We have visited this establishment several times before, but our last experience during brunch was exceptionally disappointing.
Upon arrival, we simply requested coffee and dessert. Despite a significant number of empty tables both indoors and outside, our request was denied with a harsh tone. No alternatives were offered. We were told all the chefs were busy with the brunch, as if chefs are usually tasked with preparing simple coffee! The genuine desire to accommodate a guest, which often distinguishes Turkish hospitality, was entirely absent here.
The second major issue was the valet service. We waited for our car for about 15 minutes. During this entire time, not a single staff member approached us to offer a seat or even process the payment; consequently, we simply gave a tip and left.
However, the situation escalated into an embarrassment for the establishment: After we had already driven away and stopped at a traffic light, a valet attendant ran up to our car to request payment, as they had forgotten to charge us. This forced us to create a traffic jam while they rushed back to the hotel to retrieve a terminal. This level of unprofessionalism is shameful.
Furthermore, I must highlight the total lack of consideration and courtesy, especially given my situation. Even as a pregnant guest, I was met with such a dismissive and harsh attitude, with no empathy or effort to accommodate a simple request.
