Epitome Customer Experience! When you speak of a great client experience then The Maji Beach Boutique is the true definition of an awesome overall experience. From the check-in, housekeeping, waitering, reception service, cleanliness, spa, pool attendance et cetera...everything was a top notch standard experience with no dropping of the ball anywhere. If you are looking for an elegant, quiet, relaxing place with individualized service then Maji is the place for you. The location is also great. The amenities are great with a stretched quite, elegant pool, huge cabana pool beds, beautiful quiet beach front, Wi-Fi, Spa, lounge areas et cetera. The food is ala carte and you get to order from an awesome, great variety and they accept special food requests outside of the menu! And the chefs, wow! all the meals were great quantities, fresh, creative and mouth watering. In conclusion, you will not need to leave the hotel to venture outside as you do not want to miss a moment in the hotel! They provide an individualized customer experience and are attentive to detail. Their Customer service on WhatsApp was great. They met all my requests and were very prompt to respond. This is my new gem in the Kenyan coast. I will not mention any particular staff members as they all exceeded my expectations and I came to know all their names. Maji is worth every penny you spend. I will definitely be returning to this new gem of mine, inshallah!

The Maji Boutique Hotel in Diani Beach is truly a special place. The oceanfront location is stunning, with comfortable lounge beds overlooking the water great for reading, relaxing, and looking at the tides always changing.||Our room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful details like a wood carved bed and furniture, and a balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect for our morning coffee. The food was delicious and loved being able to have our meals in various spots around the property. The menu was creative, with lots of options. Loved the crispy Samosas and the Swahili fish! The homemade breads, focaccias, and cakes, which changed daily, were also a nice treat.||What really impressed us with The Maji though, was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, smiling, and always ready to help, they created an atmosphere that felt very personal and genuinely welcoming.||The hotel feels very private with only 15 rooms and is very romantic for couples but also great for solo travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable escape. The Maji Spa was also great. We had a few treatments with Irene and thoroughly enjoyed them.||One of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the hatching of the last turtle nest of the season right there on the beach. Seeing all those baby turtles make their way to the water was a magical and unforgettable experience.||Our time at The Maji was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

We went to the Maji beach for our honeymoon and we loved it. The food is fantastic and the service was unbelievably good. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi had a great view of the ocean. The suite was really comfortable and had everything we could ask for. The pool is a great feature and you can swim right around the hotel. There is a pool bar and games. The cabanas on the beach are really comfortable and the team is brilliant at looking after you (and scaring off the monkeys). We loved pretty much every meal we had from the a la carte menu and particularly the lobster and jumbo prawns. We also had some fantastic cocktails and nice wines. I also asked the team to dress the room for our honeymoon and leave a bottle of champagne in the room on arrival which was perfect. Evelyn was a brilliant host and Michael in particular was fantastic to us (we gave him a lot of attention at the bar). We also went jet skiing and for a walk on the reef and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles hatching when we arrived. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!!!

My third time at the Maji and Boy! boy! They never disappointed at all. Was a Solo trip but ended up making connection and reconnections. It was amazing starting from uber driver I picked from Ukunda AirPort:- Thomas OSODO. Clean car, great service and a real gentleman. I would recommend him highly. I used him all through and introduced him to other guests. ||My trip was initially meant to be for four nights but I extended to nine nights! The service from staff the facilities and the food made me want to keep on staying but Yho! you gotta pay for it||I will definitely be back. Special thanks to Zipporah, Simon and Jackson. But to be honest all staff are commendable. ||Was about to forget the beautiful sunrises and sunsets breathtaking .||Thanks once again ||Christine

What can I say about this beautiful boutique hotel on Diani Beach - our second visit in 6 months! Well furnished with lovely decor and set up throughout the hotel, it provides the perfect Ambience for a quite, peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast and dinners from their selective Special menu, from seafood to a lovely vegetarian Biriyani. And what a special bunch of staff, so courteous and friendly. Thank you Zipporah, Evelyn and rest of the staff for making our stay so so pleasant. Hope to see you next year!

Our 4-night stay at Maji Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! We booked an ocean view room, and it was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The room came equipped with coffee and tea facilities, a mini fridge, a TV, two spacious bathrooms, and two incredible balconies that offered breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the entire space was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The food at Maji Boutique was a highlight, with every meal being a delightful treat, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, and we cannot speak highly enough of the staff, particularly Duncan and Zippy, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made all the difference. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it unforgettable by decorating the room and surprising us with a delicious cake. The manager, Evelyne, was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived until the very last minute, ensuring we felt valued and cared for throughout our visit. The hotel’s beachfront beds overlooking the Indian Ocean were a perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere, and we spent many blissful hours there. The pool was also a great addition, offering a refreshing escape. Overall, our experience at Maji Boutique Hotel was phenomenal, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We have just arrived back from Maji Beach Boutique Hotel and what an amazing stay we had, would highly recommend. From being greeted warmly as the waves rolled in, the ocean just steps away from the sunbeds.Our stay here for 5 nights was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Nothing was too much bother for all staff, always smiling and welcoming. The meals were delicious and so much choice, and attention to detail in each course served. We would most definitely recommend as such a professional and personal service throughout our stay. Many thanks to all staff but Evelyn, Jackson, Simon and Michael went above and beyond to get to know our needs , our preferred drinks and food, Simon bringing herbal tea and fruit each morning was a lovely way to start each day, thank you all for a relaxing, wonderful stay.

Our four night stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself and view are stunning but its the staff that made it a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Michael and Simon, above and beyond. Can't recommend the Maji highly enough.
