The Manor House, near the south coast, Menorca - Explore & Book

"Picture the scene: you awake in your kingsize bed, sun streaming through the sea-facing windows, and pad downstairs to a table groaning under a home-cooked breakfast (thanks to the in-house cook). Then you consider whether to spend your morning by the dazzling infinity pool, exploring the expansive grounds, or taking your own private path down to the white sands of one of Menorca's best beaches. Decisions, decisions... Built in 1978, the Manor House is set in a decadent 300-acre Menorcan playground of open farmland dotted with olive trees. So palatial is the house that 10-14 friends can easily spread themselves out amongst the various lounges, terraces and 6 bedrooms (one has bunkbeds; ideal if you have little ones in tow). If you tire of lounging by the pool, exploring the estate’s hidden caves and taking leisurely group lunches, you’re well placed for Menorca’s many south-coast beaches and central enough to make day trips to Maó, Ciutadella and everywhere in between. Highs Spacious 6-bedroom villa, ideal for big group or family getaways. Sit back by the pool and enjoy the sea views Private access to sandy Cala Binigaus with its crystal-clear water (approx. 20-minute walk or a bumpy drive) Huge high-spec kitchen: self-cater or make use of the live-in cook (included in the rate!) The concierge service can pre-arrange spa days, boat trips, nightclub bookings etc Unique, airy style at surprisingly affordable rates (with flexible booking except in July and August) Lows The villa's 1.5km access track ensures plenty of privacy, but popping to the village for shops/restaurants takes time Beautiful Cala Binigaus can be popular with nudists, but neighbouring Santo Tomas beach has beach bars and eateries A hefty security deposit is required The grounds' staff have limited English; if you want concierge services, request them before arrival You'll need to pay extra for chef services if your party is more than 8 people" - Melissa Burfitt

As a wedding photographer, The Manor House remains as one of my absolute favorite wedding venues in Colorado! I dreamed of shooting here for years and once I had the chance to capture a wedding here, it lived up to, no... it exceeded, all of my expectations! The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning in every direction you turn, but the staff is equally as wonderful to work with. I felt so cared for and valued as a fellow vendor and it was like we were truly all on the same team serving our couple to the best of our abilities! I had the chance to return to and collaborate with The Manor House on a styled wedding shoot that highlighted some of the ways couples can push the envelope and make the space truly their own. There are so many unique spots within the house and on the property for photos that can be utilized in so many ways. I am so inspired by this venue and looking forward to returning to The Manor House! will forever recommend this venue as one of the best wedding venues in Colorado to anyone who asks! with love, Logan, Mrs. Ferree Photography

Google
The absolute best wedding venue EVER! The manor house did the most amazing job at making our day so perfect, literally down to every detail. Aside from it being such a stunning place to experience your most important day, but Kylie and her team went above and beyond in making our day so perfect for us. They really allow you to enjoy your day without having to stress over things like decorations or the flow of the day because they take care of that for you. I would hands down do it all over again with them if I had to!

The Manor House was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the scenery with its sweeping views of the mountains, the city, and the red rocks created the most breathtaking backdrop for our day. Everywhere you turn there’s another stunning photo opportunity, from the grounds to the charming nooks inside; we especially loved taking pictures in the library! The food was incredible and truly went above and beyond our expectations. The team worked with us to add custom touches, including special dishes to honor my Polish heritage and a very specific signature drink that felt so personal and unique. Our guests are still raving about it! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Getting ready at the venue was such a wonderful experience. Our suite and cottage were spacious and comfortable, and they even had a dedicated server who kept food and drinks replenished for our wedding party so we could relax and enjoy the morning. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt so supported throughout the entire day. The Manor House perfectly balanced elegance, warmth, and natural beauty, and it gave us the wedding we had always imagined. We couldn’t recommend it more highly to any couple looking for a venue that is both stunning and so thoughtfully managed.

As a photographer, I absolutely loved working at the Manor House. The venue offers stunning views of the foothills, especially in October with the fall colors, and I’m excited to return in December for more beautiful shots. The staff was amazing to work with—so easy-going and helpful, which made the day run smoothly. The Manor House offers both indoor and outdoor gathering spots, making it perfect for any couple looking for a venue close to Denver with great scenery. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a wedding! Can’t wait to photograph here again.

