We were fortunate to experience the incredible butler service, and Janvi made our stay extraordinary. She went above and beyond, treating us like family and ensuring every detail of our trip was memorable. She is an invaluable asset to The Leela. Every member of staff we met radiated warmth and professionalism. Combined with the spectacular setting, it made our stay unforgettable. We had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur, celebrating a special milestone - my birthday and my lovely niece's birthday bash! The team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They upgraded our room, which was already luxurious, but the real highlight was the outstanding hospitality. The manager's attention to detail was impressive, ensuring every need was met with precision and care. From the warm welcome to yoga class , kids play area , gym and the farewell, the entire staff was courteous, friendly, and genuinely eager to please. They added a personal touch to our celebration, making it a truly memorable experience. The only thing that would have made it even better was if the evening buffet had remained as a buffet option instead of being converted to à la carte - that would have allowed us to sample more of the delicious dishes. Nonetheless, the food menu and service was top-notch. If you're looking for a truly regal experience in Jaipur to celebrate a special occasion, look no further than The Leela Palace. Was here for company's off site outing. Great food. The mutton dishes that were served were some of the best I have had in long long time. Rooms were real luxury and the service was top notch. Would recommend it for spending some quality and relaxing time.
