I genuinely don’t understand how this property is rated anywhere near a 4-star standard, and the online presentation felt misleading compared to the reality.||We booked king-size bed rooms but were given two single beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. We kept sliding into it during the night and barely slept. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this price level.||At 2:00 AM, there was extremely loud noise in the hotel. Multiple guests called reception. The only action taken was to go upstairs and ask the guests to “make less noise.” It didn’t work, and we had to call again. The noise only reduced around 3:30 AM. Spending the night calling reception instead of sleeping is not what anyone pays for.||The bathroom also had what looked like black mold, which was disturbing and made the room feel dirty and poorly maintained.||Breakfast was the final disappointment: €20 per person, very expensive, and although it’s advertised until 10:30, by 10:00 there were already major items missing (no white bread, no cheese, and a very limited selection). When we asked if it could be refilled, we were told they would not refill items even though breakfast was still supposed to be running. The food that remained didn’t look fresh, and overall it felt like poor value for the price.||Even worse, during breakfast we saw the person managing the buffet handling several food items with bare hands, and we saw food being touched and then put back. This raised serious concerns for us about basic hygiene.||To make things worse, there was construction noise starting around 8:00 AM, with little consideration for guests.||Throughout the stay, reception showed little attention to our concerns, offered no real solutions, and made no gesture despite the issues. Many guests also seemed unhappy and were complaining as well.||Save your money, your sleep, and your sanity. Do not stay here.
