This spot is your classic Arcadia bar: a lively weekend hangout filled with young professionals (21-35ish) looking to have a good time, dress to impress, and enjoy some tunes.
If you visit on a weekend, expect a wait, which is totally not the bartenders' fault. Maybe it's because everyone is ordering Espresso Martinis nowadays haha.
I typically go on a Friday or Saturday's since I get out of work late and the place is near my house. I recommend taking an Uber or Waymo since parking around the bar can be hard to come by, unless you park next door at the restaurants, which I don't think allow late night parking.
My main complaint I have about Little Woody's is DJ Starmarz. While his music mix is okay to good, it often feels like he's playing for himself rather than the crowd.
I once tried to tip him to play a song, and he shoved me pretty hard when I approached the booth. I get that DJs have a tough job and don't like being hassled, but I was trying to be respectful. Still, I was pushed and yelled at but I'll attribute it to him having (another) bad night.
Security there is nice and respectful every time I've interacted with them.
I haven't tried the food so no review on that, but if you and your friends are up for a divey spot with decent drinks, fun people-watching, and okay tunes in Arcadia, this might be the place for you.
