The Mall at Green Hills is a fantastic shopping destination that caters to all budgets, though it does lean toward high-end and luxury brands. With a mix of high-end boutiques and well-known national stores, it offers something for both luxury shoppers and casual visitors alike. What really stood out was the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re browsing for a $5 item or a $5,000 purchase, the staff treats everyone with the same level of respect and kindness—no judgment at all. Beyond shopping, the mall has plenty of dining options and stores that cater to the everyday shopper, making it a great place to spend some time, even if you're not looking to splurge. On our visit, the mall was uncrowded and very comfortable, sitting at maybe one-third capacity, which made for a relaxing experience. We’ll definitely return—it’s a great mall with a classy yet inclusive vibe and a perfect way to pass the time while in the area!

Great mall! It’s massive, with a wide variety of stores ranging from Dillard’s to Gucci. There are plenty of options for coffee and food, which I really appreciate with sit down restaurants to fast food options. as a coffee fan, there is a Starbucks and Nordstrom’s in-house café. There are also several seating areas where you can take a break after some serious shopping. Best of all, there’s plenty of free parking available.

I love so many things about the Mall at Green Hills! I do love a good department store! They are great for formal school dances! If you didn’t know. The mall has a good variety of stores and restaurants. I wish the Godiva store was still there! I would always stop in for a few pieces of the Key Lime truffle!

Google
Green Hills Mall was a nice place to visit a little out of the city. It was clean and brightly lit and had a decent amount of stores to peruse. It’s your typical big box store and I didn’t see anything too special about this specific mall but it was in a nice area surrounded by lots of other little strip malls. When I visited parking was a bit of a headache, not sure if it’s normally like that.

Google
Very nice mall. All stores visited were well stocked and staff was friendly.

Google
The selection of food at this mall is awesome! However, it's like they hide the prices for non-edibles, so I didn't buy anything. I picked up a pair of Black Balenciaga Heeled Sandals only to discover they were $775. If the price was displayed, I never would've even looked at those shoes and wasted the salesman's time. That being said, I'd still come to this mall to eat, just not to shop. Update: I did come back, and the prices were displayed, and I was able to find something in my budget. This is the best mall in the area! Even better than Cool Springs Galeria, which is a very nice mall! 5 stars 🌟

Found my Nashville souvenir!!! Beautiful, upscale and clean shopping center. Spacious and Luv the atrium lighting throughout. Jamba Juice had a great strawberry Surfrider smoothie which gave me a boost of energy for the stroll thru the shops. Thank You.

Google
This mall is bright, clean, and has a nice upscale feel. It’s packed with name-brand stores and well-known labels, so it’s a great spot if you’re looking to do some higher-end shopping. The layout makes it easy to walk around, and the overall vibe is modern and inviting. Whether you’re browsing or buying, it’s a pleasant place to spend a few hours. Great for picking up quality items or just enjoying a nice day out.

Yelp
As far as malls go, this is my favorite in Greater Nashville. There's plenty of parking, shops for every style and budget, quite a few dining options, and even a decent movie theater! Like any shopping center - you can expect Green Hills to be extremely busy on weekends and holidays. You'd be lucky to find a parking spot out front on a Saturday ... but thankfully there are a couple of large parking garages around back that actually connect directly to the mall. The mall's interior is bright and clean - not to mention easy to navigate. From Abercrombie to Ann Taylor, there's sure to be a store to satisfy shoppers of all ages. I especially like the Madewell store (it's quite a bit larger than others I've seen - and has a men's section!) and the Warby Parker store. While Green Hills doesn't have a typical food court, I actually prefer their dining selection and layout. My go-to is Cava for lunch and then a cupcake from SusieCakes to-go ... although North is a fun stop for a sit-down meal.

Yelp
This mall is pretty great! There are a lot of stores and I appreciate how many department stores there are. The mall itself can get really busy during the weekends, of course. They have some food options, but not really a full food court. They have tons of parking which is fantastic and really needed. The only downside is the traffic around the mall - I really try to avoid coming to Green Hills given how crazy busy traffic can get.