The Manor House is simply perfect. When we saw it, we immediately knew it was where we wanted to get married. The building itself feels sophisticated and full of character, yet still incredibly warm and welcoming. The surroundings perfectly represent the beauty of Colorado with its views of Denver, dynamic red rocks, and lush greenery and trees. The Manor House is such a special and unique place, and we are so thankful we were able to get married there. While its appearance and location were initially what attracted us, we were simply blown away by the staff and their communication, organization, and efficiency. From the first tour to the tasting to our wedding rehearsal to our wedding day, every single interaction we had with the staff was stress-free, fun, and professional. Working with one vendor for linens, seating, silverware, food, and alcohol, made the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable. Throughout the process, we were honored to work with Kylie. If you want a literal magical angel to coordinate your wedding, Kylie will make all your dreams come true. She answered all my anxiety-ridden questions and immediately put me at ease with her clear and helpful advice and answers. Kylie was always so kind, so calming, and she truly seemed to care about us having the perfect wedding. The biggest thing I am grateful for was that on the day of our wedding, I was truly able to feel like a bride. I didn’t worry about anything because I knew the day was in the capable hands of Kylie and her incredible staff. It was such a gift to feel present throughout the whole day and feel connected to my husband during every special moment. If you are looking for a venue that is not only gorgeous, but is run by staff who are kind, professional, and simply incredible, book The Manor House now. We waited two years to get married here, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

Our wedding at The Manor House was an absolute dream come true! From start to finish, everything was perfect and it was all thanks to the incredible team, especially Amber. She was an absolute rock throughout the entire planning process. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail meant that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the big day. I truly got to just show up, relax, and enjoy every magical moment. The venue itself is breathtaking! We’ve received endless compliments from our guests, not only about how stunning the space was, but also about the amazing food and drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest was cared for, and it showed in every detail. I can’t thank the team enough for making our day so memorable. It was everything we hoped for and more. It was truly the most magical day of our lives!

Yelp
Came for a rooftop cocktail Party on the second floor. This was for a pre wedding party. Good place for a cocktail. No food menu. Full bar. Views of hill and mountains. Outdoor seating with limited indoor seating.

Yelp
Was a groomsmen for a wedding here. During the wedding the staff rummaged through all our things in the lower room where we got ready and pregamed, stole all our beer and liquor during the wedding ceremony. Staff were very unprofessional. I would go somewhere else.

Yelp
Gorgeous venue and wonderful staff!! The Manor House is magical!! I attended a friend's wedding this weekend and could not find a bad angle of the surrounding mountains.

Yelp
We went to a wedding here, beautiful venue, beautiful views, and the historic home very cool. I would recommend it to anyone!

Yelp
Beautiful, stately, romantic. Love this space so so much. As a wedding photographer, I get to experience a lot of venues and I'm always thrilled when I get to shoot at Manor House. Great views of Denver, beautiful indoor spaces, can't beat it.

Yelp
I attended a wedding here and from the moment I stepped out my car, the place WOWed me. The service was also excellent as well. I have got to say, whoever is in charge is running a well oiled machine. First of all, its parking lot was more than big enough to host any wedding. From the moment you walk in you could tell this building got a major face lift yet preserved a lot of the history behind it. The interior design is sleek and modern, especially the restrooms. I loved the bar area even though I cannot drink. The bar area was a bit small but it was a good amount of space for everyone to order their favorite drink. There was plenty of outdoor seating for people to mingle as well which was spacious enough where it didn't feel cramped once the guests started filling in. The staff were all friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The servers were all friendly, and the place looked fantastic. And did I mentioned the food? The steak literally melted in my mouth! The temperature of the steak was cooked at medium rare which was perfect! The wedding was setup buffet style so plenty of food for everyone. The establishment was well maintained and the bathroom was cleaned. I will definitely recommend this place and the best was the drive for me. I lived only 10 mins away! I can't ask for a perfect night!

Yelp
I was a recent vendor at this venue.. first off I would like to start off with this is a gorgeous wedding venue and Has beautiful views! But the staff are extremely rude, it seems like they all don't like their job at all and almost every single person that I ran into that worked there was not friendly, they couldn't even pretend to be nice and had no problem showing that they clearly don't want you there or even want to be there. So sad because the manor house has such great potential to be such a wonderful venue for both guest and vendors.

