We had a wonderful time at the Loft apartments, a beautifully renovated house in the heart of Las Palmas. We stayed for 3 days at the first-floor flat, which is well appointed, clean and very bright. It is tastefully decorated, and has been designed with great attention to detail. A stone’s throw away from shops and restaurants, it is ideally located for shopping and eating out. There is also a shared laundry room and a beautiful sunroof terrace on the top floor. We visited in early January and the area was very quiet at night.

We stayed for 10 days at this lovely apartment. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable with laundry facilities. The roof terrace is great.The apartment is ideally located to walk to the old town and also the bus station which has a reliable service to the rest of the island. There are loads of super restaurants and bars nearby as well as shops. The Vegueta market for super fresh produce is also only a 5 - 10 minute walk, ideal for self catering. It is on a pedestrian street so no traffic noise but you are in a city so there are people going passed, and there is a school at the top of the road. We enjoyed watching the world go by but if you want silence it is not for you. Carlos, the host, is extremely efficient and helpful.

We stayed in August 2015 and the Loft is very centrally located with lots of restaurants and little cafes around. Also, there is a fun bar called The Shack right around the corner from the hotel. The only thing with the hotel is that it is not sound proof and if you stay in the lower level loft it is like being in the middle of the street...you can hear everything. Besides that it is a good place to stay that is in the middle of the city. Quite safe and Carlos is very helpful if you have any questions.

The apartment was very nice. You have everything You need, and the interior was in a very nice style. The location is great - just some meters away from one of the main streets in Las Palmas. The street is mostly quiet, but on schooldays there are som noise from the street. Kids and parents gather right outside the house in the morning and may disturb You.

We stayed at the 2nd Loft, which is on the first floor of a beautifully renovated building just a few steps away from the main pedestrian street in Triana. It's spacious, bright, elegant and very well designed, with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and throughout the flat to make your stay really comfortable.||Though in a pedestrian area, there's a very convenient parking garage just around the corner. ||As other travellers mention, it can get rather loud - there's an elementary school in the next door building and you'll hear the kids gathering in front of the house before 8 am. Also, during the weekend, there may be noise coming from the cafés on the same street. This is the only reason why I'm not giving this place a solid 5!

Warm welcome and excellent pre arrival communication from Carlos. The Loft is a great place to stay, with everything you need and lots of space. The building has great character with a modern update. I liked the location and felt very comfortable there. I really recommend it if you don’t want a hotel.

We stayed at the ground level Unit and felt like we were physically in the street. We could hear everything. There is a great bar down the street that is home to local regulars called the shack which is definitely worth checking out. The pics online are great but a wide lense was used..the price is high compared to local hotels.

The Loft is an amazing place to stay if you are going to visit Gran Canaria, it is in the middle of Las Palmas surrounded by amazing Restaurants and Shops, we slept in the first loft and it was a very clean and nice room with kitchen on the first floor. If you are going to visit Gran Canaria you should really go to that place.
