THE MANES Boutique Hotel Prague

This hotel was absolutely exceptional! From staff to rooms to location everything is just absolutely perfect. The staff offers you complimentary drinks upon arrival, and they are very accommodating. Olga at the reception was a literal ray of sunshine, absolutely loved her energy ❤️ The rooms are clean, the balcony is beautiful, the toilets have heated floors and a bidet is included. Also they have an actual well functioning hair dryer instead of the small hotel ones that come attached to the wall. The beds are very comfortable. I can list beautiful things about this hotel for days 😂 Book it without a single ounce of hesitation. Will definitely book it everytime i'm in Prague.

Stay at Manes was very pleasant and heart whelming. The rooms were clean, comfortable like home, and well maintained. The location is great where you can visit all famous places by walk. What truly made the experience special was the staff, especially receptionist Sapna and Tanya.— they were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Both are really professional and welcoming. Their genuine kindness made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and caring service made me feel very warmly welcomed. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would highly recommend this place for the stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at the MANES Boutique Hotel in Prague – it’s honestly a stunning hotel and we loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt stylish, calm, and welcoming. The design is beautiful – really modern and boutique, but still cosy and comfortable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and finished to such a high standard, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were fantastic too – friendly, helpful, and always happy to give recommendations, which made us feel really looked after. The location is perfect as well, close enough to walk to all the main sights but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. It made our trip to Prague feel extra special and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere a bit more special than a standard hotel!

This was a perfect hotel. Very large room, beautifully decorated, underfloor heating in bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. I cannot fault our stay.||Location is pretty good, about 10-12 from the main square, but still lots of nice coffee shops etc around locally. Several tram stops are nearby. What makes this hotel stand out is that they provide free drinks for guests, wine, beer, juices, tea/coffee. You can enjoy them in the reception lounge or take them up to your room. It’s just a really lovely touch.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in for a city break. Everything is absolutely immaculate and perfect from the moment you step in. The smell is amazing the minute you walk through the door, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and Olga in particular is an absolute joy and so so lovely. They kindly upgraded our room without us asking and the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. Nothing is too much for the staff and this hotel is without a doubt the best in Prague. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

I was a little skeptical because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews before arriving, but this was genuinely the best hotel stay I’ve had. The level of service was incredible, the team could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. They absolutely set the standard for excellent customer service. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and in a great location, just a short walk to the old town and with many tourist hotspots just a few minutes away. The room was spacious yet cozy and impeccably clean. It had all the amenities I needed for my short stay. Overall, it was the perfect place to have spent my trip and incredible value for money. It felt like a real luxury experience for an extremely reasonable price. I’ll for sure be staying again for my next visit to Prague.

Arriving a bit before posted check-in time, we were warmly greeted by Tanya. We enjoyed a welcome drink in reception before Tanya informed us housekeeping had just finished preparing our room. A small but efficient lift took up upstairs to our room. Our standard room was fairly large by European standards. The closet in the entryway had plenty of hanging and storage space and housed a generous number of hangars, bathrobes (2), slippers (2), a safe, and minibar/coffee area. The bathroom offered a large, step-in shower with rainfall and handheld shower heads, toilet with bidet, hair dryer, and high quality toiletries including shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and hand/body lotion. Our sleeping area contained a king bed with nightstands on each side, a work area with desk and chair, as well as a couple of cushioned areas that could be used to lounge or sit suitcases on. There were outlets on each side of the bed for recharging electronics. Our room faced the street overlooking the tram tracks but was very quiet with the exception of an occasional passing tram. Among the high-tech features in our room were motion-activated, low-level lights under the bed and over the toilet that eliminated the need for leaving a light on or turning on the lights during the night and heated, bathroom floor tiles. Several evenings, we joined other guests in the reception area for unlimited, complimentary, available 24/7 and include beer, wine, prosecco, juice, coffee, tea, soft drinks, or water. The Manes offers a breakfast buffet for 20€ per person and there are other dining venues and a fitness center available to guests at its nearby sister hotel, Mosaic House Design Hotel. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at The Manes. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and Olga, Tanya, and the entire reception staff was eager to make sure everything was perfect from the drinks they served to providing dining recommendations, a spare outlet adapter, or an ice bag for an injury I sustained getting off the train. The hotel is a short, 10 minute tram ride from the main train station and only a 5 minute walk from two, tram stations, making it ideal for utilizing public transportation. There are also numerous bar and dining options within a short walk.

She took care of everything for us, including booking meals and helping with recommendations, and did it all with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