Yelp
I went here recently to help with setting up a wedding. The place was pure chaos. Nothing seemed organized and none of the staff members working were helpful or friendly. From the moment we got there the wait staff gave us dirty looks. There was one female staff member in particular that was extremely rude. She did not hide her disgust for us at all. Not only did she give us dirty looks, she also went out of her way to shoulder check me. She literally looked right at me and purposely ran into me then kept walking. All of them kept rolling their eyes at us as we were trying to set up our stuff for the wedding. All of our supplies were in a corner yet the staff here kept purposely kicking our boxes like they were in the way. I have never had a venue treat us so poorly. I hope none of the wedding guests got treated like this.

Yelp
Perfect, gorgeous, amazing and absolutely Colorado beautiful. Look no further than the Manor House for a truly unbelievable wedding. Their staff caters to your every need, and does so effortlessly. The food was scrumptious and attention to detail was on point. If you want a venue that takes care of every detail and fabulous food all with the most gorgeous I door and outdoor backdrop, book today!!

Yelp
What a beautiful setting for a wedding! Foothills, red rocks, view of Denver and the building itself is a perfect place. Kylie and the staff could not have been nicer. They worked hard to make sure everything was set up for the wedding outside and reception inside. We didn't have to set up or take down anything. They had it organized in boxes afterwards for us to take home. The food was delicious. We had so many guests come up to us afterwards and say how good the food was and how the staff was so pleasant....We agree with this completely. This is where you need to have your wedding. (mom of the bride)

Yelp
My daughter just had her wedding at the Manor House. From start to finish everyone there did an amazing job. It was so nice that they provide a professional friendly event planner. The Manor House and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend the Manor House.

Yelp
Kelley and the entire team at The Manor House did an amazing job at our wedding this past weekend. I can not say enough great things. Not only does the venue speak for itself, but the staff makes it exceptional. Everyone was in the best mood and seemed genuinely happy to be there and help us experience this day. It rained right before our ceremony, but The Manor House folks were pros, they wiped everything down for our guests and even put up a walkway by the guest house for the wedding party to use so we could avoid the wet ground. The food was spectacular and Kelley was so easy to work with - she just gets it. Our wedding day was truly magical and I have The Manor House to thank for that.

Yelp
What are you in the area and you come up here and just park and enjoy the scenery where you get caught up on texting and emails, or just even every day life, there is a nice spot. This is also an awesome place to have a nice cozy dinner and they have very delicious food.

Yelp
I helped my close friends coordinate their wedding at the Manor House on December 5, 2015. And it was over the top fabulous! If your searching for the perfect venue for your special day, you definitely need to see this place & visit with Janae or Kelley. This majestic Manor House was beautifully decorated for the holidays, everything was laid out the way it was supposed to be, and the entire staff was excellent! The food was catered by A Perfect Bite Catering, their preferred caterer, and the food was wonderful. Our favorites were the gourmet Mac and cheese bar, the five onion soup was great and the herb crusted tenderloin was perfectly prepared! Linda sure has a talented culinary Team. I cannot say enough about the service we received, which made for a truly magical day for my couple. Kelley and Janae were wonderful to work with, they both always quickly followed up with me, had wonderful suggestions for us, and they have amazing attention to detail. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Yelp
This place is seriously gorgeous! It's one of those places you only see on tv! Went for my cousin's wedding and every inch of this place was gorgeous. The upper and lower terraces and the open bar and the dining area. Even the main course was fantastic and the steak was perfect. They even had a cottage for her to get ready!

Carisa T.

Yelp
My best friend got married at the manor house yesterday and it was a beautiful perfect day. I'll start with the obvious. The grounds are breathtaking. Everywhere you look is perfect backdrop for photos. This review is mostly For the wedding coordinator Kylie. We were in complete disaster mode when the florist was a no show and she kept her cool and decorated the reception area with leftover candles and books from the library. It turned out beautiful and the guests couldn't tell that anything wasn't exactly how it was supposed to be. Thank you Kylie and manor house staff !!!

Yelp
I'm getting married here this year!! I can't wait!!!! THE VENUE IS GORGEOUS!!! A 1914 mansion set upon a hill in beautiful Colorado valley with a gorgeous view of Denver! Kelly has been so great to work with! I'll let you know what happens this July--so far so good!