Yelp
Wonderful Mall. Great selection of shops. Mall staffing needs to give more attention to cleanliness....

Yelp
This is a nice shopping mall with a variety of restaurants and stores for all ages and desires. It's clean with plenty of parking. It's well lit. I hope you enjoy shopping.

Yelp
I love this mall! There are so many upscale stores, good restaurants, and things to see. Shopping here is a joy! Nordstrom, Dillard's, Louis Vuitton, Johnny Was, Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, just to name a few. Easy and plenty of free parking.
google avatar

Melinda P.

Yelp
The Mall was Nice and on the PRICEY side. They offer some Big Names Stories like Louis Vuitton, Gucci just named a few. It doesn't offer a food court, but do have some restaurants around like Cheese Cake Factory & Olive Garden just to name a few. Security is heavy in this mall. Each store we visited we was greeted and was told about the deals that were going on.
google avatar

Yelp
The mall itself is actually super cute. There's a mix of bougie and regular stores. I just stopped by Aerie but it seems to have a great selection. The Aerie folks were attentive and had great customer service. It's very clean (I came on a Wednesday evening around 6pm) and the women's bathroom on the second floor was pristine as if the mall had just opened. Parking absolutely sucks though. They need a larger lot so prepare to drive around a bit to find parking. *UPDATE* Apparently I just didn't see all of the parking. There are apparently 4300 parking spots available so look out for those!
google avatar

Yelp
This is the nicest indoor mall that I've experienced in several years. Great selection of shops, some high end, some more basic. There are some really nice restaurants here as well. The Restoration Hardware is really something to experience.

Yelp
I am NOT a mall person. Outside of groceries, I'm not sure the last time I shopped in person rather than online. And the last time I was in this mall--probably 2010 or so--I was followed in a pottery barn for suspicion of shoplifting, despite being dressed very nicely (seriously, what am I going to steal from a Pottery Barn? A lamp?!). Anyway, my friend really wanted to do some in person shopping, Pottery Barn is no longer there, and the mall seems more laid back and less snobby than it did way back when. Parking outside is a nightmare. Every outside spot is full. But we did manage to find a spot in the Dillard's garage. There are at least a couple of garages on site, so surely everyone can find parking--even if it takes a while. The mall has most of the major flagship stores--Dillard's, Macy's, Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, Apple. My friend got all of her needs from Dillard's. A sophisticated Breville coffee roaster/grinder/maker, new dishes, and perfumes--Chanel and Dior. All of the service was great. The home associates went above and beyond, even checking for particular inventory in the back. The perfume counter associate was so patient and kind as he helped my friend find her perfect scents to mark a significant transition in her life. They also have several upscale brands here: Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. They also have higher to better brands: Loft, Nordstrom, Buckle, Kate Spade. They have several cosmetics stores (Sephora, Mac, etc). Accessories and jewelry: LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Warby Parker, Kay Jewelers. There are also a few restaurants, including one I reviewed separately. And several more restaurants within walking distance outside the mall. There is also an adjacent movie theater. I won't start jaunting off to the mall anytime soon, but I'm glad I wasn't profiled for shoplifting this time, and was very pleased with the huge variety of goods available, and so grateful for how awesome the Dillard's employees were to me and my friend. If I do need to shop in person, I can't think of a better place in the area.

