5/5 Great place Great Food Great Staff Clean cosy old school restaurant Had Brisket, gnocchi, chocolate pudding, Ice cream sandwich, cheesecake and lemon juice. Everything was perfect. Someone recommended the place to us and It was a HIT. Last but not least staff was so friendly, polite and had smiles on their face. THANK YOU

Amazing lunch, one of the best lamb pies I’ve eaten. The desserts were delicious, we had to take a few to go! It’s fantastic that a place like this exists in Gippsland! I can’t wait to return.

First time here today, the meals are different and just so good, I had the lamb neck, and the flavour was wonderful and so tender that the lamb melted in my mouth, I got to try the pie and it was just gorgeous, the service is some of the best I have ever had, staff knew the the menu well and there happy to modify the for vegetarians. There's a counter straight in front you full of some fantastic and interesting deserts. I highly recommended this place for a visit for lunch or dinner, you certainly won't be disappointed. Well done Guys

This beautiful cafe was the highlight of our trip to the area - it’s definitely worth a short detour via Lindenow. Service is so friendly and warm and genuinely welcoming. Tables out front are perfect- fresh air, shaded, and offer a view of green fields and of local life in this tiny hamlet. Lots of tables are available inside too. The food menu is the star of the show - uniquely creative dishes which not only look gorgeous but are packed full of flavour. And make sure you try one of the sensational sweet treats on display in the glass cabinets - you won’t regret it! Great coffee too. Highly recommended.

Good, good coffee. Lime tart had the trifecta of texture sugar/acid balance and thin, crisp pastry. Bravo!

Ordered: 2 pies (turkey), Gnocchi, Lemon Tart, glass of Shiraz & bottle of Fifty Lashes. Wanted to eat more......... Great service, relaxed and friendly environment in the middle of nowhere. Can't wait to go back!!

Delicious food and great friendly service. We had a meat pie with turkey with pork stuffing, sage and cranberry. The meat was juicy and the crust just a perfect mix of buttery and crispy. We had gnocchi as well, which was excellent. The desserts all look fantastic but we chose the lemon tart. It had the lightest custard I've ever tried. And a very good coffee too. Best meal we had in three days in and around Bairnsdale.
