I ordered the chicken blt sandwich. I waited for 18 minutes and my sandwich came out with burnt bread, dry chunks of chicken, no bacon, wilted lettuce, and a mealy slice of tomato. I can't believe I waited that long for this expensive disgusting sandwich. I could have gone to the vending machine and eaten better.

Google
The young man working in the back preparing the food was incredibly respectful and kind. He truly made my experience a 10/10 just through his patience and attention to detail, especially when I explained my food allergies. He took every precaution without hesitation — changing his gloves, using a completely clean pan, and preparing my meal separately from the others. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed, and the food turned out absolutely delicious! I genuinely hope a manager sees this and passes along the praise; you did an amazing job. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, keep up the great work!

Google
Wasn't able to order breakfast...everything said out of stock on the kiosk. Waited until after 10:30 for breakfast to end and the whole lunch menu was out of stock. Grab and go cold food only. At least 4-5 staff stood around joking about as customers came and went. All of them spent at least an hour doing absolutely nothing as I entered, waited, l left returned, and waited on my atanother establishment. All I can say is that I want to get a job here if I can get paid to do nothing.

Google
Best breakfast sandwich I've had in 5 years. All these kids waiting in line for generic, been there Einstein's bakery missing out. Holy. I picked up mustard, turned around and my hot meal was ready ...... sort of want another ....m also 6am IPA dont hurt

Google
The upscale eatery at Atlanta airport gate D21 offers an extensive wine and beer menu with 6 breakfast options served til 1030AM and 6 sandwiches and a soup of the day, which was sold out when I arrived. The stainless steel set up offers a contrast to the quick food decor of the other places. The only seating is three slightly high barstools, so plan to head to a nearly central dining area. Local craft beer and wines abound.

Google
Listen to the other reviewers and avoid this place like the plague. Guy behind the counter isn’t wearing gloves when making your meal. Which is even more disgusting when you consider he’s on his phone between orders. Self service machines don’t print receipts. Staff doesn’t keep up with orders. Be SURE to avoid or use an unique name or your order will be confused with someone else’s. Thus, they’ll report the order as picked up. Won’t do refunds.

Google
Beware the "helpful employee" who steps up to help you use the automated checkout register. She conveniently tipped herself $11 bucks. I noticed it right in the moment. Sorry ma'am you not slick. I would have tipped anyways even though I just got self service items and didn't have you put anything together. I'm sure it's frustrating but I was in a hurry. Go on and keep your little tip money. Just wanted you to know you not slick and people like me do NOT owe you a damn thing.

Google
75% of the breakfast items on the menu were “out of stock” but I ordered a bagel. I opened the box and there was no cream cheese. That’s when I learned they were out of that too. Poor staff was trying and super nice. Definitely recommend waiting in the Einstein line.

Yelp
Honestly, could've been better and could've been worse. Solid middle ground. Needed some breakfast, and this place had one of the shorter lines and one of the more affordable menus. I got a bacon breakfast sandwich and it would be helpful to know that the bacon is Canadian. It's thick and definitely not crispy but tastes good. The bread itself was fluffy, but burnt. The cooked egg was definitely premade, but tasted OK with everything together. Staff was a little intense as they rushed and yelled out receipts but they were definitely busy and friendly enough. I am certainly not one who would want to work in an airport as it gets really busy. The seating area nearby was kind of dirty, but it worked

Caleb M.

Yelp
Stopped to grab a drink and a hot sandwich. Male clerk was too stoned to understand what we were ordering. Female staff member was able to explain it to him, but they let us order a beer they didn't have. We had to ask for our beer several times. Sandwich was never made, because the other female staffer was too busy listening to her "Beats" to manage the incoming order tickets.

Yelp
The beautiful design of the place, nice photos, and packaging might fool you into thinking the food is delicious and healthy. You'd be wrong on both counts. I got a Cobb salad that had nasty rotting pieces in it. Probably the worst salad I've had in the past year.

James O.

Yelp
horrible. worst coffee ever and terrible service. I understand that it is not a fun job but taking it out on the customers is unprofessional.

Jack S.

Yelp
Mediocre service, awful grilled cheese, grossly dirty eating space. Definitely not worth a revisit but then again is anything at the Atlanta Airport
google avatar

Austin R.

Yelp
At the ATL airport and it's one of those days. I'm looking for a glass of red and something unhealthy to make me feel better and they came through! Zurich T. Helped me out and I'm better for it. The reds are kept at an ideal temp and the grilled cheese did not disappoint.

Yelp
Slow. a breakfast sandwich took over a half hour. I paid for it, but didn't get to eat it because my plane started boarding before they finished making it. Lots of people behind the counter moving slowly. Frustrating. Most expensive sandwich I never got to eat.