Yelp
Beautiful, Fairytale Venue We knew we wanted to have our dream wedding at The Manor House as soon as we walked into the Fall 2017 Showcase Open House...this venue is the most stunning, breathtaking place I have ever seen. Our winter, January wedding, ceremony and reception were both held in the Great Room, and it couldn't have been any better. We added winter wonderland elements to the incredible architecture that makes up The Manor House. Kelley Case was wonderful. She worked with us to coordinate everything, all the way through the planning process. She was also our Day-Of Coordinator. She personally kept the gorgeous Christmas decorations up, as she knew that is what I wanted, even though she needed to take them down in one night before the next day's bride who did not want the decorations left up. Kelley kept everything moving smoothly, even with the first snowstorm of the season. She was so sweet and helped to bustle my dress when there were issues. I couldn't have asked for a better Wedding coordinator. The food was delicious and met our dietary wishes, the setup was perfect and timely, and the entire Manor House team was so friendly and wonderful. The Manor House made for an incredible backdrop for our photos. Definitely THE place to get married!

Rachel S.

Yelp
This will be the first of the 5 star reviews I leave for The Manor House. I cannot recommend it enough! We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was the best possible experience I could imagine with a venue and day-of coordinator. Our day was perfect. Most of our guests had not been to The Manor House before and they were blown away by the setting, the service and the food and drinks. Kylie was a dream and so kind, supportive, flexible, quick to answer any questions I had, and took care of pretty much everything on the day of the wedding. After months of planning, it felt really great to have Kylie in charge on the day we had been thinking about for so long. We had looked at a few other venues and The Manor House really had it all. It's close enough to Denver that we were able to accommodate reasonably priced transportation for our out of town guests but easy enough for our local guests to drive to. The food and drinks were delicious and the package pricing really helps to work with the budget.

Yelp
We came to The Manor House for a wedding last weekend and it's a beautiful property. Perfect man cave in the basement for the groom and groomsmen. Upstairs with a balcony on the opposite side of the house is where they had the bride. Food was yummy, close parking and tons of old photos with detailed history. Staff was a bit unprofessional and a little disappointing. They seemed absent and no one smiled, I hate that. Other than that, it was an amazing wedding.

Yelp
Beautiful historic site with stunning views of Ken Caryl. The perfect setting for corporate dinners, weddings, or other special events that guests aren't likely to forget! Recent renovations to the property allow for more variety in booking diverse groups for the space, with a large, open space for seated meals in the upstairs of the main building. Another huge plus is the ample parking for the venue!

Yelp
After researching several wedding venues in the Denver metro area, we selected the Manor House for our October 2016 wedding. There were some pros and several cons that we felt were present at this location, based on our experience. PROS: The venue is a historic mansion that has wonderful views of both downtown Denver and the Red Rocks Amphitheater from their outdoor ceremony space, and also has a backup site upstairs for bad weather. When you reserve the site, you get the entire area! When we first visited in October 2015, the historic home was decorated by the owners in a strong fall theme, which helped in our selection process; they confirmed the use of those same decorations for our big day for the following October (something we mentioned, and confirmed each meeting). The venue had a suggested vendor list that helped us get started on other vendor service selections, and Kelley, the main site coordinator was willing to talk with us whenever we had questions along the way. At the wedding, Kelley helped ensure we received food/drinks throughout the day, and assisted any guests if they had questions. CONS: While being very adamant about payment and appointment times for us, they would almost always run late themselves (ex. Midpoint meeting started 15 minutes late, our walk-through meeting started 45 min late and was rushed, and we showed up for rehearsal and sat around with our family and friends for 30 minutes while we tried to find someone at the venue to let us in to unload decor). The final payment was also charged and posted to my credit card twice, and when I reached out to let them know, they blamed me, so I had to dispute with my bank. The venue also requires use of their internal caterer, Perfect Bite Catering. We had several communication hiccups, delayed responses, and lack of clarity on pricing with the caterer. After pulling Kelley in to help clarify, it turns out that changing items from our 'a la carte' menu did not impact the per person cost - not sure how that's possible, meat is more expensive than muffins you would think? Also, on the day of our wedding - huge error on their part: they did not make our main dish for the brunch buffet! This was the main item confirmed several times with them; the error could not be corrected, and because of the lack of pricing transparency, we had no way to know if the refund we pushed for was a fair value. On the day of our wedding, there was minimal fall décor added from the venue compared to the previous year; Kelley noted that lately other brides often asked for it to be taken away, contradictory to our repeated requests and one of the main reasons we selected a fall wedding at the venue. Also, we provided pictures of how we wanted our own décor set up per their request - however, they followed those images inconsistently, and did not even use some of our decor. Other vendors contact info had been provided to Kelley per her request. Kelley, who we paid a coordination fee too, did not do much coordination or discussion with the other vendors. Overall, the venue is beautiful and the day was great - but there were several overlooked details and hiccups that should and could have been avoided.