Yelp
I visited Regal Green Hills to take in a movie. I parked in front of the Rolex store at The Mall of Green Hills. This statement coming from me is odd. It also sets up this review. The Mall at Green Hills is an upscale mall in Nashville. It's similar to Yorkdale Mall in Toronto, but at least half of Yorkdale's size. Both have a decent mix of upscale (for example, Omega and Tiffany and Co.) and regular stores (Gap and Vans, as examples). I didn't have a whole lot of time to visit this mall, as I came here to take in an evening movie. However, I did pass by Emmy Squared (pizza eatery). Across from where I had parked were the Cheesecake Factory, Cava Grill, and Chopt. Macy's, Dillard's, and Nordstrom are your major department stores that anchor this mall. I found out that Restoration Hardware, including its restaurant, is in this mall, which is one of many reasons why it reminds me of Yorkdale Mall. I wish that I had returned here to check out the mall during regular business hours. However, tourist attractions and outlet stores had my heart. It was just before 10 pm when my movie had ended. Sadly, most restaurants at this mall were either closed or were about to call it a night. It was a bummer. I parked here for a few hours. It was great. No complaints. Here's hoping that when I do return to Nashville, I can check out this mall. I'm not a Rolex person. However, I can totally do Claire's, Auntie Anne's, and Cinnabon. (322)

Yelp
This was my second visit to this mall in over a decade. I'm glad that I stopped here, as I miss having a nice, indoor mall in my own hometown. There used to be three or four where I live, and it's sad how they became undesirable, unsafe, or torn down. I especially enjoyed buying some clothing from Dillard's and having a well-crafted beverage from Starbucks. Window shopping at some of the very high end stores was also enjoyable. Browsing at North Face and other more affordable stores was rewarding. To a person, every employee who I encountered was polite, helpful, and friendly. Although I cannot envision ever owning a Bentley car, examining the ones on display within the mall was fun. I ended up spending much more time here than I had originally planned. If I return to Nashville again, I would enjoy visiting here again.

Yelp
Excellent shopping mall. Many stores of all levels have many choices for men, women, and kids. Easy parking and good location.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Love all the high end stores at Green Hills. Nordstrom is great, Dillards, and all high end shops. I am dropping my score to a three as the garage for Macy's/Nordstrom needs repair. The elevators are slow to not working. The stairs are scary and need attention as well. Amazing for such a beautiful mall, that your first impression when walking in is yuck..
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
I was visiting from out of town, and I wanted to hit up some stores that we don't have where I live (Aritzia and Zara). The Mall at Green Hills has those two stores, plus lots of other women's clothing stores that skew a tad nicer slash pricier. I visited the mall right when it opened at 10 a.m., and I found parking pretty quickly. But I noticed that when I left around an hour later, people were circling the parking lot and trying to find parking spaces. So I guess if you want to find a parking space easily, get there early? This mall is nice. If you're looking for a pleasant mall experience, this is the place to visit in Nashville.
google avatar

Amy N.

Yelp
Standard upscale mall offerings, we found what we were looking for and had a nice walk. More full than a lot of other malls as far as stores go, so a good variety of stuff. We had a bit of a hard time trying to park near the store we wanted. But other than that, it was your basic mall.
google avatar

Nadia G.

Yelp
Really nice mall. Large, spacious, clean and there is just about any store you would need here. I got some excellent deals at some of the stores here. Great service, selections and value.

Terri L.

Yelp
Visited on NYE. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very upbeat. Being that it was just after Christmas, selections were, understandably, limited and sales were not worth purchasing from the limited stock. Parking was crowded but we managed to find a place with easy entrance and exit. Felt very safe and there was obvious security seen throughout the complex.
google avatar

J E.

Yelp
It's a decent mall, with lots of high-end stores, like Gucci, Brietling, Tiffany, etc. There are parking garages, but the traffic around them is terrible. The mall looks just OK, definitely doesn't look like a high-end mall. There's an RH in the parking lot, which is nice because it's not just a furniture store, but also a restaurant.
google avatar

Brandon W.

Yelp
Great Mall Very Easy to navigate with an amazing selection of stores including all the big designer brands. Went during thanksgiving weekend and the crowds weren't too bad. Great place to shop.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this Mall!!! Easy in and out! Good friendly sales folks. Good food and restaurants!

Yelp
I like this mall best in the Nashville area . It's clean with lots of good stores to choose from . Nordstrom , Gucci , Louis To name a few . Parking garage and good food.

