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Polo Cup during the season. One of the most beautiful properties in Jaipur, although a bit further away from old Jaipur city. The property has been very tastefully designed and the rooms offer ultimate level of comfort. We really enjoyed the wide variety of foods offered for breakfasts and dinners. They offer a warm welcome by traditional dance and music and seamless check in services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at Leela Jaipur, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First and foremost, the door lock to my room didn’t work! Imagine the anxiety of being in a supposedly luxurious hotel, only to feel completely unsafe in your own room. I reported the issue to the staff, but they were utterly unresponsive. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, and it felt like I was speaking into a void. To top it all off, I paid a premium price for what I expected to be a five-star experience. Instead, I felt more like a nuisance than a valued guest. The lack of attention and care from the staff was astonishing. If you value your safety and expect basic hospitality, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Leela Jaipur did not live up to its reputation, and I left feeling frustrated and let down. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its guests! The front desk actively lied and said management was notified. Is that good enough of an excuse for a 5 star hotel?

On arrival they greet you with smiles and a traditional Rajasthani welcome, including showering you in rose petals. Simple check-in and escorted to our rooms. ||The property is large and well maintained, staff always greet you and accommodate your requests. Rooms are large and well equipped. ||We spent most of the day and touring Jaipur so ate breakfast at the hotel and due to age restrictions at the other restaurants, we ate many dinners at Sukh Mahal, the main restaurant. ||While adults would marvel at the beautiful property, my kids were drawn to the super friendly staff, in particular chef Pushpinder and our server Praveen at Sukh Mahal. They met us every time we ate at the restaurant and due to my daughter’s dairy allergy, they ensured we knew what was safe for her to eat and chef made custom meals and desserts particularly for her. ||Praveen was a great server, knowing our drink orders and already bringing them over when we sat down. ||Def a recommendation for others to stay at this property.

Amazing staff who genuinely make you feel at home! The palace suite was super spacious and beautiful. The hotel is a bit dated which is sometimes annoying. But the choice and quality of food and the service make it very luxurious! The kids playroom was also a really good thing.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur , It was truly an unforgettable experience. This hotel is a must-stay for anyone visiting the iconic Leela Jaipur, as it offers a level of luxury, safety, and comfort like no other. Excellent food and experiencing the hotel’s famous breakfast spread is an experience I know I won’t soon forget, and was yet another special way for me to enjoy my time admiring the Leela Palace. Special mention of Mr. Manoj from the Sukh Mahal Restaurant and Chef Pushpendra. Morning Flute played by Hemant at the breakfast hours were exceptional!

My arrival at Leela Palace Jaipur was disappointing. Due to a mix-up, another family and I were placed in a single room with one king bed instead of the two rooms we had booked. We then waited in the room for nearly an hour while the issue was resolved. The handling of the situation felt purely transactional, leaving us feeling disregarded. For a hotel with a reputedly exceptional standard, I expected a more professional approach—one that prioritised guest experience over profit. That said, the bed was very comfortable, the staff throughout the property were attentive, and the spa experience on day two was exceptional.

I am stayed in many properties but this was wonderful experience . Vaishali is very calm and professional . Prabhat also good in his work . Leela is the best . Housekeeping service extra ordinary. I was to express my feelings but I don't have words to explain . The set up that they have done for me was outstanding . |Love you all .||Thanku all
