The Lind Boracay

Really loved the service, the atmosphere, the incredible views from the beachfront rooms are totally worth it… plus you get an oversized soaking tub, and wow, the breakfast was amazing… had something for everyone! Super delicious. The Lind is a beautiful and happy place to be! All attendants, wait staff, front desk, etc. were hospitable and welcoming. They are all very patient with you and would cater to you. They go above and beyond. And first class service from the airport all the way to the hotel! No headaches, not much waiting. You don’t really have to do anything! The only thing I would recommend is that perhaps you could have more amenities in the room, better lotion? 😊 Also, would’ve been great if the outdoor hot tubs were working. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is well located and directly on the beach, offering good opportunities for swimming and water activities. Around the hotel and along the beach, there are many cafés and restaurants. I gave three points for the service for the following reasons: 1. On the day of our arrival, there was a party in the hotel late at night, around 23:30. It was very noisy, and we were not informed in advance. When I called the front desk to ask about the shouting and loud music, I was simply told that there was a party and that it would stop at some point. 2. I gave two shirts for cleaning because they had a smell of humidity. When I received them, they were not cleaned at all and were full of stains. When I asked the staff about this, they said they did not know what happened. They offered to waive the cleaning fee for the shirts they damaged. Additionally, we were supposed to leave early at 06:00 to catch our flight and were offered a takeaway breakfast. Unfortunately, we received only about half of what we had requested. The buffet breakfast itself was good.

The Lind is a nice resort on the quieter side of white beach. Still plenty of activity going on though. The rooms were clean and spacious. We did have a toilet seat cover that kept falling off though and that was kind of a pain, and the shower didn't maintain a steady temp for too long. The staff is great and very responsive. The one regret was indulging in the specialty dinners for Christmas Eve and day. They were pricey and the food was sadly just okay. It's too bad because their normal food was pretty good. Would stay again, just won't get the holiday meals.

A terrific resort, I would recommend to stay here for a week to enjoy Boracay. The location is perfect, it is not too close to the hot area, so you can stay in a clam atmosphere. But still it is convenient enough to the D'mall. I got a nice room with a great view of sunset. The staffs are warm and offer great services. They have shuttle to D'mall and the airport. The pool is clean and beautiful. The breakfast and dinner are impressive. I had a great holiday here.

Excellent location, great rooms. Great breakfast. Nice pools although the few loungers get taken quickly. The thai restaurant was very good and main restaurant fair but pricey. Check in was a bit chaotic. It was nice to give passports at the arrival lounge to 'check-in', but then we had to repeat the process at the hotel. The daily deposit was a suprise and debit cards not accepted. However, still a great place to stay.

Loved The Lind! 💛 It was my first time staying here, though not my first time in Boracay. The Lind is located on the best part of the beach, with soft white powdery sand and easy walking distance to great cafés and restaurants. I absolutely loved my ocean-view room — spacious, comfortable, and with the fastest room service I’ve ever experienced! I usually find hotel service slow, but here everything arrived so quickly and perfectly. The wood-fired Caprese pizza was amazing, too 🍕 I also appreciated the little touches — free snacks in the room and a complimentary shuttle to D’Mall made everything so convenient. Such a lovely stay at The Lind!

I had such a great stay at The Lind Boracay. The service was honestly amazing, everyone was warm, attentive, and really made me feel taken care of. The food was also really good with plenty of options to enjoy. And the view… just stunning. Big kudos to the GM and the whole team for creating such a fantastic experience. Would definitely come back.

Oh my God — this is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I come here once a year, and I have to say, GM Zsolt is doing an amazing job. There’s something extra special about this resort since he took over. I actually met him and his lovely wife on the beach a few years ago — they’re dog lovers just like me! From the moment I stepped into my room, everything was fantastic. The weather wasn’t great the day I checked in, but honestly, I didn’t even care — the room was so beautiful and comfortable that staying in was pure joy. The TV channels are great (lots of movies on HBO!), and the coffee machine makes really good coffee — and as someone who grew up in Italy, trust me, that means a lot! ☕😄 The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed — super comfy and large. There’s even a gym, and they offer free yoga classes too ❤️❤️❤️! Love it The Lind truly feels like a little village — it has everything you could possibly need, so you don’t even have to leave the resort. The breakfast and food are amazing, and the staff are wonderful and well trained . I absolutely love it here ! 🌴💛

