The Livery Shop

Beautiful space. There's a lot of options, and they do sell a great variety of camp brand goods, and have a lot of other really fun and cute things. The entire vibe of the store is also great, totally love this store.

My favourite place to shop in Calgary! The selection is excellent as is the quality of the pieces they carry. I personally am a sucker for their jewellery, and my partner loves the mens selection. Also, they do a great job for Stampede clothing that is chic! It is a cute shop too (even if I will always hold a special place in my heart for the old location across the street).

I used to love going to their old location but ever since they moved it’s been rough. The staff are some of the most unfriendly, and honestly if I’m paying that much for products I at least expect the person dealing with me to be nice. I also don’t like that they watch/follow you around while you’re trying to shop. I totally understand retail theft is HUGE and I can only imagine what they deal with day to day, however it makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience when you’re being followed around the store. There are better boutique stores in the city to shop at imo, so I’d give this one a miss.

Nice shop, we love to visit. But last time we went in we accidentally parked in a staff spot. Honest mistake. We were in there maybe 15 minutes. We chatted briefly with the assistant before we left, idle chit chat. Then as we turned to leave she commented... "By the way, next time you come, don't park in the staff parking spaces. There are signs there". How rude. Yes I understand we shouldn't have parked there had we known. But seriously did not see the small sign. Won't be back.

Went inside to browse. After awhile I went to the front to ask about an item. There were a little more than a few workers at the front conversing with each other. I stood there at first looking at them- they saw me, broke up the gathering, with one walking away from me avoiding eye contact. Didn't even smile or say hi but looked like I was inconvencing them. I was trying to be pleasant and not bothered. I then asked another worker and she also seemed like I was an inconvenience. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcome. I ended up saying thank you after, since there was no acknowledgement. I was the only customer in the store and the workers were just socializing. So no clue what happened there. Worst customer service that day. They had better service I encountered in their old building. I just encountered snooty acting workers there in the new building & have no clue why 🤷

Great store in a great neighbourhood. Love their selection of Camp brand goods and great customer service. I bought a hat while visiting Calgary that had a mild defect and they replaced it and shipped to me in Vancouver with no issue at all. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Calgary.

I've had the best customer experience and it is so refreshing! I spoke to Mackenzie and Alison on the phone a few times because I was in search of a gift for my daughter that was completely sold out online and in stores - they took my info and managed to track down what I was looking for. So pleasant and helpful - definitely exceeded my expectations and made my day :) Both my teenage daughters love the Camp Brand and will be excited to get a new sweatshirt on Christmas morning. Awesome! I have an amazing little necklace from here with my initials on it, the chain had a mishap and I took it to the store and they fixed it while I waited, very impressed with this service. The building is super neat looking. I like to show my friends this shop when we are near, last time I was there, there was a lady showcasing her vegan cupcakes (think it was around v-day) and they were amazing, love how a local business helps another local business.

1. The barn is adorable 2. The shop pup is even cuter 3. A great selection of local goods - yay! I first stopped in here after listening to the Camp Brand Goods founders chat at a conference, such a great local success story. You can find the Camp Brand Goods items here to try on and check out in person along with a selection of other great local goods from outdoorsy finds to jewelry. Each time I go in there are new makers being featured, it's a great spot to shop for gifts and local items.

OBSESSED with The Livery Shop! They have unique and local business items in store and we love to shop local. If you haven't bought anything from their selection of Camp Brand Goods then do so ASAP. Soft, cozy, and a local brand. Also, Livery has really great sales throughout the year.

I shopped here to help support local business , however the sales associates made it incredibly hard. They carry Camp goods and it's why I decided to shop there. On the camp goods website they had discounted the items I wanted and if I were to order my items, it would be picked up at the livery. I went to the livery and they said they would not honour the discount and told me to order online. So I ordered online and showed them my receipt, they said I'd have to wait approx. 2 days to pick it up. I looked around the store and they had the sizes and items in stock.
