The LimeTree Hotel

Loved my revisit of this cozy boutique hotel. As usual, I had the best sleep ever with comfortable pillows and bedding. The small room attached to the family suite we booked was so useful. There was a sink to wash plates and a microwave as well which was convenient. Breakfast was delicious and as usual the laksa was the highlight. Everyone was helpful and friendly, service was pleasant as usual. Can't wait for my next visit!

Definitely beyond my expectation. The service was fast and the staff was so polite and helpful. The room is decent, clean. The location is nearby the city centre but it's not noisy at night. The breakfast is my favourite part. The hotel serves the best laksa sarawak and I'll definitely revisit some day.

Great locstion. Can walk yo most tourist places in the city. Lots if street food and restaurants around the corner. I recommend eating in the hotel as food was hot and tasty and affordable. |All staff from Reception yo restaurant were extremely kind and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

I stayed here twice this month and found it to be perfect for my needs..my room was immaculate, with a great shower, air conditioning and speedy wifi. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the hotel is close to many restaurants, shops and the river front.

Had a lovely 4 night stay. We only had breakfast, plenty of choice . The only thing I would recommend is maybe a bigger toaster, but did not bother us. We just waited for the toaster to be free. Very clean, standard room a little bit small, but they do ask if you want an upgrade . Maybe if you like staying in your room, then upgrade, The rooftop bar is lovely and nice to cool off up there. The safety box is in reception . The staff was lovely and friendly, Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you

I like this place alot. Initally, we went for the standard room but it was too small and we can hear every noise from our neighbours. The same night itself, upgraded to executive suite and it was awesome! My advise, just add abit and go for the nice room esp if you enjoy soaking in a tub. Receptionist were very helpful, laundry very efficient and breakfast very tasty…could have more variety though. Located in strategic area, everything is within walking distance. But it gets very quite after 9pm and somewhat unsafe. Plus there’s not much things to do at night in the city.

Basic but nice, spacious and clean rooms. Very good location. Friendly hotel staff. We slept so comfortably every night. We booked a family room but they upgraded us to the family suite at no extra charge, what a pleasant surprise! Thanks Limetree 🥰. Breakfast was simple but tasty especially the Laksa. Will definately stay here again on our next trip to Kuching. Highly recommended

Overall everything is good. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Even though the breakfast spread is limited, all the foods were tasty. - block drainage in bathroom. - noise from the street at night.
