The Lights of Christmas

This was a lot better than I expected. They even have their own little radio station playing Christmas music as you go through. It's not timed to anything it just is on a loop I'm sure for the entire duration of the event. The under the Sea portion of it was a big hit in the car. I liked all of it but that was really good. I was really impressed surprisingly with the mountains. They look so awesome!

Absolutely must see! 9.7M lights plus music, ice skating, cocoa, food, and holiday cheer makes a night here a Christmas season to remember. It's even better with friends and a party bus to drive you through it and pick you up when you're ready to go.

This was my families first year attending the Lights of Christmas. What an experience! My kids are 6 and 11, this was perfect. Getting checked in was easy. They just scanned your phone via the email sent when purchased. They had a variety of lights from gingerbread candy land, the sea with jellyfish, nutcrackers, snowmen, etc. A snowman and reindeer were wondering around, one at each stopping point that you could get pictures with. Santa and Mrs Claus were at the second stopping point and you could get pictures with them also. There were snacks and drinks available, gift shops, a little ballet show. Such a variety of fun and family enjoyment. We were there about an hour in total. Most of it is driving through until you get to the two stopping points. Thank you all for the incredible experience, the hard work put in to making this event happen and fun time! We will most definitely be back.

Our experience was completely outstanding The lights were mesmerizing. We took so many beautiful pictures. They have very kind and knowledgeable staff. So many picture booths and kids activities like Penguin putt and many more were available there. They have very cute collections of Christmas themed necklaces and toys. Kids loved the donuts as well. It was so convenient to take family pics with Santa. It was our second visit but we enjoyed the beauty of lighting in cold windy weather.

Location is little remote but the overall structure of the entire drive is very well organized and there is plenty to do in the activities stops. The lightings were very meticulously designed. Liked it and would recommend for things to do with family.

Great location to see christmas light. A good portion of it is drive through.So if the weather is not great, you can stay. Santa and lots of shopping opportunities as well.

Beautiful. Kind and helpful staff. The activity night was what we chose. It made it more fun with lots of picture opps. They have glow putt putt golf for $2 per person. Fun!

We went for the first time this year and we got the Activity stop ticket . When we left it was towards 11pm & the staff directing traffic gave us FREE apple cider doughnuts . There are so many things to do when u purchase the Activity stops ticket because u have the stores, all the photo ops, some characters that come around as well like Santa and Mrs Clause , the Talking Tree & Frosty the Snowman . The drive thru of lights was pretty - but I feel like we got our moneys worth due to the stops where we were able to get out .

Total garbage. Check out the "light maze" (a wide open basketball court with almost no lights). Or perhaps crowd around the fire which was big enough for one large man (who literally blocked children from enjoying the fire). The lights are pathetic and very gaudy (the LED lighting is harsh and not Christmas vibes at all) My 11 year old's favorite part was the lights we saw at the casino 15 miles before getting here. Her second favorite part was the casino lights on the way back down. Her third favorite part was the lights on a particularly festive cannabis dispensary. The FOURTH favorite was the $6 cookie we got at one of the "activity spots" lol. I'm going to get my money back from Costco, this was not as promised and honestly made Christmas this year far worse. I can't believe they charge $40 for this; it's mostly volunteer labor and they keep asking for "donations" (they "donate" this money to themselves to pay for community tickets because heaven forbid they let poor people in for free! It's not that kind of charity after all, it's the money making kind! Seriously: doing NOTHJNG is better than this farce of a lights display. Shameful money grab and it's embarrassing Costco is selling tickets to something so undervalued and slopped together.

We love going to The Lights of Christmas. It's a fun night. Lots of great displays. Also food and beverages available.

What an amazing experience. This is a beautiful way to remind you of the true meaning of Christmas along with family fun. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The kids loved seeing and talking with Santa. We enjoyed yummy donuts and kettle corn. They also have a couple of gift shops that were fun shopping in. Go and enjoy it. I bought our tickets at Costco and saved about $12.00.

An absolute must holiday adventure for the family! Go see Santa, Bruce the Spruce and listen to your favorite holiday classics as you drive down the Lights of Christmas display. Enjoy some delicious donuts and a nice hot apple cider or a bag of kettle corn as you take cute photos in the light maze. We really enjoyed coming for the first time, everyone was extremely helpful with recommendations for which activities to check out. We were able to bring our dog as long as he stayed in the car. We recommend taking them out before arriving as you cannot take them out and can't take about an hour. Happy Holiday!