Yelp
Based on the other reviews I've read it sounds like this mall has gone through a pretty good transformation (food and parking wise) and we visited at a great time! Several very high end places to shop including LV and Tiffany ... several stores had people out at the front entrance limiting the number of people that could go into the store (Covid restrictions). Mall was very spacious and clean and they even had an Amazon store. I really honestly didn't even know that those existed. They had all types of stores for every interest ... clothing, tech (apple), shoes, food, you name it they had something there to represent. We ended up spending the better part of 3 - 4 hours here and still didn't get to go everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommended for mall shopping experience. Probably one (if not the) best malls I've ever been in.
google avatar

Uma P.

Yelp
Cute, clean mall. Lots of stores, lots of places to sit. Tons of parking with restaurants attached. There is too much construction however, it's annoying and the Dillard's isn't linked to the mall :/ Loved the Apple store here and tons of cool stores with decent prices. Would definitely come here again, some high end stores too. It's s mall. A nice one. Check it out.
google avatar

Nicole E.

Yelp
Otherwise known as the "Mallet" according to the apple maps guide. Parking is an utter pain on Saturday here. Almost felt like passing by it's that frustrating. You would think it's Christmas or something. It's an outdoor mall, some of it, have to get used to this concept down here, not indoors like in the Midwest. Reminds me of one end of theSomerset Collection back in Michigan but outside. The RH store here is gorgeous, fun walking up and down every floor and you can get a bite to eat or quench your thirst with some libation. They allow you to take your mimosa or champagne and walk around the store too. It would be a great mall on a nice day.
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
I don't live in Nashville but visit the city and this mall several times each year. I really like it. There is a good mix of practical-to-premium stores and restaurants. The container store is a favorite of my wife's. They sell many practical items that you never knew you needed. In contrast, you could easily spend $50,000 at Restoration Hardware just furnishing your living room. The mall is in a convenient location, easily accessible by interstate or surface streets, as well.
google avatar

Lundy P.

Yelp
Nice mall previously undiscovered by us during our travels. Lots options for shopping and dining. Will return if in the area and have the time.
google avatar

Mandy K.

Yelp
Now that they have added more food options, I can hand over five shiny stars! The new parking garage is a god send and makes getting in and out so much easier. Props to the mall for all the upgrades!! The free valet parking offerings on both sides of the mall also can come in very handy. The Nordstrom here is one of the nicest I've ever been to, with a Chanel and Gucci boutique inside, as well as an excellent restaurant. And Nordstrom's curbside pick up is super convenient. I love the cooking classes at Williams Sonoma, as well as the lifestyle lectures they are now offering on the concourse. The department stores often host the biggest names in fashion. It has been a treat to meet the faces behind the names! I've even taken yoga classes at Macy's and Free People. Brick and mortar malls may be cutting back in other parts of the country, but I can report retail is alive and well in Green Hills!
google avatar

Stacy W.

Yelp
We drive up from Memphis every 3-4 months to shop here. There is a good amount of high end and regular stores. We drive up mainly for the Nordstrom's and Gucci store. Employees at both are top notch. Friendly, helpful but never to much!
google avatar

Maddie H.

Yelp
The Mall at Green Hills is a very nice mall with a good selection of stores. It is clean and has a lot of natural lighting. They have some high-end boutiques, department stores, restaurants and specialty/tech shops as well. I like coming here to go to Nordstrom and either Sephora or MAC. They also have a Container Store which can be addicting to shop there so I try and avoid it otherwise I can easily drop a lot of money to Marie Kondo my life some more! Surprisingly they do not have a food court, but they do have a few fast casual places like Starbuck's and Panera Bread. This is probably the nicest shopping experience you can have as far as upscale stores. Opry Mills or the Cool Springs Galleria are more casual places to go. I usually come here for something very specific since if I am more budget-conscious I will go to an outlet store which they do not have any of these here. Tip: Parking here on the weekends can get a little crazy. Instead of the outdoor lot try their parking structure adjacent to the mall
google avatar

Kimmy S.