Such a beautiful resort with amazing breakfast buffet, amazing service, and amazing decorations. I know I said amazing so many times, but it's the only way to describe my experience here at the Lind Boracay. Transportation from Caticlan airport to the hotel was included to our stay. We didn't have to set it up a head of time. We just exited Caticlan airport and talked to a Lind Boracay employee waiting right outside the airport. The complimentary breakfast buffet impressed me! Local food, cereal bar, pancakes/ waffles, eggs and bacons, variety of pastries and so much more! The beach is just a few steps out. We enjoyed having our breakfast watching white sands, waves and listening to birds. We would definitely come back here. There was so much to do this trip that we didn't check out the infinity pool. More reason to come back!

I have mixed feelings about our recent stay at the Lind. We usually stay at Discovery next door and have always had positive experiences there but there were no rooms available this trip. This trip my partner and I and our 5 month old son had a room at the Lind and we booked a room at Pinnacle for 3 members of our household staff- our nanny, and our helper whom was retiring and the new helper she was training. I was under the impression maybe the Lind and Pinnacle were affiliated since they share an entrance and are steps away from eachother but I could be wrong. For us, we booked a room with a private pool on the balcony however the room we received did have a nice view but the pool was to the far right of the balcony without a view, almost cave-like which made it unappealing. The most troubling part of the trip was that one evening while we were enjoying drinks and snacks at a table near the pool area outside, our nanny and house staff were playing with and entertaining our baby nearby. They were not being loud or obnoxious at all. The pool was also nearly empty at the time. But a worker came to us and told us that they were not allowed to be there because they were not guests of the Lind. While I understand the rules I would have appreciated some grace towards the situation considering they were caring for our baby so we could enjoy some time to ourselves. This didn't sit well with me and will likely be the reason we don't return to the Lind. In contrast, Discovery has consistently treated us with exceptional service. On a positive note, the staff at the Lind were pleasant, the food and beverages were decent, although a more extensive menu would be appreciated. The upper pool area was beautifully designed, and the bed was comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lind, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Here are some highlights that made our stay truly memorable: 1. Quick and Convenient Airport Services: The hotel provided a seamless pickup and drop-off service at the airport, ensuring a stress-free start and end to our vacation. There was literally no wait between getting off the plane and being picked up, then immediately brought to our boat to be ferried over to the island. My husband and I were the only guests for these trips and it made us relieved that we didn't have to wait back with everyone else getting off the flight and looking for transport. 2. Breathtaking Location: Nestled in a beautiful location, the hotel boasts multiple pools downstairs and an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean, creating a picturesque setting for relaxation. The hotel is slightly away from the more party hotels so noise was not a problems when trying to get to sleep. 3. Well-Equipped Gym: The on-site gym was a decent size and high-quality equipment for those who still want to workout while on vacation. 4. Warm Welcome and Friendly Staff: From the moment we arrived, the staff showered us with hospitality, delivering a refreshing welcome drink. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs truly stood out. 5. Exceptional Housekeeping: The housekeeping service went above and beyond, I've never stayed at a hotel that organized my beauty products by size prior to The Lind. They also left us tasty treats like macaroons and small almond cakes when we returned to our room. 6. Thoughtful Amenities: The hotel provided complimentary beach shoes, a beach bag, and keychains, adding thoughtful touches to enhance our beach experience. 7. Stunning Room with Pool View: Our room was not only aesthetically pleasing but also offered a beautiful view of the pool, creating a serene atmosphere. We opted out of getting the beach view, which I'm sure is also amazing, but the pool area is really a nice sight to see in the morning. 8. Complimentary Shuttle Service: The free shuttle to DMall added convenience, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. You can also have the staff call you a electric tricycle to take you wherever you need to go for a small fee. You may not need it though as almost everywhere we visited could be reached by walking down the beach. 9. Exclusive Experience during Off Season: Visiting during the off season had its perks, as we felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves, enjoying a more intimate and exclusive experience. I can't speak for other times of the year, but Mid-January is a great time to visit The Lind. 10. Delicious and Varied Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast is nothing like what I'm used to in the states. They offer a wide variety of options to suit every palate and everything looks and tastes fresh and delicious. Both breakfast items and typically dinner type meals are served (e.g. ramen bar, conventional Filipino dishes). In conclusion, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, providing not only a luxurious stay but also an unmatched level of hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a paradise getaway while in Boracay.