Richard H.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting! I just paid $16 for the worst "Cobb Salad" I've ever seen, from the Fresh Salads section. I don't know when, if ever, the salad was fresh, but it certainly wasn't this week. Brown lettuce, "questionable" chicken, and an "off" smell. I'd sooner be hungry than buy anything from here again.

Yelp
On a Sunday morning, the choices are limited for breakfast in concourse D. At about 8:00 a.m., the lines at the coffee and bagel places were quite long, and the food and wine market line was only about 20 minutes. We got a couple of breakfast sandwiches, which were prepared fresh to order. Unfortunately, they don't put any seasoning, butter, or anything other than the egg and the meat on a roll. It makes for quite a dry sandwich. The sandwiches with juice and a fruit salad came to about $15 per person, a bit high but consistent for airport pricing. The staff did their best to keep the line moving, and I have to give them credit for maintaining their composure since some people were getting frustrated waiting in line. Overall this is not a bad choice, but if you can get food before you get to the airport, you'd likely be much better off at breakfast time.

Yelp
I was looking for some place other than a full service restaurant to have a glass of wine and a cider. The Market has a private dining area where you must enjoy alcoholic beverages and whatever snack you may have picked up along the way. I enjoyed a pinor noir with my veggie plate some Bantam and Biddy(Concourse C). I look forward to returning.

Michelle H.

Yelp
I was ignored in line. Three team members stood around at the grill and talk. when my order was finally taken, they were not friendly
google avatar

Anne S.

Yelp
So rude! I'm in the Atl airport a lot! The lady was so very rude that the customers all started to talk amongst each other. The staff seemed to be operating in chaos. I canceled my order as it was taking wayyyy to long.
google avatar

Jane P.

Yelp
Generally, I always make a stop here for food on my layovers in the ATL airport, especially if I'm in Concourse D. I tend to always grab a chicken caesar salad or a specialty sandwich, The Big Peach Sandwich! The spot is always clean and convenient. Their food is always fresh and tasty, and light so I'm not feeling too weighed down on my flight! I would suggest dropping by this place if you have around 1.5 hours on a layover since they have good quick options and lighter/healthier meals!
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
Zurich T was polite and professional. Just got an espresso so can't comment on the food.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Ebony went above and beyond for our family today and it was greatly appreciated! Fast, friendly service and excellent food!
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Biggest waste of money for breakfast. Ordered a veggie omelette.. was completely over cooked as well as the potatoes being undercooked. Not too mention i spent over $15 on this. Would not come back for the breakfast

Alvin A.

Yelp
ZERO STARS!!!!! While traveling through Atlanta the worker waited until the line got long to notify everyone they weren't making any items from the kitchen. Literally made no sense because they had the freaking menu displayed. They had no sense of urgency either. Terrible experience.
google avatar

Mo G.

Yelp
Ordered more than $50 worth of food. The Cashier by the name of Kamari is rude disrespectful and should not be in the service industry. Shrugging at every question asked, yelling at elderly people to step out of the way. Every time we ordered something he was huffing and puffing. He is bad for business

David D.

Yelp
The choices are good and the staff are friendly. I ordered an omelet on 5/14/23 and it was very poorly prepared. Will not order that again.
google avatar

Kennedy W.

Yelp
Thankful for Ebony's hospitality! We were the last served for breakfast and it was worth the wait.
google avatar

Cle N.

Yelp
I would give this place a no star. Staff early morning shift on 8-17-22. 2 females cashier. 1 male cook. So unprofessional. They're attitudes were terrible for just starting. Attempted to order an omelet. Wait time 25 minutes only 2 people ahead of me. Older female cashier had no patience for customers. Shook her head when they were slow to order. Male cook complained the entire time while cooking using profanity language stating "Fuck them". Then you can hear them talk about the customer. Just plan messy. Whomever owns this place you hired the wrong people. I don't even want the food because of his energy while warming it up. Smh . Never again while at this airport would I go there. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. The cook

Yelp
I got an iced tea here and it was so bitter like maybe it's too concentrated or something. The service was quick.
google avatar

Marcus D.

Yelp
Really poor service, and the food here isn't good. By 8:20am they were out of many breakfast offerings. Really? Coffee was watery and it was an act of Congress to get a double cup. Ordered tea for my boss and couldn't get a second cup and the water was boiling and I neatly burnt my hand getting the tea to her. Isn't a second cup cheaper than a complaint that may lead to a lawsuit? Seems obvious but maybe they need to rethink their service. The quality and availability of their food products and adjust their water temperature. Crappy experience for a nearly $10. AVOID THIS PLACE! Would give zero stars here if possible.

Maya R.

