We again choose to stay at the Library and booked a room type of "room allocated on arrival", but we guessed we would get the entry level smart studio. Whilst we appreciate that it is not necessary to reward repeat customers, it would have been nice to feel appreciated considering the distance we travelled to stay at this particular hotel. When we asked about an upgrade in room type given this was our 4th visit we were left starring at each other for 5-10 mins until a manager appeared and curtly informed us that we had booked a smart studio room, which was incorrect, and that our room wasn't ready (which wasn't an issue for us). What was an issue was when our room was finally ready the bin still had the previous guests flight details in it.|Stepping away from reception we decided to begin our holiday with out the appreciation of the reception staff.|While I did enjoy this holiday there were many pages missing from this chapter. Bar staff were more invisiable than visiable, then to have staff at your table every 5 mins while having breakfast.|The buildings themselves are in desperate need of attention, as this hotel prides itself on it's contemporary pristine white minimal lofts are sure needing immediate action to address various issues. Even the bar fridge made more noise than the air conditioning.|Given everything in this review it didn't distract from our visit but the money you pay you expect better. The staff were all friendly around the grounds|Will we return, yes but with a little intrepidation.|Hope the next chapter makes for better reading