Yelp
I absolutely love this mall and I wish there was something equivalent to back home! This mall is not a huge mall they only have like 50 stores or something like that but it has every single boutique in here which makes it seriously the best lol. My favorite store is Nordstrom! I can spend hours in there! They have my two favorite, Chanel and Celine! They also have a wide selection of premium designer shoes! ---- you can go see my review for Nordstrom at green hills (actually should update it). Thing additional favorites to this mall has Lush, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, David Yurman, Tiffany's, and Zgallerie! There's lots of other stores too depending on your preference. But if you're in the area, this mall is worth checking out! Just bring your wallet LOL! A matter of fact they have a Wells Fargo Incase you need to withdraw lol.
google avatar

Tiffany B.

Yelp
This mall. Has it all! From the most high end designers to the simplest store. This is an excellent mall. To do some good shopping. They have Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton etc great spot for eats and much more. Parking garage is huge so parking here won't be an issue. Now if you are looking for a deal I will not recommend it. This mall is full price only. Not the best for deals. Restrooms are nice and clean. Sundays are open at 11.
google avatar

Shirley C.

Yelp
Not a bad place to shop, but I wish there was more variety, as a lot of the mall is currently under construction. There's a wide range of stores, from low-end (like Forever 21) to high, high-end (like Louis Vuitton). The space is kept clean and maintained well, and there's lots of natural light from the ceiling windows. I went this past Saturday afternoon, and the mall was surprisingly empty. The amount of foot traffic made it feel more like a weekday, which I think is ultimately a good thing. Also, as I mentioned earlier, a good third of the mall was under construction when I went because they're adding new stores (several mall staples like American Eagle/Aerie). I'll have to come back later and see what the space looks like when all the construction is completed.
google avatar

Natalie O.

Yelp
Great shopping mall ranging from stores like forever 21-Gucci. Something for everyone here shopping and eating wise.
google avatar

Maira B.

Yelp
This mall has a lot of selection .... But it is on the HIGH END side. The more affordable department stores are in the back of the mall. It seemed a bit dead with some stores closed so made the shopping seem a bit dull. I love the fact they have eyebrow threading at this mall. Definitely would be back if I am ever here on vacation again. Bring the plastic... you'll be spending a lot.

Yelp
Shop More With Rewards. The Mall at Green Hills of Nashville. I love the Mall at Green Hills, rewards program. Every time you spend $250 from one purchase or several together, you earn $20 in The Mall at Green Hills Rewards. Once earned, $20 in The Mall at Green Hills Rewards will be added to your rewards account. Any one purchase greater than or equal to $500 will be limited to two rewards earned or $40 in rewards. These are a list, of my favorite stores I like to shop for weekly sales. kate spade new york Louis Vuitton Burberry L'OCCITANE en Provence Michael Kors Nordstrom Tory Burch
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
I have never in my life used a public bathroom that was so nasty before. They are still dirty after being cleaned. I've watched them clean the bathrooms before and they do not do a good thorough job at it. I carry Lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and I always have to wipe all the surfaces down that I know I will touch before I use the bathroom and the cloth is always brown and dirty!!! The walls are dirty, the toilet paper dispensers are dirty and gross. This is supposed to be the nicest mall in Nashville and the bathrooms are always filthy!!!
google avatar

Tollie W.

Yelp
Excellent Mall. Newly built. Lots of restaurants around. Great area. I will return. A variety of stores choose from. Macy's, Dillards, Zara, Etc
google avatar

Lucy O.

Yelp
The place where you can find high end brands in Nashville. One of the best mall in Nashville area.
google avatar

Kimberly J.

Yelp
We were in the area and decided to stop by The Mall at Green Hills for some window shopping. The mall is spacious, clean, and very organized. Loads of name brand stores in here (ie. Michael Kors, Burberry, Lacoste, Sephora, Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, Juicy Couture, etc. I didn't see a food court, but they do have some restaurants within walking distance from the mall (ie. Noodles & Company, Panera Bread, The Cheesecake Factory, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Ruby Tuesday) I love The Container Store and was glad to see one here. If I lived in Nashville, I wouldn't say that this is a mall I could see myself shopping at frequently. However, it is a very nice mall to browse around in. Note: Parking can be a bit difficult to find.
google avatar

Frankie I.

