Nice calm and mid nature location, staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast was good, restaurant also very good with great food (40-50€ per person). Very good for a get away and you also have the city to explore. It was a good experience and I would recommend.

Echoing the comments - this is not a 4 star hotel experience. The surroundings are lovely, and there is potential for this hotel to be great - however the rooms were quite basic with definite renovations needed. The shared spaces were good (lounge) and nice buffet breakfast. Spa not ideal with timers on sauna and steam room. Extra to pay for head caps. Overall lots of little errors making the stay not as smooth as it has the potential to be. With some extra care - the place does have potential but I would say 3 star at loft for now. Staff were nice :)

Pool area is very good and location as well. However, the rooms are very damp and need more maintenance. We noticed some dusty spots and spider webs. Breakfast is good.

Terrible experience. Our room had bed bugs, my husband got bitten multiple times and had a severe allergic reaction the following day. We contacted the hotel afterwards to inform, and they didn’t even excused about the incident. They just said they “comply with the cleaning guidelines”.

The Pictures were a bit deceiving to reality, but overall it was comfortable. The people working there are friendly and helpful. We ate dinner there one night which was very expensive! It was cheaper to go into Evora to eat. We decided to have a cocktail / Margarita at their bar, but it tasted nothing like a Margarita. I think the person making them was standing in for the barman and didn't know how to mix the cocktails correctly. Other than that we had an enjoyable time. The location was perfect.

Great experience overall. It's a rustic place so expect cobwebs outside the apartment, our room was clean. The place is located outside Évora, in the middle of the countryside, so you will hear cows and other animals throughout. We use the outside pool and the SPA. The staff is super friendly and breakfast was delicious.

On a trip where we just wanted to relax, we had an unpleasant surprise and had to leave the hotel halfway through our stay. Everything seemed excellent, but what they sold us in the photos was not at all the real appearance of the rooms. Starting with the positives, the space and common areas are very good, and the ingredients they use for breakfast are of immense quality. Following this is the friendliness of the staff, who were very understanding and helpful. Our problem was with the room, which was not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Besides the questionable cleanliness (cobwebs, dust, dirt on the chairs), the space needs a lot of repairs. Things were so bad to the point that we didn't even feel confident enough to take a shower. We complained upon arrival, and nothing was done. We complained again at night when we returned, and they told us that we could only resolve it by speaking with management the next morning. We woke up very early to speak with management and request a refund for the second night and leave. In the price range, there are much better offers in Évora. They told us that the hotel was undergoing renovation work, but if that was the case, they should not have sold us the room.

We would like to express our insatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at this hotel, which fell far short of the expectations associated with a 4-star establishment.||When booking through Odisseias, we specifically chose this hotel because it included a kitchenette, an essential feature for our trip since we have a 10-month-old baby. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the kitchenette was not available, contrary to the description provided at the time of booking. As a result, we were unable to prepare the food we had brought for the baby, and it had to be discarded as it was no longer fit for the return journey. Additionally, the baby still drinks milk, and the room lacked adequate facilities for its storage and heating. While a microwave was eventually provided, this improvised solution was insufficient to meet our needs.||To make matters worse, we also encountered issues with the air conditioning. From the first night, we reported that the system was not functioning. We were informed that if the issue could not be resolved, we would be transferred to another room. However, neither was the air conditioning repaired nor were we moved to another room. During winter, the cold was uncomfortable not only for us but especially for our baby, who eventually fell ill as a result of this situation.||Despite the hotel being beautiful and our satisfaction with the other amenities, we felt somewhat disappointed, as we paid a significant amount for an experience that did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