Stayed at the Lind in 2018 and really enjoyed the room, the beach access, the included breakfast buffet spread, and the seclusion from the loudness in station 2. My now husband and I loved it so much the first time we stayed that we decided to have our wedding at The Lind in 2022. Private transportation from the airport is included in your stay which makes the travel so convenient! From Caticlan Airport, you take a vehicle to the Jetty Port; then take a 20 minute boat ride to Boracay island; then another shuttle bus ride to The Lind. All included! I definitely recommend this resort for a hotel stay; to visit the restaurants and the spa; and for a dream wedding.

This hotel was a lot of fun. It is right by the beach, meals on site. We did go out and get foot massages and got some entertainment with the fire dancers and tinikling dancers. Food was great.

The place does not look like much from the beach so unless you've been inside, at least the two separate rooms my sister booked for me and her, they were spacious. Her room had a mini-pool with a waterfall on the wide balcony with several lounge chairs. Service was awesome, the staff were all very helpful and responsive. The breakfast buffet had an awesome selection that included European and Filipino and other Asian dishes. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

This hotel will charge you hidden fees, they close areas like the beach and infinity pools to guests and make them available to private events only so they can make extra money, complete rip off, also they are very unresponsive and have terrible service

High end hotel with awesome breakfast buffet with so many choices. I love the fact that there's a lot of local cuisine to choose from as well as other Asian cuisine. The rooms are really clean and there's a turndown service. Cleaners are all around too which makes the hotel really clean and nice. The only improvement they need is the hospitality and attitude of the receptionists. The ladies were all frowning when we checked in which gave a negative vibe at first and it seems chaos like there's no process but after settling in the hotel other staffs were really friendly.

Paradise Found at The Lind, Boracay. Still reeling from vacation bliss experienced in December at The Lind Hotel. A utopian experience for beach resort goers looking to really vacate from mediocrity. The experience begins with a relaxing couch-side welcome beverage upon check in. Jaw dropping delight ensues as the staff acquaints you with the expanse and luxury of your room. Sensory delight continues as you venture through the hotel. Not to be missed during your stay: 1. Frolick in the Main Pool 2. Stare in wonderment at the endless views and stunning sunsets at the rooftop Infinity Pool 3. Truffle Gnocchi at the Restaurant 4. Breakfast Buffet 5. Afternoon Tea and Sandwiches at the Lobby Bar 6. Revel in the glow of the horizon from your Balcony (Room #202 ROCKED!) Also notable the exceptionally lush and well manicured landscaping adds to the luxury feel of this spectacular hotel. We really enjoyed the warm and friendly demeanor of all the fine staff here at the hotel. Sam (poolside), managed to remember our names, what we like to eat or drink and would ask us if we wanted that the next day, nice touch!

I definitely recommend this hotel in Boracay. It is indeed paradise. The Lind exceeded our expectation. From the reservation process, check-in, our entire stay and check-out their service was top notch. Located at Station 1 and infront of the beach. Their breakfast buffet was really good with lots of selection. Will definitely come back here!

