Our Wedding at The Malcolm Hotel was absolutely Perfect! We had our wedding at The Malcolm Hotel and it was truly the most incredible experience from start to finish. The Group and Events team, especially Terri Liu, were absolutely amazing to work with over our two-year planning journey. Terri’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. She worked with us on every detail, brought our vision to life, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. From the welcome reception to the wedding day itself, Terri and her team delivered exceptional service not only to us, but also to all of our friends and family staying at the hotel. The food was delicious, the bar was well stocked, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all of our requests. The hotel itself is stunning the mountain views from the pool are breathtaking, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The Edinburgh Ballroom was an absolute highlight, with its grand architecture and panoramic views that made our celebration unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. If you’re planning a wedding or even just looking for a luxury getaway in Canmore, we highly recommend The Malcolm Hotel. Terri and her team made our dream wedding come true, truly a 10 out of 10 experience!

We had a lovely time at The Malcolm Hotel. It had a great location, a nice room (Deluxe King), eating establishment, a small boutique with coffee, tea and local goodies for sale. The Manager, Andrew, left a delicious box of chocolates to celebrate our wedding anniversary. (Nice touch!) We missed our golden retriever as there were many friendly dogs staying at the hotel. A family games area was well-appointed and the fireplace in the lobby was very inviting. Our only down-side was that there could have been more servers in the restaurant/bar. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, professional, and obliging. A great stay, we'd definitely book again! Can't wait for the new spa to open!

My wife, our 17-year old son, and I stayed at the Malcolm for a five day visit to the Canadian Rockies. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable and the property was a great place to spend several days. The property is located in a mixed-use development with its own amenities but the Canmore town center is only about 5 minutes away by foot. We were able to pop in and out of town for shopping and food if we wanted. As a gateway to Banff and Jasper NPs, this was a perfect place to stay.||||We asked the concierge to set up a night hike for us and it was a great experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

I was very well attended by the staff on every occasion – check-in, check-out, and concierge. The complimentary bike service was also a great touch. I had an issue with the internet in my room, and the team did everything possible to solve it quickly and effectively, even installing a device near my room to improve the signal. I truly have no words to thank the staff for their outstanding service. The overall quality of the hotel is fantastic – from the room to the gym and the pool. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, steps from Canmore Town Centre and 15 minute drive into Banff. Fantastic view of the Three Sisters from the pool/hot tub area. Parking was included. Complimentary bikes and bear spray upon request was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a trip to the area.

Stayed here couple of times for a conference. Spacious rooms with excellent view of Three sisters 🏔️. Location is super convenient to most amenities. Food was catered by our conference organizers, and it was average. Pools close at 10pm, they have a sitting fire-area which our group loved.

We spent four nights at the Malcolm Hotel and everything was wonderful!! The rooms were very quiet, the bed super comfortable and quality bedding provided. We loved the guitar music provided on Saturday evening while we were in the hot tub. The location, service and amenities could not be better! Thank you for your hospitality.

This Malcolm Hotel is a true gem—luxurious, perfectly located, and impeccably run. The staff go above and beyond, offering warm, attentive service that makes you feel valued from check-in to check-out. Rooms are elegant and spotless, and the property boasts top-tier amenities, from a relaxing outdoor pool, hot tub and lounge that boast beautiful views of the rocky mountains! Free, secure parking is a huge plus. A flawless stay and one I can’t recommend enough.
