The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar, Dubai Design District

I had a very kind waiter serve me. Apart from that. Food here is a joke! Overpriced for what you get. 75 dirhams for small avocado toast. And 7 dirhams for tiny pieces of mushrooms. The plant based brand milk they use is really bad.

I tried their night brunch and it was awesome. There is a wide selection of delicious starters and mains from different types of cuisines. The service team is friendly and efficient. There is a live singer that adds to the good ambience. The grilled octopus and the double chocolate cake are highly recommended to try.

The food here was amazing. There were 20 of us, and none of us could fault it. Service was great and a nice chilled, relaxing atmosphere inside.

For our relaxed Sunday lunch ritual, we decided to give The Lighthouse a try. Located in Dubai Design District, the venue has a chic and elegant atmosphere and has Mediterranean-inspired menu. Their menu has good options and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered appetizers, mains and desserts along with cocktails. Everything was fresh, flavorful and amazing. We loved the refreshing cocktails too.

Service is top notch as always, but unfortunately the food did not match. We ordered Burrata, Calamari, steak and fries and eggs Benedict. The starters were good, otherwise the rest was not due to the fact that the eggs Benedict were supposed to be medium and we got it well done. Fries were greasy. Staff did apologize for the inconvenience and removed the eggs from bill which I appreciate 👍

My recent brunch experience at Lighthouse was nothing short of exceptional. The attentive restaurant staff ensured that our needs were met promptly, and the service was impressively quick. The live music and breathtaking view of the Khalifa added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. However, the true star of the show was the high-quality food. The desserts, particularly the carrot cake, stood out as some of the best I've encountered in Dubai.

The branch is very beautiful and the place as well, but what I didn’t like is that the menu is not the same as the one in Emirates Mall; some items are missing. I don’t understand what prevents having pizza on the menu, and this is the main reason that makes me hesitate to visit the restaurant. I hope there will be an adjustment or a change in the menu. Lovely dinner spot in D3. We had our Valentine's Day dinner and it was amazing! Night brunch includes unlimited starters, 1 main and dessert. Every dish was delicious, superb service and live music and DJ create an unforgettable experience. Totally recommend!
