What an amazing place for fine whiskey lovers in Raffles Hotel premises! Only Macallan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿House boutique worldwide with Hong Kong! The atmosphere is magic 🤩 but what really makes the difference is the professionalism and “savoir-faire” of the staff! Gianna was the perfect charming host with her 5 stars 🌟welcoming! And Adi gave us the most thorough explanations of all Macallan grand cru! Singapore 🇸🇬 you are so lucky to have this very unique Macallan boutique in town! All Macallan team here just rocks! Thanks! Came over to the Macallan House in Singapore for the celebratory experience of The Macallan Harmony Collection, currently going with the inspiration of Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea by JING! Truly had a wholesome session with Claire, and her vastful knowledge of how current year’s whisky innovation flows through! This is the fifth bottle of the harmony collection and the experience was greater than it is before!! Appreciated Claire and the bartenders/mixologists on duty for hosting my friends and I for the past few years and will constantly be supporting macallan in the future years possible!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Macallan House in Singapore, and I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by T. From the moment my wife and I walked into the boutique, T was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I was searching for a special bottle of Time Space: Mastery as a birthday gift during our trip, and while it wasn’t available in-store at the time, T went above and beyond to track one down for me. His dedication and follow-through in securing the bottle were impressive, and I really appreciated his diligence. Beyond that, T offered us a lovely tour of the boutique, walking us through their stunning collection. He also treated us to a tasting of some fantastic whiskys, including A Night on Earth, a Rare Cask Collection bottle, and the 18 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask. It was an experience that added so much value to our visit. Thanks to T’s outstanding service, we left with not only the perfect birthday gift but also an unforgettable experience. His attentiveness and care truly made our time at The Macallan House memorable. I’m so glad we had the chance to visit, and I’m grateful for the great impression he left us with.

I'm a loyal fan of Macallan, repeat customer of the Macallan Boutique at Raffles Hotel Singapore. The staff in Boutique were meticulously chosen to best represent the highest quality and standard represented by the brand. I have been attended by senior boutique executive, Maria B. and her associate, Josh. The customer service level and their attention to detail is impeccable. The boutique neat, clean and well kept. Decor is classy and sophisticated. It was truly a remarkable experience and I look forward to my next visit to the boutique at Raffles Hotel. 5 Stars to the Boutique and staff maintaining such standards.

While travelling to a whisky distillery in Scotland will not on my cards in any time soon… The Macallan Experience at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore might be good option for whisky tasting and I did get invitation for “The Harmony Collection Inspired by Intense Arabica” Tasting. All in all, it was an awesome event where you get new experiences of tasting whisky thru’ food pairing, smell and sip.

Always an enjoyable experience here at The Macallan Boutique! Wonderful hospitality by Josh Ting, his knowledge for whisky and the Macallan brand is amazing. Being the only domestic boutique managed by the Macallan distillery, do drop by if you’re ever in the area, sometimes when you’re lucky, you’ll get to view rare and special bottlings. Slàinte Mhath!

This is for the whiskey connoisseurs. Hidden away in the Raffles Arcade at The Raffles Hotel is a gem of a whiskey boutique for Macallan drinkers. Absolutely beautiful in every aspects. From the moment you are greeted at the door, you are flanked by beautiful whiskey filled Lalique crystal bottles. One side is the chosen drink of famous stars and the other is 6 bottles representing the pillars of Macallan. Beyond the foyer, there’s the special display of their most expensive drinks. Behind is the beautiful bar counter with bottles going up to the ceiling. Very impressive! The boutique oozes class and taste. Each bottle have their designated display spot. You won’t find their normal pub/club pours here. Only the special and super pours are shown. There’s a discrete cove for clients to taste by the drams. This allowed me to get acquainted with Macallan’s best. Super impressed! There’s the display area which is a dream for any collector! The crystal bottles are displayed with their special boxes. The visual impact of each bottle can be felt. And that makes choosing the right bottle to fit the occasion easier. Even though they have a bar counter inside the boutique, it’s not a service counter. Drams are available at the Raffles Courtyard menu. This is a super unique boutique for the collectors and drinkers. Take a journey to Macallan!