Yelp
If you decide to have your wedding at The Manor House, you will not be disappointed. Kelley and Janea make sure it is perfect. We were able to choose from linens of every color....from tableclothes, runners and napkins. Choices of silverware to suit each couple. And we were able to bring in candles, hurricane lights with dried flowers, signs etc etc. They manage to put all of your decorations exactly where you want. At the end of the evening they box up everything you provided for easy pick up the next day. They are there to guide you through the ceremony and even organize the big group photo if you desire. The food is excellent. The chef meets with you some time before the wedding, and you get to sample and choose from many delicious foods. And did I forget to say that it is the most beautifil views of Colorado and a beautiful romantic venue. It was fantastic.

Yelp
Stunning! My friend had her birthday celebration here a couple of nights ago. What a fantastic venue! I was completely transported by the way they had it decorated for the season. She's a grand old dame! There are not enough superlatives to describe her. I wish had I had an event to plan. I would go here in a heartbeat. I don't know if the staff that was there for her party belonged to The Manor Inn or a catering company, but they were also great!

Yelp
I wish I could put 10 stars for The Manor House. First, I'm a retired event planner from Austin and was in the position of planning my only daughter's wedding here in Colorado. I researched venues all over the place and found this one, thankfully. Let me say that they were incredible. They are total pros when it comes to weddings and I do know a thing or two about this industry. I know when things are done right. I know when my vendors are fully competent and know how to execute the event seamlessly. I know when I find a top quality venue with stunning views and unparalleled areas for ceremony, cocktail hours, and reception and banquet halls. This one is over the top if you are looking for grandeur, class, style and basically what everyone wants for their wedding. I didn't even have to hire a day of coordinator so that I could enjoy my daughter's event. Kelley and Janae took care of literally everything. To say they delivered is understatement. It was perfection. Sometimes I had to leave messages and wait for responses, but never too long, and knowing the industry as I do, when you are involved with an event, that is your only priority. They are not the type who answer texts and phone calls when you are with them. You are their only focus at that time. They were completely focused on my event when the time came. No fuss, no worries, and all at what I feel was an excellent price. Thank you, Manor House, for bringing my daughter's dream wedding to life and following my vision. Working with you was a pleasure!

Yelp
Went to a wedding here and it was amazing. The history behind the Manor House is second to none. The owner was nice enough to stop by and say hello and give us the background of the property. My wife and I were both in awe of the marriage ceremony, as it looked over the entire front range of Denver/Boulder. They just built a new addition where the reception was held, and it was amazing. Perfect wedding. Perfect Venue.

Yelp
The Manor House is now only opened on Wednesdays but is still a great location for a drinks, especially when the weather is nice and you can sit on the patio. They had a food truck come the last time I was there. Sign up on their email list for updates; also important because if they have to close for any reason (special event, weather), they will send out an email so you don't make the drive.

Lana E.

Yelp
I recommend everything about this venue! They made the process so smooth and our wedding was better than I ever could have imagined. We received so many compliments on the venue and all of our guests had the most amazing time! I HIGHLY recommend using Manor House! Thank you to our coordinator Kelley for making this whole process stress free!