Well arranged & well executed! We arrived a bit late due to traffic and they did not mind! Don't think there is an open ticket both as everyone seem to have a prior booking. They routes are well arranged and enough for folks to drive around easily and take pictures or videos. They have a strict policy of people to remain in their cars and get out only during certain sections for breaks. The lights were amazing, good for all ages. The park is split into various themes and the lights and props are arranged accordingly. They should have this for all holidays and not just Christmas! Loved their caramel kettle corn!

They need to revert back to the way it was pre-pandemic. We went for many years but I don't enjoy the drive thru experience. I won't return if it stays a drive thru.

A really good time for the family. The drive through nature of the event made it much more accessible for my parents. The stops were really engaging. The light maze was cute and the rustic town scene was really huge. The staff was friendly and did a great job patiently direction traffic. We'll definitely be back next year.

I recently found out about The Lights of Christmas and decided to bring my family here on a weeknight to get into the spirit of the season. We had no idea what to expect. It was Thursday and traffic around 6 was so-so. The recent snowy weather made for a slower go of things, but actually added to the scenery once we got up there. There are a couple of ways to get there, according to the map app. I suggest trying to stay on main streets or more frequently used streets if the weather is bad--as much as possible. It was a relatively short drive from Everett at about 30 minutes. We followed the signs to the entrance of the resort where we saw a police car indicating the entrance. There are PLENTY of people working here. You're told where to go and which lanes to funnel into at every turn, which takes the guesswork out of where to go in the dark. The cost of the experience is $35. We didn't know how big or small this was going to be and were a little sticker shocked until we turned that first corner and saw all the lights. If you have a full car, I think it's worth it--especially if you have kids. At one or two points during the trip through, you can pull off to have snacks: chocolate milk, kettle corn, and a few other things. We didn't pull over but it was well organized with a few workers reintegrating the cars with those already in line. I'm not sure exactly how long we were there but it does take some time to go through. What's nice is nobody is in a rush. You can stop and take video or pictures (but you can't get out of the car) and nobody is upset about it. So much thought and effort has been put into each tableau and display, it's amazing. Make sure to roll your windows down at times because a few of the displays have music or sound effects. Some of our favorites: the ship, dolphins, penguins, Santa, the mountains, and the trippy drippy tree that looked like it was teleported from the set of Avatar.

I found The Lights of Christmas via Yelp, and ordered our ticket about 3 days in advance (highly recommend as time slots are selling quickly.) From start to finish my little 1 yr old was mesmerized by the Christmas lights and props. Once our ticket was scanned the attendant provided a guide that listed an accompanying radio station that played Christmas music and cute holidays jokes for the duration of our time within the exhibit. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was spectacular; I can tell the Warm Beach community truly enjoys lighting up their community for all to enjoy. There were food, drinks, and souvenirs for sell. The 30 minute drive was definitely worth our time, as our baby boy was ecstatic and then extremely disappointed as we exited. If you have a little one, or just looking for something to do North of Seattle definitely visit The Lights of Christmas; I highly recommend!!

The entire display is just stunning! Worth every penny. Hot donuts were a delight. Every year it seems like they add a little more to improve on the year before. THis years Under the Sea display was so magical, everyone just loved it!

We used to love going here and wandering around, standing by the fire, seeing live performances by choirs and eating food, however, since they've turned it into a drive thru we no longer enjoy it. It does not have the same vibe and holiday feel as it once did. Love the lights but would like the "old" way back.

Need the walk through back. I did this once. I liked it. But not enough to go again and pay that much for a repetitive look/experience.

The staff is so friendly! Super easy set up, purchase tickets online, you drive in and they scan your code. Absolutely love that it is centered around the reason for the season, Jesus. Absolutely most beautiful nativity I have ever seen. It took my breathe away. Will be coming back every year to support a fellow Christians business!

Great local Christmas light display. They make improvements and/or changes every year.

I've made it here twice over the years, its a bit out of the way off the freeway and usually pretty cold but is definitely worth checking out, especially if you have never been before. Prices are high, but they do offer a few pay what you can nights each season which can be more crowded, but make the long drive seem worth it. Be sure to dress warm and be prepared for bad weather, including wet feet. Parking was much easier than I expected and I appreciated the assistance of the many parking guides. The place seems really large and they provide a map to all the attractions. There is lots of food available for purchase on site including warm beverages. I had a tasty veggie gyro myself. One of my party members paid 3$ to make a take home Christmas ornament which I was happy to find had the glitter mess on the inside, leaving my car glitter free. We spent some time walking around and checking everything out, spending about 2 hours there. There are lots of photo opportunities. Our favorite activities were Bruce the Spurce (a talking Christmas tree) and the Light Maze. We also rode the train and checked out the petting zoo. Some attractions did have lines which made the cold, wet weather even worse, but still a fun night.

