Memorable Rain-Kissed Stay Among the Trees 🌿 We recently stayed at The Machan in Lonavala, and even amidst heavy rains, the experience was truly magical. The property, nestled amidst lush greenery and towering trees, felt like a hidden cocoon in nature peaceful, refreshing, and full of charm. A big shout-out to the reception staff and the team at Burrow for welcoming us with such warmth and attending to all our requests with a smile. Their hospitality added a lovely personal touch to our short stay and made us feel right at home. Special mention to how the staff continued providing excellent service despite the rain—nothing felt delayed or compromised, which is commendable. One suggestion though: the wooden ramp leading to our room (Sunset 3) becomes extremely slippery during the rains, and I unfortunately had a fall. It could be quite risky, especially for elderly guests. I sincerely request the team to look into this to ensure the safety of all visitors. Thank you once again for the serene stay, the smiles, and the unforgettable moments in the trees. We left with happy hearts and beautiful memories. Would love to be back soon!

We stayed here for couple of days and the stay was amazing, very calming and soothing experience. The Machan we stayed in was very nice and maintained. It was rainy but the rooms very still very cozy. We enjoyed the nature trails that they have inside the property and Spa experience was also good. And yes, the bathtub on the deck 😁

Nice experience living in the trees. Very peaceful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food buffet was largely good but on the first two nights it could have been better. Breakfast live chefs were very good. The wait staff on the restaurant are very attentive and courteous. But the reception staff need more coordination between themselves. If you’re coming with small children you need to book an appropriate room - some of the paths to the room are very treacherous in the rains.
