The Lofton Hotel Minneapolis, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Wow- amazing hospitality and cleanliness. I would certainly recommend. Not only was the hotel room rate very reasonable, the room was really clean, spacious, well appointed and quiet! As I was checking out with two large bags, a gentleman in a suit offered to help me to my car in the parking garage. I later found out he was the managing director of the hotel. This amazing level of service starts at the top and trickles down, I was impressed.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was one of the best experience. Humble and welcoming staff. Amazing room service. Room were neat and clean. View was spectacular and location is in middle of Downtown. Also I forgot my earbuds in the room and left. I called the front desk and report about it. The service was so quick and easy that I received a email stating they found it and tgey shipped it to me and I received it in 3 business day. I loved staying at this hotel looking forward to visit again.

An excellent experience from the luxurious rooms to the comfortable beds, the beautiful views and all the way to the attentive and well informed staff. I have to thank Romar, who was largely responsible for my perfect first impression. He is a hard-working, knowledgeable, fine, young man and Hilton should be good to him and make sure they keep him happy. Incidentally, apparently, he is happy. it shows in his attitude and he's been there 11 years. I will definitely stay here again and next time, I'll try the restaurant.

We stayed here with a group of customers, and the staff was absolutely amazing! They took great care of us and went above and beyond with lots of thoughtful extras. The manager even gave us some great food recommendations. The location is perfect very close to everything downtown. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice. Highly recommend!

This is probably my favorite Hilton property I've stayed at as an adult. The room with a view and a tub was great, staff were super on top of it (house keeping somehow turned around our room while we were downstairs at Cosmos for Breakfast). Our mini fridge was on the fritz but everything else was so top notch we barely noticed.

I stayed here for one night after attending a late show. The location is excellent—plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was spacious, but the carpet could have used a better vacuuming. Unfortunately, the office chair was in poor condition and literally falling apart; my husband sat on it and ended up with pieces of the chair stuck to his clothes. On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet, which made for a restful night.

As a Hilton Honors member, I typically stay at the Hilton Pere Marquette Hotel, but it was booked this particular trip so gave the Lofton a try since it is a Hilton hotel. I was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. From the Prince inspired decor and art work that greats you from the moment you enter the hotel to the high ceilings to the amenities and location, I definitely have found my new home in the twin cities. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and adjacent to to the theater district and the sports stadiums. The Cosmos restaurant is a great place to relax and have a drink after a long day and watch games as they have multiple screens in the bar back.the food is delicious and I like the refresh salad with salmon! To make things even better was I was upgraded to the performer suite and it had to be one of my top 3 upgrades ever. It was an entertainers dream with with a baby grand piano, full living room, dining room and workout room! Definitely will stay at the Lofton when I am in Minneapolis.

What a great stay! I have been wanting to write this review for over a year (September 2024)! The staff were friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile. The check in /out and lobby staff were courteous and always helpful. Manager Jim Waldvogel went above and beyond, his staff displayed team work and all the employees, including housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, everyone epitomized customer service and made us feel at home. I believe Azia was the rock star at the front desk who was exceptional for us, but all were great. Wish I had everyone's names to share! The partnership with the health club we had access to, walking across the bridge, was outstanding, amongst the best we ever have seen! This opportunity sealed the deal for us to come back, and we will definitely return to visit having access to the club. Also we enjoyed walking across the bridge to attend the Lynx basketball game. What a treat to have access to both of these facilities. Great location. My husband had a medical emergency, he is well now, but at the time we were extremely concerned and scared. Jim personally contacted us to ensure all was well. During the emergency the employees ensured we had a wheelchair and assisted us to get the transport to the hospital. It was amazing and we are grateful for everything. The Lofton knocked it out of the park, great stay, and we will be back!

Unaccommodating and Unfriendly Night Service I called The Lofton hoping to send a small gift to an employee staying there after a long, cold workday. Unfortunately, the night manager I spoke with was very unaccommodating and unfriendly. He didn't seem to care about finding a solution or offering any alternatives -- it felt like talking to a wall. For a hotel that's part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection, I expected genuine hospitality and problem-solving. I was ready to spend a few hundred dollars to make a guest's stay more enjoyable, but the lack of care and effort from the night staff made that impossible. I hope management takes a closer look at customer service training, especially for evening staff.

Very enjoyable place to stay in downtown Minneapolis! Outstanding: Bed was sooo comfy and the multi head showers were amazing! My only suggestion for improvement is to better recognize Hilton Honors Diamond members. Rooms were updated, well maintained, quiet and clean! Location is arguably unbeatable being so close to Target Center, Target Field, metro line, and other things to do downtown.

Convenient hotel located across from target center. Nice, spacious rooms and the bar on 4th floor is lovely. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Connected to Kiernans pub which is a great place to grab a drink or food!

Valet parking is super, super expensive, if you don't want to walk a couple blocks for cheaper parking. We were told $54+tax for the night. So far we haven't gotten an itemized bill yet but it says "$125".... We were told with our Diamond status, we get $15 comp for breakfast per person. So since there were two of us, it was $30. We spent $50 ish at breakfast and thinking 50-30=$20, but instead it looks like from credit card they charged us the entire 50 instead of taking off the comp. Room is very nice. We got the corner room King. Shower is very nice. Soap smells really good. At breakfast we got the pancakes with blueberries, and egg white breakfast sandwich. With OJ and coffee. Though we were given refills on both, the OJ seemed expensive. $8 for it and it tasted like it came out of a fountain vs I would assume a fancy place would have fresh squeezed for $8.

I had an amazing experience at the lower level bar . my bartender Malinda was the sweetest! she was very attentive and made the smoothest drink . She always remembered my drink from start to finish. Beautiful atmosphere after a Lynx win

Great hotel. Service is amazing. Location is so close to target center and target field. Rooms are in great shape.
