This guest house is one of the loveliest places to stay, the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you vacation is memorable.|Super comfy bed, delicious breakfast, spotless bathroom with fluffy towels. Lots of added treats, chocolates when you arrive and sherry in the room.|Perfection!

We can highly recommend this lovely, tidy, cozy place with our adorable hosts Jeanne and Jeremie. We felt home very quickly and had an awesome time. |The Lyn Valley Guesthouse is perfectly located, because you have everything you might need very easily to reach. |Our bed was like heaven, we also had a small refrigerator in our room. The shower was a combination with a bathtub and had a perfect water temperature- easy to regulate.|The breakfast was presented with love. You had different choices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, etc,, English breakfast, waffles…|Our hosts were so gorgeous and let us feel welcome. ||Shortly- a perfect place to stay when you are visiting Lynmouth.

My partner, Geoff and I stayed here recently and we absolutely love the LVGH and Lynmouth. Our room, with a sea view was beautiful, and the little touches when we arrived, made it even more special. The bathroom too, was amazing! Cleanliness throughout was faultless. The owners Jeanne and Jerry were excellent hosts and such lovely people. Welcoming, friendly and attentive. The decor throughout is beautiful and the selection on offer on the breakfast menu was just perfect. This was our second stay at the LVGH.and it won`t be our last, because this is a gem of a place to stay.

This was our third visit to Lyn Valley Guest House. Another beautiful, amazing stay. |Jeanne and Jeremy were as always very hospitable, welcoming and very accommodating. Our room (Room 4) was immaculate and the view from our room on the second floor was just simply stunning. Our bathroom had both a full size bath & a separate shower, which was fabulous.|We can’t recommend Lyn Valley enough. It’s right in the heart of everything in Lynmouth & makes it so much easier by having parking too.|We can’t wait to be back next year & have booked already. See you in 2025 :).

Jeannie and Jeremy are simply the best hosts that you could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go that extra mile to make sure your stay is a memorable one. The rooms have everything you could possibly want as well as being very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is everything (and more) you could wish for and simply yummy 😋

Fabulous, welcoming, and comfortable. Can’t ask for more in a guest house. Loved chatting with the owners. Offered hearty breakfast options. Room was spacious and well appointed. Location also cannot be topped, especially for South West Coast walkers.you must give yourself a layover here.

This was our second visit to Lyn Valley Guest House, as we enjoyed our first so much; it didn't disappoint. Nothing is too much bother, the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, light, clean and well equipped, and the breakfast is delicious. We shall certainly return, when we next visit Lynmouth. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely time in this peaceful guest house. We were warmly welcomed and really enjoyed the views of the family room. Breakfast was superb and highly recommended. A visit to this hotel is a must, in a wonderful location of Lynmouth.
