Just spent the weekend wandering around Coastal Maine, Rockland,Camden and boy we hit the jackpot staying at Lindsay’s Guest House, it was definitely one of the highlight of our trip and possibly our favorite place in Rockland! First of all the Guest House is beautiful, cozy and decorated with so much taste and personal style we felt like moving in! Rooms are so pretty, super comfy bedding, clean, stylish bathrooms and so many great details, from the pictures decorating the walls to the welcome salty chocolates and olive oil! Breakfast is included and sooo good, freshly home made, super tasty deliciousness, for ex we had lemon, wild blueberries pancakes with fresh strawberries, maple syrup and bacon, delish! Location is perfect, right on the main drag, close to restaurants, shops, waterfront! Now the best part…Raleigh and Frances are the nicest, sweetest, most helpful and welcoming people we have encountered in a long time, they made us feel home right away and added so much fun and goodness to our time in Rockland and overall experience in Maine! Perfect example is that we were supposed to stay only one night and we end up staying two!! It’s hands down the place to stay if you visit Rockland, don’t miss out! Raleigh and Frances thanks again for everything and really hope to see you again soon! :)

Our stay at the inn was fantastic. The breakfast was divine, and we were given lots of really fantastic tips for sights and activities to check out, places to eat, etc. The inn provides you with a fabulous little informational book that has lots of great resources, and Raleigh (the owner) was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or requests. The availability of cold bottled water, tea, coffee, and snacks was so nice after a long day of sight seeing! The rooms are immaculately clean and well-decorated, yet still have a very cozy feel. The location was superb, walking distance to everything we needed! We can't wait to return. If you're visiting the Mid-Coast you absolutely should stay at the Lindsey!

My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before this trip, but the Lindsey Guest House exceeded our expectations! The whole place was very thoughtfully updated and decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Raleigh was very kind and accommodating and made our stay great. She also made the most delicious cookies!

Raleigh and her husband were amazing. Gourmet breakfast, lovely inn, clean comfortable rooms, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, and right in town. We ate breakfast out on their back porch. Our third time staying there during the Blue Festival. Highly recommended!!

Stayed at Guest House during Rockland's Blues Festival for three nights and was very impressed with the level of service and hospitality. The team was incredibly engaged with their guests and deeply cared about our experience. The spaces and rooms are thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Location is right in town so easy access to all amenities. The breakfast was delicious and it was great to come in to a plate of cookies everyday.

We have stayed at the Lindsey on two separate occasions now and both experiences have been great. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and beautifully designed. The bed was fantastic and sheets were high quality. The service was incredible and the breakfasts were some of the best I've had at a bed and breakfast. The location was right in the middle of all of the action in Rockland, but far enough off the main streets to be quiet. I recommend staying here to anyone that is looking for a wonderful getaway in the mid-coast.

Our multi-day stay here was truly memorable. From first introductions at check-in to exchanging ‘thank you’s’ and ‘farewells’, each hour was met with hospitality and thoughtfulness. Our room was clean and comfortable; the common spaces a sweet balance of nostalgia and boutique; the Lindsey Guest House’s location is perfect for a Maine getaway. Can’t wait to plan our next visit!
