The Lodge at Jaguar Reef

My husband and I stayed at Jaguar Reef for our anniversary, and honestly… they understood the assignment. From the moment we walked in, Tarik, Robin, and the front desk team were so friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with cocktails (always the right way to start a vacation) and were super accommodating when we asked for a later checkout. A special shoutout to Kayla — she helped us set up the most romantic anniversary dinner on the beach. It was beautiful, intimate, and such a thoughtful touch that made the night unforgettable. Our room was spotless, well decorated, and had the most gorgeous view of the beach. Waking up to that every morning? Iconic. We also absolutely fell in love with Hopkins. Between the warmth of the people and the exceptional service at Jaguar Reef, we’re already talking about when we’re coming back. Highly recommend — they made our anniversary feel truly special.

An astonishing view of the sea. Poolside entertainment and food. All went well. Nothing negative about our rooms. What was unusual was the fact that there was a little pool in our room. What a trip we went to! We ended off the trip by having a delicious breakfast combo. One of my favorite trips to Hopkins.

Top of the line for resorts I have visited! Just walking in the lobby at night makes you feel special. Breathtaking views everywhere. One night there was soft acoustic life music with a soft gentle breeze. Surrounded by low flame lighting throughout. Very romantic, hearing the ocean waves. We stayed in the hummingbird room that over looked the terrace on the beach. Perfect view of the moon and a cool breeze. The room was spacious, great ambiance and the bathroom was so pretty. The bed was very comfortable. The pools were quiet and well maintained with great overviews. The bar service was great everywhere. Night time fire pit and marshmallows. The food was an experience! Breakfast, dinner and desserts all chef inspired. Two story tiki bar had swings, net seating over the water and custom wood tables. Good music! The spa! One of my favorite massages to date. Mineral bath felt amazing. I will recommend to all of my family and friends

If i could get this place 1000 stars i would! From the rooms, food, to direct access to the beach and customer service. Special shout outs to , Priscilla, Val , Tyrek, Julio, Jason , captain Larry and Alisha. You all turned my vacation to family. Yall treated us so well and i will never forget that. I had the best time and will definitely be back !! One love !!

As a girlie who loves to staycation in her own country, I felt compelled to write a review for our experience at the Jaguar Reef Lodge because it did stand out. We came for a little girls weekend getaway and it was everything we needed and more! There are some people who really stood out to us: Julio at the concierge who had such welcoming energy and attentiveness throughout our entire stay, Andy our waiter: excellent service everyday, and Marvin at the Dock Bar with his award winning cocktails made us feel so special and has become a great new friend, we had planned on venturing out but we ended up enjoying our time here so much we found no need. And the room was stunning! We appreciated all the locally sourced detailing and of course our heated plunge pool. Just like every other resort in The Belize Collection, beautiful attention to detail and exceptional service, I couldn’t have felt more cared for and we can't wait to be back and recommend to our friends, family and clients.

We did not stay at the lodge but walked the grounds on our way to the Dock Bar. It was very well kept and clean. It was also a very unique and relaxing vibe as we meandered through. What beautiful property. Edgar, the bartender was so attentive and personable, we went back 3 times during our 7 day stay! We will definitely stay at this property if we visit Hopkins Bay again, which is very likely as it is a wonderful community of lovely and friendly locals.

First time I stepped on the property and saw the beauty of this place I thought to myself am I in the right place? This looks very high-class, music playing as soon as you get through the gate, the staff were very hospitable and friendly, showed me the way to my room and explained what to expect before you get there, have the option to have your own personal pool, the bathroom nice and clean,hot and cold shower, Personal fridge, hot/cold water dispenser, coffee machine, tv optional, complimentary cookies, blow dryer, towels, AC unit and the besd was so nice and comfortable after a long day of travelling I had the best night's sleep. When you step in to the restaurant first thing that catches your eyes and the basket design lamp shades over the ceiling lights creating the perfect amount of light in the restaurant not too dull not too bright, the food was so delicious and the servers were so nice they came back to make sure everything was good, we were spoiled, I've spent couple over nights there on multiple occasions as a guide with our guests before hopping on a boat next day to head out to the Cayes and they all said the same thing, we were spoiled from we got there until we left, this is one of my favorite place to visit hope to come again very soon, thank you Jaguar Reef and her staff for an awesome experience 🙏🏿

Excellent stay. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Larry and Kevin were right there as soon as you needed them. We were impressed for sure. The grounds and rooms were very clean. Large rooms with private pool, king size bed and huge shower. Food and drinks at the restaurants were great as well. Can recommend, will return
