Amazing VIP Experience - Worth the Expense
We purchased our tickets online through tiqets.com for the Lounge 154 experience with a glass of champagne. Admittedly, it was pricey—744 EUR for a family of four after a small 5% online discount—but it turned out to be absolutely worth it.
Initially, we were concerned about the cost, but our fears disappeared once the experience started. The queue for the basic ticket to level 124 was at least 40 minutes, but with our tickets to level 148, we accessed a VIP room where a guide picked us up and took us directly to another lift. Along the way, we bypassed another massive queue of 30–40 minutes. This VIP treatment saved us 60–90 minutes just getting to the top, and our kids would have been restless and bored otherwise.
Once at the top, the difference was remarkable. The lounge (spanning levels 152–154) had only a small group of around 30–40 people spread across three floors. There was always a comfortable lounge chair right at the window, offering stunning views. You can explore freely and see the city from every side of the building.
The buffet was excellent, offering champagne, wine, coffee, tea, and a selection of tasty food, including nuts and fresh fruit. It was perfect for a small family lunch. But the real game-changer was the open terrace on level 152. Unlike the lower floors, there were no windows—just open air. This made for incredible photos and videos without glass reflections, plus the thrill of feeling the wind and space at such a height. Often, we had the terrace entirely to ourselves, adding to the VIP feel.
After spending time in the lounge, we visited level 148, which was still elegant with some food and drinks, but noticeably busier. There were no lounge chairs near the glass, and all views were behind windows. Finally, we descended to levels 124–125, where it was extremely crowded. The terraces there had glass and steel frames, which significantly impacted the view. It confirmed our decision to invest in the VIP experience—paying four times less would have left us feeling frustrated with the crowd, queues, and limited views.
Even on our way down, the VIP treatment shone. While others faced a 30–40 minute wait for the lift, we waited no more than five minutes.
In summary:
Super short queues for both the ride up and down (saving about 2 hours in total).
Minimal crowds and plenty of space.
Three floors of VIP access with incredible food, drinks, and lounges.
A truly unique open terrace on level 152 for stunning, unobstructed photos and videos.
No time pressure; the entire experience lasted four amazing hours.
If you value your time and want an outstanding experience, this is worth the investment. Highly recommended!
