hotel facilities are a bit old, but room is okay. i did not have the opportunity to try their breakfast buffet, but they have a range of activities e.g. group meditation, yoga etc. for those who wish to relax. electric scooters and bikes are also available. the resort is in close proximity to a aquarium, as well as a sprawling seaside/harbourfront park. do not expect much from the onsen, as it is small and seems to be just a hot tub of water instead of a traditional onsen. the pool was one of the main attractive points of the hotel, but it was disappointing to find out that it was closed and would not be opened until July. it is also in the middle of nowhere, so the location is not ideal if you do not have a car. however, the decor is quite nice and is reminiscent of resorts/villas in Thailand. it does not really rise up to what is expected of a 4 star hotel, but okay if you are here for a longer stay and purely wish to stay within the perimeters of the resort.
p.s. pls add notepads to the guest rooms as they are a staple amenity.
