"Julia Forte turned the Star At Night pub, an old fashioned boozer in the heart of Soho, in the London Gin Clubin2012, when she decided to start specialising in her favourite tipple: gin. Now, her bijou bar is home to 350premium gins, including those from small-batch producers and microdistilleries, one of the largest selections in the city—and she knows just the right way to serve them all. If you want to drink the best gin and tonic of your life, while chatting to someone who cares about that spirit passionately (and eating some rather good antipasti), seek Julia’s place out. Just make sure you book first—it’s table seating only, and it's arather popular spot."
Very nice themed pub.
Choice of hot and cold snacks from the menu.
Very extensive choice of spirits, cocktails and beers. There are a few beers on tap.
Very cosy atmosphere and friendly staff throughout.
What makes it that extra bit special is the Gin Club downstairs.
It's worth looking up the history of the place.
Prices are equivalent to most other pubs in the area. Double Jameson's £8.50. A sharing jug of a chosen cocktail is good value.
Well worth a visit.

Fantastic Bar! The (mad) hatter theme is so nice and they paid attention to every little detail in the decor! The best thing is the hidden gin bar with a wide range of gin cocktails. This week was my third visit while on vacation in London. I will visit everytime I come to the city!
Bonus: the staff is super friendly and so lovely!!

This is my favourite gin bar in London. Mr Fogg’s Gin club is definitely a gin lover paradise! The menu boasts an impressive selection of gins from around the world, paired with expertly crafted tonics and garnishes. The bartenders were also knowledgeable to find out what your preference is to make you a perfect gin.
The ambience at the bar was very sophisticated and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening. I will always come back for more.

Excellent little hidden gem, a small gin parlour below Mr Fogg's The Tavern which in itself is a great little themed pub. Enter through a 'secret' door to a place themed as an old haberdashery. Great selection of gins and some wonderful cocktails, not cheap but well made with the right level of theatrics for a wonderful experience. Enjoyed a few nibbles which were good and accompanied by helpful and friendly staff a superb evening was had. Will definitely be back.

Wow,
My favourite pub I have visited.
Love the 1800's theme, brilliant decor including famous people, paintings, gadgets and furniture style from that century.
Lovely staff and atmosphere with the country music.
I'm coming back again in the near future.

Great pub definitely worth the visit with good selection of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. Interesting decor with so many things to contemplate and look at. Good atmosphere and music not too loud.