What a wonderful way to support a local camp and welcome the holiday spirit! The Lights of Christmas offers a well rounded experience for the entire family. Lights, live music, food vendors, train ride, horse rides, gifts, etc. This event is well worth the price of admission. Everyone working and volunteering at the Lights was very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the mountain lights, Santa, and the talking tree. I highly recommend attending.

Fun family drive through event for all ages! We've gone to this for the past two years and it is amazing and was different both years. A feast for the eyes. They always do a beautiful job, amazing set up each time! My teens loved the dog scavenger hunt, great idea to engage the older kids. Highly recommend for everyone, especially families! Given the PNW weather this is fun regardless of the weather!

We try to go every year, sometimes twice. Even just driving through the park we really enjoy the lights. A must see every Christmas season. Beautiful!!

These people did an incredible job of adjusting to covid regulations. In years past, this was a walk-through experience that took several hours to experience. This year, it was a drive-through experience that took a full half hour after getting through the check-in line. Instead of walking up to the cocoa and doughnut stands, you drove up. They had you tune into their radio station where they played Christmas music and told holiday-themed jokes. They even had a drive up gift shop! Payment was a flat rate per car, which encouraged carpooling. Seriously blown away by their ingenuity!! There were lights galore, themed displays, a life-size nativity, projectors showing scenes from Santa's workshop, and even Santa Clause himself! I'm honestly going to miss the drive-through experience when they switch back

This year the event is Drive through. It was great! As another reviewer stated, the pace was slow enough to take some photos but not so slow that the kids are over it. Initially getting in and through the traffic for your time, can be hairy just because it is so many people all trying to do the same thing. The staff was amazing in directing traffic and keeping people moving so that everyone can enjoy. I have been here in the past and I have to say that I actually prefer the drive through. It is nice to be warm in your car and still enjoy the magic of Christmas.

A beautiful display of lights. They have certain nights that you pay what you can. This means everyone can enjoy the festivities and not just people with money. They have warming stations so you can go on even a bitter cold night. Plenty of warm drinks and food to purchase also. A light maze for the kids. Talking tree Bruce the Spruce for photo ops. Plus lots of cut outs and displays to get pictures with the family. Have great gift shops to get a present for someone. They have carolers and entertainment in case looking at lights just isn't enough for you. Fun for everyone in the family!

We loved driving through and seeing the lights and getting donuts! Tradition in our family. 10/10

First time here and it was absolutely fantastic! My family and I very much enjoyed it. Due to the pandemic it was a drive-thru event and you were not allowed to stop and take pictures. You were only able to stop at the end to use the restroom and the gift tent.

We have been coming here for over 15 years. The display has grown from a great display to a world-class festival. The Lights of Christmas is located at a Christian camp located in Warm Beach which is just North East of Marysville. There is plenty of parking at the camp and extra parking just down the street. All paths to the main entrance are very well marked and there are parking attendants everywhere to help you park. The pricing has increased over the years but that seems quite a par for the course. There is a building at the main entrance to rent strollers and get other things like 3D glasses. The ticketing area is very well organized and the ability to purchase tickets online is also available. Once inside be prepared to say "Wow" a lot. There is a place for make toys like a top, buzzer buttons and make puzzles. There are now multiple small kiosks with food and snacks as well as a couple of restaurants and coffee shop available to take a break. The bonfires also provide a great atmosphere. Beware of the line to visit Bruce the Spruce but it is worth the wait for Bruce with his jokes. The ornament shop is a fantastic way to finish out the night and make an ornament to commemorate the year. Christmas officially starts with a visit to the Lights of Christmas for me. I hope that you will visit and make it a tradition for you and your family like it is for us.

we went there today. it was really well done. people attending the event were super kind and attentive. The place is huge and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. definitely recommended!

The lights of Christmas is pretty famous locally, and I had never been up until this year. I think it's a fun concept in general, but maybe due to the pandemic, they could keep it entirely car only?? I saw people getting out to take photos and they were NOT AT ALL six feet apart. However, I understand that this year sucked, and that it's Christmas, and people do want to take photos, but still...there's a pandemic? Sorry about that, I was just rambling on. The lights were pretty cool to expirence, and they had some fun little features, and it wasn't all that expensive, so why wouldn't you go? I would hope that when the pandemic dies down, I could go back and do this thing in person! Because from what I've heard, it's normally longer than thirty minutes. Overall worth the money, and the time.

