This fabulous resort is a haven. A relaxed place to chill with beautiful Kerala boat house style bungalows. Great value with a lovely fresh breakfast made with local ingredients. The view from our balcony was just stunning and to wake up to the sounds of the jungle was just beautiful. The resort has daily yoga sessions and super juices too. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet chilled out stay.

Nice place, that would need some attention from its owners to make it great, eg : better maintenance of the accommodation buildings and garden and a more thorough daily cleaning, and a bit more warmth in welcoming the guests. This said, there is a lot of charm in the little huts and 2 storey villas, and a nice little vegetarian restaurant catering for the needs of the yogi crowd, as well as daily yoga courses that are not crowded. A bit more effort, guys, to make it a place I would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing place for a getaway from noisy crowded places. I was here for 2 nights with my wife. The resort is close to a beach in Mandrem which is simply superb. The owners of the place are very friendly and nice people. Folks usually come here for peace and yoga related activities. One of the best experiences I've had in Goa.

Wow! What an amazing place. Such a beautiful spot and the way that they have built on the land really blends in beautifully. There's a massive carving as you enter that blew my mind. Staff were naturally friendly too, not a put on. Food was pretty tasty too! What more to say other than I'll be back.

Cheapo site - way past its prime. Was good till a few years back but the new management treats it like a low budget hostel. Cleanliness standards and attention to details are ziltch. The villa we checked into the first night had the WC full of poo. And was not ready at all. We were shifted to another room for the night. The bathrooms are not well appointed neither are they really clean in both the rooms nor the villas. The famed coffee is paid for - what's served at breakfast are nescafe sachets. The paid for coffee is by blue tokai ground to a fine power which is coffee not suitable for the French press they use. So it's more like a muddy, sludge coffee that you get and be careful they might reuse the beans if you order 2. Happened to us. The breakfast is the same everyday and the highlight is only a bowl of cut fruit. Everything else is quite avoidable especially if you're looking at healthy options. White bread poi no - whole wheat options. The museli is also quite substandard with cheap ingredients and the low cost is quite apparent. There is no peace in the nomadic villas. The road nearby is busy all night and a place nearby plays loud techno music till 4am. As you're open to the elements you just cannot shut the world out. Overall we would never go there again even if paid.

The Mandala is a great place to get away from it all. It's peaceful and relaxing, but still close to the beach. The owners, Andrew and Anja, and the staff, were all very lovely and helpful. The yoga classes were also great.

It in itself is a all together a very different experience but an amazing one. It's basically a cross culture market. Where foreigners and local together are running their shops , they have small food stalls along with live music, but amazing crowd and had a great experience. Must visit

If you're looking for a super chill yoga retreat with a restaurant that serves great vegetarian and vegan food, this is the place for you. It's located a short walk away from the beach (5 minutes, with a picturesque bridge to cross over a creek), which in itself is amongst the quieter ones in Goa.
