This is my go to spot for clean fresh food. The owner is awesome and always preparing the food fresh when ordered. Good variety of dishes and he will even tailor it for you based on what you like. For anyone looking for some of the best clean food in Thimphu, this is your spot! The location is a little off on Google, it is under the stairwell by C Mart.

Best masala tea and paneer momo's in Thimphu! Came back a second time for the vegetarian chow mein style dish which was also amazing! The owner is so friendly. I came here 3 times in 3 days! Delicious!!

Is just north of the Meredien, tucked away under the stairs of the shopping complex. 2 little tables. Really good food. Went here 3 times while visiting the city for a couple of weeks. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. Totally recommend it!