Yelp
Extremely clean and very nice area to be in! There are many store options ranging from reasonably priced (Macy's, Kate spade, Sephora) to runway strutting stores such as Burberry and Louis Vuitton. During the week in the afternoon it wasn't very busy but parking in the main lot is impossible. However, there are free parking garages with many open spaces. Mall staff were extremely nice and everything was well kept. It was a very good experience! Handicap accessible, free WiFi, many restaurants but no real food court. Just a auntie aunts, a Godiva (soooo good but soo slow btw) and a small cafe.
google avatar

Kimberly P.

Yelp
I am not a mall person at all, but I really enjoyed visiting the Green Hills mall last weekend. They have a LV store and I was in loved from that moment. The mall was very clean and masks were required. There was a waiting period for certain stores to ensure capacity level was met. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with friends!
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
Noel and I went to the mall on our Mother Daughter outing. We try to go out once a week together alone and do something. After our movie, we decided to walk around the mall a little bit, she wanted to go to Sephora and I just wanted to walk around a little bit. We didn't walk around too much because it was already well after 7pm and I had worked all day and was tired. We stopped and window shopped a little, and had a quick dessert at Bravo Gelato...we will go back when we have more time. I love this mall, it has all the high end stores...my favorite ...Tiffany's and Michael Kors
google avatar

Alana Z.

Yelp
Love this mall. It's bougie. It's clean. It's pretty! It has all the stores you need with such a great selection too! My go to place for shopping!!
google avatar

Meredith M.

Yelp
So honesty moment. This girl is straight outta college and this mall is made for million dollar country stars. Between the Kate Spade and Tory Burch stores, I was wondering how cheap I am that I just wanted an H&M. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice mall, just not for normal people.
google avatar

McKenzie S.

Yelp
Malls are malls. Being from Wisconsin/Minnesota, I grew up spoiled with the Mall of America just a short drive away. It's the mall of all malls. And now when I go shopping, I usually stick to smaller boutiques or online. However, sometimes it's nice to go to the actual store to make sure things fit. I also find that in-store sales are usually better than online. So, I have gone to The Mall at Green Hills a few times and I must say it's really nice. Yes, the parking is not the best if you're not in the parking garage. No matter what day or time I come to this mall, the parking lot is always full. I always find myself driving around in circles trying to squeeze into a spot. I always find a spot though even if I have to walk a bit. But exercise does the body good! The mall itself is very clean and pretty. It feels like it's pretty new compared to other malls. There is a good mix of stores, some that aren't in the current budget. Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Tiffany & Co., etc. However, there are a lot of stores you would expect to find in a mall that are more budget friendly. JCrew, Banana Republic, Lush, Free People, etc. Fast food options are pretty slim which seems strange for a mall. The most exciting part of going to the mall for me has been being able to get a slice of Sbarro's pizza. You don't want a bunch of hangry shoppers on your hands. If you need to go to a mall, this one is a fine choice. A little something for everyone.

Yelp

Yelp
Stopped by the mall while I was in town. If you are looking to shop at certain stores be sure to check the website, for example lilly Pulitzer wasn't open and Tory burch isn't open Monday/ tuesdays. Also, plan for it taking longer in the mall because some stores can have less than 10 people in them so you'll have to wait in line.
google avatar

Lucas L.

Yelp
One of the few remaining successful malls in the area, mostly due to the high-end fare. Most of the area is an abject traffic nightmare, though.
google avatar

Emily D.

Yelp
This mall was really nice and roomy. Was very clean and the crowd was less than expected on a Sunday afternoon. It was only missing one store that we were looking for, Hollister, but great selections at American Eagle and Foot Locker. No food court was disappointing.