Yelp
We had a similar experience as Lucas D. The wedding coordinator would not get back to us. Due to a family emergency, we had to move our wedding from Colorado after signing our contract with the manor house. We cancelled almost 10 months before our wedding. After cancelling, we repeatedly tried to work with the Manor House to fill our spot, so that they could have an event that night, and so we could get our deposit back. We called and emailed many many times, and never received any response regarding this. Finally, we were informed by them that they got another wedding to take our place, but that they were still only going to give us a small portion of our deposit back. Therefore, they were in the same position they would have been if we had decided to get married there, but also had our deposit. After they told us this, it took us almost six months of constant emails and phone calls from us to get our refund. These calls and emails were all unanswered, until we started getting more insistent, and offered to drive to their office to pick up a check. I know they had no legal obligation to give us anything back, but since they were left in the same position as if we had gone through with our wedding, it would still morally have been the right thing to do. Even if we had gotten married in Denver, we would still strongly advise against the Manor House. Besides the horrible service and shady money practices, were were informed by multiple independent wedding planners after we booked that the Manor House had very bad food. It looks great from the outside. But trust me. Stay away.

Jen B.

Yelp
I originally contacted Manor House on February 9, 2015 (via email and phone conversations) when I was told that the month of May 2016 was "wide open." On March 20, 2015 I went on my walk through of the venue with my parents. I really liked the venue (besides the dead mouse in the basement) and told the Event planner that I wanted May 29, 2016, in which she sent me an estimate of the costs for this particular day and listed this date as available in the estimate. Immediate booking of the establishment was delayed due to my fiance's fathers untimely death. I called today to put the deposit down for May 29, 2016 and I was told by the event planner that this previously guaranteed day had been booked since July 2014. In order to get the day before May 29, 2016 it would be an additional $4,500!! If they are this unorganized on a simple thing like dates for bookings what else will the be unorganized on wedding day? I think this is some ploy to get brides to pay more for other dates. What else will they getting wrong for other brides?? ..... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, don't be the next unhappy bride :(

Yelp
I dined at the Manor House a little over a year ago for an anniversary. The first and maybe the best part about the Manor House is that it is literally perched on top of a hill in the middle of Ken Caryl Valley. It is a massive old mansion with spectacular views. We were greeted promptly and seated next to a rear facing window. The restaurant was not very crowded, but it was late on a Wednesday night. After drinks, we had an excellent cheese platter for an appetizer. The main courses were a steak selection for me and fish for my dining partner. The presentation of both of the dishes was very well done and both were equally delicious. My steak was good but not the best I have ever had. An eager and attentive wait staff served us throughout, and proved to be helpful without being too overbearing. The price was expensive, but worth it for the views and the general ambiance of the experience. I would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Yelp
I was contacted by the Manor House a few months after my initial review. A member of the management team reached out and apologized for my bad experience. I appreciate that they took the time to correct the problem. I was refunded a portion of my check from my visit. Thank you Manor House.

Yelp
This place is perfect! I attended a wedding here in August 2015. I was so impressed, and I am really into weddings. I basically felt like I walked into the perfect Pinterest board. The Manor and the grounds are breathtaking. Beautiful views of sky, mountains and a peek at downtown Denver. There were bunnies hopping around a birds floating on the air currents, it was truly peaceful. Everything was decorated in simple elegance. The wedding went off perfectly (from a guest perspective) everything seemed calm, organized and smooth. All of the guests were relaxed and at ease. The staff was great, basically there with a plate of hor d'oeuvres or to refill a wine glass then disappearing again which is exactly what you want in event staff, show up magically the minute a guest wants something then quietly fade into the background. The food itself was delicious. For dinner there were pasta stations and they were really good and moved pretty quickly. There are hotels within a mile and a lot to do in the area. The wedding we attended was on a Thursday. So we arrived Wednesday and left Saturday night giving us a mini-getaway. It was really great. As an out of town wedding guest I can't say enough about how great this place was. Definitely deserving of all five stars.

Yelp
Great staff & an amazing (not to mention delicious) Easter Brunch! The views on this gorgeous day were amazing and the prime rib & food was delicious! New Easter tradition!

Yelp
Wedding couples, everything about a wedding here is ideal. The main thing to know is that the caterer is NOT the provider that does everyday non-wedding food there (i.e., happy hour, Mother's Day, Easter, etc.). Every single guest at our wedding raved about the food. I talked to one of the coordinators after Easter and Mother's Day and she made it very clear that they know that those types of events aren't their forte, so please do yourself a favor and don't judge a wedding book by its holiday cover. Seriously.