They do such a nice job every year with this. So many pretty lights! Love this holiday tradition!

Thoroughly enjoyed The Lights of Christmas, this bring our first time! Took our daughter, SiL and two Grandsons (7 and almost 4) and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The best part was enjoying it through our Grandsons' eyes, and their excitement at every turn. Family dinner together afterwards made for a very fun, memorable Christmas event! Highly recommend to all! Merry Christmas!

It was awesome. You can tell that the designers and organizers put a lot of work into making the Lights of Christmas special. We loved it and my two year old was vibrating she was so excited and in awe. It was my first time but won't be the last!

This event is spectacular! If you love Christmas lights, there is no place like it. The staff and volunteers are incredible. It feels like you are in the middle of a Hallmark movie! Truly magical and uplifting.

Pretty in a few places but quite frankly it was all pretty underwhelming. Favorite parts were the lighted maze and the light tunnels. There were large areas of the festival with little to no lights on the edges. Why doesn't the train go around more of the event, it was a long wait for a two minute train ride. Seemed to a hodgepodge of lighted ideas and they could use some simplying of ideas to make a bigger impact. We will try either in Seattle or Glow in Abbotsford next year instead of returning to Stanwood.

I have a magical experience every year. The overnight facilities are wonderful, and in fact played a big factor in being able to gather my kids and grandkids all together for a holiday reunion that filled my heart with an abundance of joy. I am looking forward to next December even more, because we plan to do this annually. Loving it!

I can hardly believe they were able to pull this off, but they did and it was terrific. Everything ran so smoothly. Check-in was easy, clear directions on where to go, the pace was just right - slow enough to see everything and take photos, but not so slow that anyone got bored. The lights were beautiful. If you've never been, it's a homey, somewhat goofy assortment of Christmas displays, from skunks and whales, to angels and Nativities, to gnomes and nutcrackers. A bit of a mish-mash, just like our own favorite decorations at home. If you're looking for Bellevue's Snowflake Lane, with it's polished choreography and precision performance, this isn't it. If you're looking for lots and lots of colorful lights, narrated by Bruce the Spruce telling the corniest of jokes, you'll love it. We did. What a nice way to kick off the Christmas season. Thank you Warm Beach Camp!

Grrat light displays. Great for couples family's friends! Amazing light displays and lots of food and beverage to purchase. Train rides out door movie along with theatre and overnight stay. A must when in the NW!

So amazing to see! You don't want to miss this, great for kids but adults too! The only down side was the Greek food truck we ate from we waited in the cold and got our food piece by piece for over an hour! Did not keep track of orders and had no clue what they where doing. I hope they pick more dependable food trucks in the future or it might be a good idea to eat somewhere else.

A new tradition that started a few years ago and even with covid we are looking forward to it!!

Beautiful Lights. It's cold but the fire pits around the grounds are AWESOME! Great food at the Sunday Dessert Matinee. The play was great this year. Wish I could have brought my grandkids this year. They loved it last year.

We went Dec. 9th 2017. The live performance was amazing! The staff was always on point. And the lights were stunning! It was our first time here, but definitely not our last. Thank you to everyone who volunteers and participates!

We took our family 6 adults and 3 (4,1,2) children and there was something for everyone. This was our first time going. I like that it is a fund raiser and that 80% of the workers are volunteers. Even in the Rain it was fun with a train, pony rides, seeing Santa, thousands of lights, Christmas music and good cheer.

Absolutely magical place. The lights are beautiful & admission is reasonable. I especially enjoyed the live performances and water fall display. If you go, the line for the donuts and coco is well worth the wait. I've gone 2 times and spent around 3 hours there each visit. I would highly recommend going, it will definitely leave you feeling festive.

This is a fantastic place. The lighted exhibits are rival to none that I've experienced. And the staff is so helpful and attentive. They are organized and keep the cars moving for parking, etc. The room we stayed in was cozy and the shared bathroom just down the hallway could accommodate many and is super, sparkling clean. The whole place was lovely and well decorated. There were fun inside activities all around the park to visit. Lots of live entertainment with refreshment stands all along the way. Walking is difficult for me but make it through the whole park with my wheeled walker. Being able to sit when tired and watch the different events along the way made it enjoyable and doable. I definitely want to go again next year and hope to take some friends with me.

This is a really lovely evening out for the whole family. The staff were fantastic, we needed mobility help getting around & they could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Excellent value for money.
