Took a trip to blackness castle a few weeks ago with my partner and stopped in here for some lunch after a recommendation from a friend.
Absolutely lovely place, was nice and quiet, tables were well spaced out, service was very quick, friendly and attentive. The main two selling points were the decor, very quirky with a nautical theme with lots to look at and discuss over a meal and the food itself. Unfortunately neither my partner nor I are big on seafood which is this place's speciality but I had the macaroni and my partner had a burger and both were excellent, very generous portions, obviously freshly made with high quality ingredients, would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
While we were there it was quite a wet miserable day so we sat inside but it has a lovely exterior seating section out the back which would be fantastic on a hot day (rare in Scotland though they be)