Yelp
I got married here in December of last year. Everything was wonderful! My husband and I had a short engagement lasting only 3 months. We knew we wanted to get married around Christmas. I didn't think the Manor House would be in our budget, but when I was trying on wedding dresses the employee actually told me that the Manor House was having 50% off the site booking fee for the off season. Perfect! We scheduled a tour and the rest is history. Kelley and Janae were awesome to work with and really took care of everything. We found other venues for less, but they didn't include everything. I loved that the Manor House price included catering, they had a bar with a bartender (other places you have to hire your own bartender!), had a beautiful venue, we had full use of the entire house and it was already decorated for the holidays. We got married on a weekday in the off season and had only 80 guests. It was wonderful! We have only received the most amazing comments from friends and family who have said it's the best wedding they have been to because of how intimate it was. It snowed on our wedding day making for ideal pictures! The staff was courteous and so helpful and friendly on the day of. There was lots of mud being tracked through the house due to the snow and they were constantly mopping and making sure the floor was dry. I was never worried about the flow of the day or when appetizers were sent out because Kelley and Janae took care of it all. I can't thank them enough and I am always recommending the Manor House to my engaged friends! I'm so happy with our choice.

Yelp
The Manor House is a dream but it only starts there . My husband and I first found our venue online since we are from NYC and wanted to narrow our search before seeing sites in person. We visited 6 sites in total but as we drove up the hill through the M & H gates we were blown away. The exterior is stunning and speaks for itself. Inside is equally as spectacular and will ensure you have an incredible plan B should you need one due to weather. The site has amazing history, everything looks incredibly clean and up to date and each room you enter has a unique vibe and feel than the one before. We had 123 guests in total which was extremely comfortable and allowed for space for our 7 piece band and enough room on the dance floor. At the start we were thinking we may get 180-200. Although this would be tight Kelley and Kylie came up with 3 different floor plans and went back and forth with us several times to ensure we were comfortable with the layout while also continuing to plan from hundreds of miles away. Speaking of the staff, the real beauty and perfection of the site is them! Kelley, Kylie and all the wait staff and bar tenders are top notch. They answer in a timely manner, go above and beyond in terms of service and blew me away with their professionalism as a fellow event planner myself. Kelley who is the GM was there through it all, kept me calm while my stress creeped in during the rehearsal two days prior and was on the reception floor serving meals to our guests on our wedding night. We truly can't believe we were fortunate enough to find the Manor House and have our wedding there. Thank you to all involved , and please if you have any doubts about where to book know that the Manor House in Littleton, CO will not disappoint.

Yelp
I'm not sure I can say enough nice things about the staff at the Manor House. My husband and I got married here in May of this year, and only had a 6 month engagement so planning was tight. In the midst of our planning, we experienced several family crises and had to redo our ceremony and reception only two weeks before our wedding! Luckily, Kelly and Janae are so amazing and professional, they helped us redo our wedding last minute and worked with us on everything. The entire thing turned out to be the most beautiful, most romantic, and smoothest wedding we could have asked for. They work so well as a team that my husband and I were able to enjoy our day instead of stressing about the details. Our guests have all mentioned to us over and over how amazing and well planned everything was, and we could not have hoped for a better day!

Yelp
The Manor House was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Kelley and her team did a great job. You don't have to worry about ANYTHING the day of. They take care of it all. Kelley knows her stuff and is very flexible and great to work with. About 3-4 weeks before your wedding you'll have a 1:1 meeting with her- Line up your vendors, give their information to Kelley and the day of she tells them where to go and what to do. Kelley also has a lot of decor that you can borrow- containers, chalk boards, easels ect. Keep in mind that they do up to 3 weddings a weekend at the Manor House, so if you need help 'planning' your wedding (vision, theme, flowers, ect) then hire someone to help you with that, but you don't need anyone for 'day of', as they have it under control. The Mansion looks better than ever with new floors, and finishings up stairs. Our out of town guests loved the being in the foothills, but still close enough to Denver to get both experiences. The food was great- people are still talking about it. I would 100% have my wedding and reception here again.

Yelp
I haven't been here in years, back when they were open as a restaurant. They closed the restaurant part and operated as an event center. Now they're open Wednesday nights with live music. I look forward to going back here on a Wednesday to catch the music and enjoy this beautiful mansion!

Yelp
I married my husband here in August 214. I had fallen in love with the property from first glance at pictures, and I was never once disappointed by anything. Booking the Manor House was worth every penny . My friends and family were all impressed, most who were from out of town. It feels like you are combining a Colorado wedding with a southern-style wedding. Kelly and her staff were also wonderful. She always greeted us so warmly and let me bounce any ideas off her through the process. I can't thank them enough. I absolutely recommend The Manor House as a venue for a wedding or any event.

