"Within the park, the only place to dine is the restaurant inside the Lodge at Bryce Canyon (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, April to October). With a large stone fireplace and soaring barn-like ceilings, the dining room’s rustic charm matches the progressive steakhouse menu, which includes everything from elk chili and ribeyes to a vegan bowl with Beyond Meat."

Beautiful setting. The rooms were a bit dated but they were clean and comfortable with all the amenities. No TV, but with gorgeous scenery just outside the room it wasn't missed. Amazing overlooks 15 minutes walk from the room. The restaurant was amazing with friendly service and delicious food. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.

I checked the website daily to try and book a room. The booking website was not very user friendly, and would often show nights as available when they really weren't. We were able to secure one night, and it was perfect for us to visit Bryce Canyon. The room was very dark, but suited our needs just fine for one night. There is no a/c or television, but again for one night it was just fine. I had hoped to leave the door to the porch open, but the screen door did not shut properly and I was concerned about insects. We dined in the restaurant, it was more than an hour wait due to the bus tours which I found a little surprising. The price was almost half of what we would have paid to stay in a chain hotel just outside the park - so I would definitely call it a good value.

Cabins were closed for this season, so we stayed at sunset building. The room was cozy, with some minor drain issue The drain was clogged, so it would take time to fully drain the water. Other than that the stay was nice. Sunset point was only 6 minutes walk. Sunrise point is 3 min drive and 5 min walk. We had breakfast buffet. I really loved the French toast. Potatoes were nice as well.

I have mixed feelings about this lodge. It was very old and reminded me of my grandfather's house. So I guess it was somewhat historical which I'm not sure is good in this case. Coffee maker didn't work, it had dark decor, the lodges were on top of one another so you could see in people's rooms from your room during the day and I honestly was disappointed based on the cost and expectations. The bathroom was updated but not super impressive. Sleep quality good. Restaurant ok. HOWEVER!! It is the best place to stay in Bryce simply because 100 feet out your door you are overlooking Bryce Canyon. That is the reason for the cost and it's a GEM because of that alone. It was worth the cost only because of the location. Watched the sunset till dark and got up early for the sunrise. Can't beat that experience. Well worth the $400 per night to experience that gorgeous canyon!!

We splurged on a night in a king suite on the second floor of the historic main lodge building. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room. It was spacious, remarkably clean, and very comfortable. We had a nice lunch and dinner in the lodge dining room. The lodge serves a breakfast buffet as well as Al a carte items, but we opted to enjoy the in-room coffee and food we brought with us. The room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. In the morning, we took a short walk to sunrise point to see the sunrise. We experienced excellent customer service during our stay and understood that we were forgoing AC, television, and decent WI-FI in exchange for the innate advantages of spending a night in the park.

lodge was only a few minutes walk from the rim, very convenient...older building but clean and comfortable. Wifi was not great, but not a big deal for us, and could get cellular connection at most the view points if you really need it. Scenery is fantastic, each viewpoint better than the last. Wish we had more time here! Dining in main lodge was good, and servers were very nice. Only complaint is that the Lodge parking lots get full because day hikers can park there, too which can make it hard to find a space if you come back to your room during the day. Overall, Bryce was my favorite national park, and I look forward to returning...

So pleased we stayed here! We had one of the cabins which are closer to the rim than the main lodge and found it perfect for the ease of catching sunrise and sunset over the hoodoos, and for making an early start on hikes around the park. The cabin was well enough equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker [no trouble getting more coffee from reception or housekeeping]. The cabin was clean on arrival and quite well maintained.|Check in was quick, efficient and friendly as was check-out despite there being a power outage due to weather conditions [four inches of snow overnight] – Bryce in the snow was a bonus for us on our last morning so we checked out at the last moment in order to take in the scenery!|Restaurant is a little expensive but service is excellent and food [mostly] good.|We had an unexpected and somewhat stress inducing problem during our stay which was dealt with efficiently and very effectively by the reception staff. Much credit to them!|During our stay of three nights here we were pleased to note that all the staff, with whom we had dealings, we very friendly and helpful, notably Patrick, Summer and Kris. Many thanks to them.|Certainly, after having previously stayed at the famous hotel outside the park, we would always recommend Bryce Canyon Lodge as the only place to stay for visiting Bryce. It’s not cheap but is well worth it.

The location can’t be beat! We were in a suite in the main lodge and we were very happy. The front desk staff were all friendly, and offered to carry our luggage upstairs. Housekeeping was nice and friendly. The dining room staff were also all very friendly, as was the gift shop. The only downside was the disappointing breakfast. Two nights was a nice amount of time, and I would definitely stay here again.
