The LimeTree Hotel

Great hotel, we appreciated the connecting family room and thought it was great value for the location. Easy to walk to waterfront and city centre. Rooms were large and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and cocktails. Breakfast is quite limited and could have a few more options available but otherwise brilliant.

We stayed in a family room with a connecting door and had a great experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Both the refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the room over the phone, and the clerk kindly suggested we choose a family room instead of two separate rooms, which ended up saving us money. Much appreciated! The hotel’s location is also a big plus. It’s situated near a lively street with restaurants, bars, a supermarket, local shops, and massage places - all within walking distance. Very convenient for exploring the area! Highly recommended for families and couples looking for comfort, good service, and a central location.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to the river, walking distance to everything you need from ATM, convenience store, food and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring the check in was smooth and any questions I had about tours were attended to promptly. The hotel has a really good buffet breakfast with continential and Sarawak specialities. The room is very comfortable and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay for 3 days 2 nights. Such a good place so quiet and calm. Room is clean, good service and fast service. The breakfast is not lots of food, but sufficient and more than enough. Will comeback

Absolutely clean, bright, and nice smelling hotel - both the public spaces and the room itself. Breakfast was not very varied but was tasty. Would highly recommend if looking for a lower budget hotel in sarawak!

The hotel is modern and situated not far from the riverfront walk and tourists sights. The breakfast is good and rooms clean. We choose this hotel because we were going to spend most of our time out and all we needed was good accommodation and location which the LimeTree hotel certainly offers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Limetree Hotel. Some of our favorite things were the comfortable accomodations; very nice bedding and pillows, and a wonderful rain shower with strong water pressure. We loved the location that was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. They had a lovely breakfast buffet, a very nice restaurant, and an adorable gift shop in the lobby...but most of all we loved the personalized service we received from the staff and management. It was above and beyond anything we have experienced in our travels. Thank you Limetree!

Pretty basic as some others have said, but everything you need is provided and can't argue with the price point. ||Beds are soft-ish considering it's Asia, and pillows are very comfortable. I think they're feather -don't feel like foam. No fancy amenities like dental kits and shampoo bottles, though a little bar of soap is provided. A/C is quiet, it works, and doesn't blow directly on the bed. Two bottles of water replenished daily, and if you need more, it's cheap to buy or free to refill from their purified water stations. Breakfast is very reasonably priced -not a 5 star breakfast, but fast and filling with some variety. ||No fridge in the room, and no safe, though I felt pretty secure. ||Rooftop bar was pleasant, but very quiet both nights I was there. Best thing... I had a late afternoon flight and they accommodated a late check-out. It was 40 RM, but that's a pittance for the luxury of staying till 4PM and having another shower.