This was our first time in Boracay and the Lind Hotel seemed like the best choice. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was stellar and very exclusive to only hotel guests. Once we arrived at the hotel, Jett was very helpful and took care of all of our bags and checked us in quite smoothly. If you arrive early, which was the case for us, accommodating an early check-in is not really possible. They will say they are trying but really you have to kill time until 2:00pm which is the check-in time. We had lunch at the first restaurant right across the pool and the chicken club sandwich I ordered was very delicious. My husband ordered local Filipino food and was not impressed. The Infiniti pool is beautiful and has a great view of the beach, but if you want to relax don't expect it to be there. Every tourist in the hotel is taking selfies and pictures, which I don't mind...but come on...take your pics and either leave or chill out. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the ocean view was AMAZING! You are able to smoke (cigarettes) on the balcony which is a plus for my husband. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary and the staff decorated the room with a cute sign and a small cake, which was very sweet. The breakfast buffet is free until 10:00am and was pretty yummy. Lots of selection of food, just come and you will see for yourself. The spa was very good and the staff were super friendly. Worth every penny-couples massage and the foot massages. We laid out on the lounge chairs overlooking the beach for most of one day and it was great, however your staring at the beautiful beach and ocean and 6-7 men who sell tours are staring in your direction. Yes their is a security guard but the whole day I was chillin looking at the beach, the whole day those men where chillin looking at us chillin. That's really the reason why I gave the Lind Hotel 3-stars. But the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail deserves 5-stars . Thank you for a great experience, just need to change the solicitors outside by the beach.

We came here for a business conference and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From day1 thru day5, they didn't waiver on their pursuit for excellence. Even when the conference was done and we were just enjoying an extra day of leisure, the service given to us by each and every hotel team member was friendly, helpful, professional and always very courteous. This team should be praised and commended for the top notch customer service. Joseph, Arman and the rest of the guys are awesome. Now, for the accommodation itself; the buildings look refurbished but done with style and simplicity (which we prefer). Nothing gaudy or too fancy. Just functional and CLEAN.....which is, let's face it, the most important factor of all. ;) We stayed in a couple of their suites(which comfortably fits 3people) and enjoyed having our own little private dipping pool in your patio area! Though our favorite spot was the infinity pool (great breeze). Their "regular rooms for two" are larger than the typical hotel room! The food/menu (all shared/served by Tartine, Poolside, the Infinity Deck, the patio area) is surprisingly good and tasty! Again, nothing fancy, just the comfort foods and old favorites. The crowd (we were here late-August) were "meh"---nothing to write home about. They're all Asian-hipsters in their 30s/40s with their families and some with their friends; some here for a wedding weekend and other (like us) here on business. Unfortunately nothing "interesting" to see but at least the crowd was relatively QUIET at night (with the random Korean and Chinese people yelling at their children). Overall, the experience of our visit was excellent because of the customer service and we all highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

I wanted to share my horrible experience with this hotel. As we were long awaiting our beautiful wedding ceremony and reception, the coronavirus hit China just 2 weeks before our vacation plans. Because we were traveling with our 3 kids, our doctors had advised us not to travel due to a level 4 travel risk and declared by the World Health Organization. Small kids are at a higher risk and with the death tolls rising at a rapid speed daily and no cure or vaccinations, we were not going to take that risk and travel with our children. We paid over $12,000 towards our wedding just for the venue, not including all the flights, hotels and additional travel we lost money on. We had to cancel our wedding in the Philippines which broke our hearts and postpone our wedding date to have a small celebration in the US. Let me tell you, the money that we paid to the resort was supposed to cover the food and drinks for 75 guests, but even with a doctors note, the management team did not want to refund us any of the money we lost. I asked that they just take the deposit that we paid which was $1500, but they refused and asked that we postpone our wedding to another date. It was going to be impossible to get our friends and family to plan another trip to the Philippines after all the cancellations and trying to request refunds due to some guests and family members having layover flights in Taiwan and Hong Kong. They were not sincere at all and were not understanding of how serious this situation is and wanted to take all of our money after we had already lost so much. I will be sure not to give up. They won't even call me back, just sending messages on Whatsapp.

Had an awesome vacation. Glad we chose The Lind over so many accommodations. The service is beyond what I expected. All of the staff are courteous especially Paul from the Crust Restaurant and Bel from Tartine The location is perfect .. not so crowded and accessible distance to station 2.. excellent service from check in to check out. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Great place! Easy free shuttle transfer right from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport! White sand beach was beautiful. Be careful about the same group of people standing right in front of the beach trying to talk to every tourist that comes out. They will try to sell you stuff. There's a security guard all the time nearby that will help if those group of people bug you too much. Awesome beach and swimming pool! Live music at night!
