The Manor House

We had a fabulous stay at the Manor House on Rathlin Island. ||Staff were so pleasant and helpful - no airs or graces but still respectful and attentive. ||We had dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious - good homemade tasty food. The restaurant was busy and the food or service didn't suffer as a result. ||We were assigned room 11 - which we settled in to as it was so comfortable - but then due to a cancellation we were offered a change of room - room 6 with a sea view. How lovely of the staff to think of a switch over for a customer for the evening. Nice touch.||The bed was comfortable, room was warm and shower was great. ||Breakfast was continental with a hot offering too. ||A 5 minute walk from getting off the ferry.||The night before we had stayed in the more expensive Salthouse in Ballycastle, but the Manor House clinched it with their staff and homely feel.||Highly recommended.

Stayed for a night while visiting Rathlin for my birthday. The location couldn't be more convenient - the Manor House is right there as you arrive on the ferry! The view was fantastic, the room pretty, clean, and comfortable. I had the best sleep! Had Sunday lunch and breakfast on Monday, both delicious. If could afford it, I'd stay for a month! 😍 staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my first trip to Rathlin amazing 👏

I can honestly say we have never stayed in a more perfect place anywhere in the world! From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely incredible! I have a disability and we brought our two little Kingcharles Cavaliers. The staff helped us so much and were all so friendly and welcoming. Our doggies even got a beautiful gift basket!. The food was absolutely fantastic. From the selection of amazing breakfast to the fresh fish of the day every meal was 5 star!. We didn't want to leave . The views of the Island are stunning, the room perfect. We can't thank the staff enough for an amazing stay. We will definitely be returning. Honestly the most relaxing trip we have ever experienced anywhere! Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at The Manor House.

This lovely hotel deserves 5 stars. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. A perfect view of Rathlin Harbour. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious and superb. Fresh daily produce was the finest👌 I would highly recommend to everyone an overnight stay 😊

We didn't stay in the hotel, just used the restaurant. Extremely good and friendly service from start to finish. The food, beer and wine choice was fantastic. A table for 4, we all had a wonderful meal. The food was of a very high quality. Highly recommended. The wine was delicious

Spent a few nights here and was really surprised at how good it was. ||Friendliest staff I have ever met in any hotel worldwide. Shauna could not do enough to make my stay comfortable and Shannon was an excellent addition to the dining room staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious and extremely well presented.||Due to time constraints, I would normally have missed breakfast but Shona left Cereal and juice in the dining room. Much appreciated. Surprisingly , they put on a fry up breakfast at lunchtime for me||The room was very comfortable and quiet with a fantastic view over the harbour. ||This hotel is highly recommended for any duration.||My thanks to Shannon, Shauna & Michael for making a short stay very memorable and enjoyable.

What an amazing trip to Rathlin! Has the most gorgeous room overlooking the harbour! Staff were so friendly! And it was such a beautiful, cosy place to stay! The menu wasn’t as varied as was on the website.. prob because of the time of year.. but even so it was very good! Definitely would recommend! We can’t wait to go back again ❤️

Over on the ferry for a day visit. Stopped into Manor House for lunch.|Disappointed with the prawn open…seriously 3 prawns per portion….|Tried coffee to finish. Barman trying to do 3 trays at once from coffee to drinks. Mixing himself up. Heard him ask what was Cointreau to one customer. |Only one bus working on day we visited. So passengers wanting to see puffins were advised they couldn’t guarantee a return in time for ferry back.|Overall not great visit. May be better staying overnight and hopefully more eating options would be open.