Yelp
Just got married here this last weekend. It was so amazing. I couldn't find any venues that could compare to this one throughout Colorado. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very patient with my family's constant questions. The house is so extremely elegant and the ceremony location had a wonderful view. The reception was super glamorous. it truly was the BEST day ever. Tons of my girl friends said that it was their idea of a dream wedding venue as well. Janae and Kelly were wonderful. I highly suggest getting married here because it will surely impress your guests:)

Yelp
We had our wedding here and could not have been happier. The venue and views are second-to-none. The staff was amazing, Kelly and Janae kept us in the loop on everything, as well as provided day-of coordination. They worked seamlessly with our vendors. Our wedding went off perfectly, the food and staff were amazing, and their new reception hall is perfect. Our pictures came out incredible, and we are just so thankful to have found this place and these people. We would recommend The Manor House to anyone who will listen. What a great day.

Yelp
My husband and I were married at the Manor House this past weekend. I was impressed by Kelley and her staff consistently over the year. I know some older reviews complain about the timeliness of response. Yes, Kelley sometimes takes a few days to respond to emails, but I never found it inappropriate. This venue has a ridiculous amount of weddings and I think Kelley and her staff highly prioritize the closer events (as they should). As we got closer to our day and I had more time sensitive questions, I usually got an answer within 24 hours. I also had a really pleasant experience with Lisa, who was always very friendly and helpful. On to the real meat of this review - The house is drop dead gorgeous. It was recently renovated slightly and looks beautiful. I received so many compliments on the day of. I was very nervous about the flow of the event because there is usually dinner done in the tent and then the party moves inside to align with a noise ordinance. It was a totally seamless transition and I loved that the "house party" had something for everyone. A lot of people danced in the main ballroom, others sat in the sitting room and chatted. Many people enjoyed the gorgeous bar and another group of people took advantage of the comfy seats on the porch because of the beautiful weather. Also, this is a no brainer...but the ceremony site is to die for. Kelley and her staff clearly understand the space well. I gave them a lot of decor without a real understanding of where to place it - they did a beautiful job of taking my items and placing them. I was very happy. The food was fantastic. I barely ate because of nerves, but I got a ton of compliments on the meals. We were very pleased that a large plate of appetizers awaited us at our table when we arrived from pictures. We ended up staying at the guest house (which is gorgeous and worth every penny) and the staff had the fridge stocked with all of our food (both entrees, sides, dessert and our late night snack) and a bottle of champagne. My new husband mentioned on the way out of the reception that he was wanting a whiskey and coke, but the bar had closed. About ten minutes after settling into the house, we received a knock at the door and the drink was delivered to him. We just felt like the staff went out of their way to make us feel calm and special and it showed. Kelley, Lisa and the other staff clearly know weddings and this event was a well oiled machine. They were very flexible with us and willing to work with us to get what we wanted. Our wedding was perfect and I am so glad we chose The Manor House! I would highly recommend the guest house. We rented it the night prior for the bridesmaids and then used it to get ready the day of. It is large and made the getting ready process very comfortable. It was also very convenient for the night of!

Yelp
My fiancé and I were going to have our wedding here, until the HORRIBLE wedding coordinator at this venue didn't communicate us for 3 months. We left multiple messages from Sept-Dec without hearing one word. We even emailed her multiple times and still didn't hear anything. It was just completely inexcusable behavior for a wedding coordinator. We had some questions on the contract that they presented us at the time we viewed the venue, they weren't able to answer them or tell us exactly what the charges would be. We ended up choosing a different venue with an amazing wedding coordinator. I would not have your wedding at this venue unless you're ready to chase around a wedding coordinator and make yourself insane trying to get a hold of her. Take it from me, I lived this terrible experience with the Manor House.

Yelp
2nd year we have gone to the Manor House for Valentine's Day. Nice romantic place with pretty good service. Food was good but they ran out of steak so we got a 10% discount on our chicken. That was pretty disappointing when spending $100 per couple for chicken.

Yelp
We came here for Mother's Day brunch. The food was sub-par, cold, and service was poor. Even the coffee was cold! We won't be back.
