The Library Food Club

It was my first time here, And i must say the entrance to the venue is pretty cool. The service is amazing as well from staff being very attentive to us and our orders and the complimentary snacks was awesome, until we actually ordered from the menu. I was left a bit dissapointed in the hype of the menu to what was served, we ordered the trio of tacos (Birria Tacos, Line Fish and pulled pork) and I must say the food needed seasoning, The presentation of the meals are great. All in all its a great concept, just the food needs to be a bit more in terms of taste.

We booked months in advance and were wowed by the unique concept, great service, and fantastic drinks. The guac was amazing, and the mini tacos were packed with flavor. Unfortunately, the rest of the food didn’t live up to the hype. Great spot for small bites and vibes—but not a full dinner experience.

Had a lovely dinner date here with my boyfriend and the food was top tier! Its such a unique experience and restaurant from the front door to the menu being explained and watching them make your own custom guacamole for the table!

Waited a while to get a reservation and we were not disappointed. From the moment you enter through a bookshelf door, down the stairs onto the secret library. The staff are attentive, the food was delicious and I enjoyed our micktails. The manager Dean made recommendations on what to order and we really enjoyed these. The complimentary guacamole has to be one of the best iv had. What an absolute delight.

We had a wonderful experience at The Library Food Club! From arriving to a "bookshelf door" to walking into the uniquely different dining space. The intimate space, with bespoke decor and attentive staff all added to a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The food was excellent! The guacamole that is prepared table-side is probably the best I have ever tasted!! We order a wide range of dishes from fish, to steak and even vegetarian tomales - and we were enjoyed every bite. Truly a special little hidden gem! We will definitely be back.

What a treat. Entering behind a hidden bookcase, then making it down the classic staircase into a fabulous hidden library, with, gorgeous decor, and solids wooden tables. Each decorated uniqely. Dean, greeted and welcomed us into this magical space. We were treated to a delish shooter, and the complimentary guacamole, which was morish, and we gobbled up. Our mains we increadibly tasty, flavours bursting with each bite. We ordered potato fritas, and charred corn as sides. Deserts were equaly tasty, and yummy. We had such a fun evening, and loved every biteful of food. I will certainly return for another fun experience of delishiousness.

If you are looking for an unique experience, this is the place. From walking through a bookcase, then down a flight of stairs into a beautifully curated restaurant of antique furniture, Persian carpets, books, art, and bronze palm lampshades, to the perfect lighting that sets the mood, my senses were overjoyed. The host comes to each table and goes through their menu, which is helpful because they have a wide selection of options. I can’t remember the names of what we ordered, we just picked and waited. Let me tell you, everything was delicious and tasty. Fillet was soft and the pork was tender, all the ingredients on the plate came together so perfectly, it was so tasty 🤤. Service 10 Ambience 10 Food 10 Music 10 Decor 10 My husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves.

We booked here for my partners birthday. While the food was delicious, we unfortunately had an allergy incident. While ordering our food, we alerted the waiter that my partner was allergic to peanuts. We ordered a starter that we were told was peanut free. However, once my partner bit into the meal, he quickly alerted me that there must be peanuts in it and that we needed to leave for the hospital. While we understand that mistakes happen, this is not acceptable from such a high end restaurant. Unfortunately, we also didn’t feel that the staff treated us with the urgency that the situation required. I’m posted this because I feel it necessary to escalate for the safety of others. Sincerely,
