The Little Bird

Went in here excited to buy from the plenty of options available. Noticed a diamond eternity ring for $500, the clerk told me they were genuine lab diamonds and even “called” someone to make sure it was. Fast forward a few weeks, I take it to my jeweler to find out the diamonds were fake and were some other unknown stone. This broke my heart and is a lesson for all prospecting customers to be careful with this shop and any other consignment shop you find yourself in.

Wow, how snobby. Barely acknowledged when I went in, except for the clerk to essentially tell me that this is a very expensive store and that they probably don’t carry my size. Nice stuff (that, by the way, I can afford easily), but not worth being treated like that.

Little bird became extremely overpriced. I used to shop with my girlfriends, but last season we didn't. As I also used to consign some items. Unfortunately I can’t agree with the owner about her answer. - “We research every item and price accordingly to current market trends and comparable luxury resale. Love being able to offer our consignors and clients the best deals. NOT TRUE!! She has priced one of my item wrong and she doesn’t follow up as she promised over the phone. Since January I have been chasing her to get the problem solved.

The Little Bird is absolutely my favorite luxury consignment shop! The staff in Aspen were so friendly, we visited almost everyday of our two week trip. Their merchandise is up to date and they got in new things almost everyday we were there. Love, love, love The Little Bird!

Sorry, it was my mistake to write from my friend's computer. My name is Cleo! It is truly a consignment issue and I hope Deborah would be happy to resolve any issues. I have been in your store more than five times since January and spoke with all the staff. Which reached a point that one of them gave her cell number because the situation was unfriendly and unprofessional. Thanks for your reply! The email was sent on the 27th and I replied on the 28th. I wrote “thanks” and that I would like to receive the amount you sold the item. I have checked all my email boxes unfortunately I haven’t received it. Do you mind sending a screenshot? Rude shopkeeper. My mother walked in to look around, she was dressed for hiking. She was told by the clerk that this was a luxury consignment shop, inferring that she was not welcome. I’m pretty used to snobbery and Aspen, but this was over the top.

Every person who works at Little Bird is competent, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate the positive vibe and the shop always looks gorgeous. This is truly one of the BEST stores in Aspen !

Don't ever consign there!! I just took a few of my items back and noticed that a brand new Gucci jacket with TAGS I had consigned there had clearly been worn! There was chapstick in the pocket and a stain on the coat. Not to mention they are slow to respond and have no online system to keep track of your merchandise.

Great selection of high end clothing and accessories, all in excellent condition. Gucci, LV, great new furs each season, all the top designers! Friendly staff...Ask for Annie!

I like to visit a couple consignment stores in any city I visit. This little gem was a 2 minute walk from our hotel right in Aspen village. They have some cute items, a lot of boots and winter coats as expected for the location. Not many luxury handbags to pick from. I did find a pair of beautiful vintage Chanel mules that I absolutely love. Glad I stopped in.

Employees barely acknowledged me and had a very cold demeanor. Clothing and accessories were nice but TBH incredibly overpriced for consignment. A Madewell leather jacket for $300....

Super high quality pieces at more reasonable prices. This is the place to come if you're looking for barely used Louboutins, rag and bone, Brunello Cuccinelli, Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, etc. The selection is highly curated, but comes at a higher price than other consignment stores in Aspen. Definitely worth a look if you're willing to shell out $100-$1500 for a nice piece.

I spent about 10 minutes in the store and not a single employee said a word to me. Not even hello, or thank you. Horrible experience, rude judgmental employees. Never coming back.

New favorite place with the nicest award going to Keele :) my new best friend! This shop is adorable and so nice to visit. If you are looking for upscale consignment fashion finds, you have to go! They also have a Houston location near the Galleria. I used to buy all my cocktail dresses there, and I was thrilled to stumble in here in Aspen. Loved it.

This shop sells beautiful, very high end used and consigment clothing. It's still so expensive that I felt like I couldn't afford to window shop there. Lol! I looked at tops, shoes, accessories, and a wallet and nothing was less than $175. Welcome to Aspen. :o

This is probably the fanciest consignment store I've ever seen and the prices to match. High end designer items, and lots of them! In just a 15 min visit, I saw a gorgeous patent red chanel bow belt, some beautiful Loubs, Lanvin, St. Johns, Gucci, Jimmy Choos, etc. The designer names you won't recognize are few and far between.

This is the best consignment store in Aspen. The bottom end here is stuff like Theory, and you will also likely find Acne, Rag and Bone, IRO, Prada, Helmut Lang, Brunello Cucinello, and occasionally Rick Owens. Strong on luxury sportswear, sweaters, footwear and accessories. A little edgy by Aspen standards.

Love this Store! The clothing! Coats! Purses! Scarves! They have it all. The staff was helpful, but not pushy. Definitely will stop back again, on my next trip to Aspen.

I love this boutique! The owner, Keele, and manager, Carrie, are wonderful. They have a keen eye for beautiful pieces, and have created a fantastic alternative to full-price designer options found elsewhere in town. Not to mention, both are delightful to work with. Aspen got very lucky when The Little Bird opened!