Yelp
Dashona is ALWAYS there bright and early to greet me with a beautiful smile on her face and her welcoming personality! My food is always prepared fast and HOT! I love the market! Special thanks to Dashona for taking care of me on the regular
google avatar

Gordon M.

Yelp
Maybe because it's across the lazy employees at Einstein Bagels, who even refused to open shop. These ones opened but won't cook. Not cooking said the woman at the register. Only take out. Nothing hot. I asked if anything was wrong. She said she was not cooking. First time I buy something while passing through ATL and finding employees rude and lazy. Who supervises these people?

Ann S.

Yelp
The cappuccino was great snd Renata was customer service orirnted. From the time i ordered til i left the shop they were very froendly. I will be back when i fly thru Atlanta

Kris F.

Yelp
This is not your fancy restaurant stop in the airport.... but it suited me just fine. Decent wine, good prices (for the airport especially) and incredibly friendly service. The steak sandwich was amazing too. Ms Tonya KILLED IT and truly made me feel like I was a valued customer. Thanks for making my almost 3-hr layover a joy!
google avatar

Charles M.

Yelp
Quick and reliable deli. Nothing special. But they had most items that you need whileon a layover. I got grilled cheese that was more cheese than grilled.

Abhishek M.

Yelp
Had a long day and looking for a grear coffee. Brianna the batista was amazing and made a coffee drink that just hit the spot. Thanks food and wine.

Trentsin B.

Yelp
I would like to personally thank Dashona F. for her above and beyond customer service skills, she always radiates sunshine every morning I stop by The Market by Food & Wine before work. She is a model employee and it's always a pleasure.

Tom T.

Yelp
food was solid 8/10 service was 5/10 place 9/10 I dislike that you pay $12 for a beer and it's not full and half foam. not cool

Asean S.

Yelp
Renata was really helpful and knowledgeable about helping me with my wine selection. Nice clean place with fast service

Felicia A.

Yelp
The food was fine. Service? Terrible! The cashier had a terrible attitude. I'm sure the pay is not great, so you get what you pay for? The store was dirty, stocked poorly, no forks out. Corporate needs to visit, it needs serious evaluation.

Kristie S.

Yelp
Good fast sándwich. Zurich T at the counter was very nice and helpful!

Yelp
My husband and I were at the Atlanta Airport to catch a flight. We are from California and very unfamiliar. My husband got lost and the women at this establishment The Market by Food and Wine on the D concourse along with two security guards helped me and actually found him, 3 hours later. They were so compassionate, caring and extremely helpful to me at such a frantic time. I cannot thank them enough so my heart goes out to Collette, Tracey and Cymtrell. Along with Bobbett and Nazhara of the security department You all will forever be in my thought and prayers.(I hope I got their names and positions right. It was a terrible time for me. I apologize if I didn't)

Atlanta M.

Yelp
Great breakfast! Great service, and they are quick! I highly recommend if you have to catch your flight and don't have time to wait.
google avatar

Yelp
We came here since the Einstein bagel place across the terminal was super busy. We didn't wait in line long but we waited 20 minutes for out food and coffee. It took 10 minutes to get a latte and another 10 for the sandwich, which I am convinced was ready when the latte was. The guy making all the food would bag orders but not bring them to the counter and call anything out. It took me asking the cashier if the bags were ready. The coffee didn't taste good (too hot and didn't taste like there was barely any espresso) and the sandwich was terrible. I'd rather wait on Einstein than come tot his place again.

Roger H.

Yelp
Renata was super efficient and friendly on an early Friday morning. Greeted everyone with a beautiful smile.
google avatar

Tracy S.

Yelp
There are better sit-down restaurants at this airport. For a quick bite to eat, this was decent. I had the Big Peach sandwich with ham and Brie with peaches and honey--I chose wisely on that. It was messy to eat, which I am fine with because I loved the flavor of the honey. I could not imagine eating this on a plane however, if you grab one to go. I was very disappointed in the raspberry danish (bear claw looking pastry)--I chose unwisely on that.

Manda Bear B.

Yelp
I've been to Atlanta Airport so many times, but somehow I missed this little takeout deli by Food & Wine Magazine. Salad, sandwich, wrap, and coffee. I picked up the Pho, they fill in hot water for you, fresh spinach, beef, it was solid, hit the spot when you get a cold. The Caesars Salad wasn't good. The chicken was dried. The cherry tomato looked old. So I ate the romaine lettuce only. Cafe Latte was ok. Service was wonderful by this gal, polite and helpful. I'll be back if I'm at this terminal D again.
google avatar

Keith P.

Yelp
Terrible attitudes, vastly overpriced food options. If your choices are between this place and a vending machine, take the vending machine because it will meet your expectations and not give you any poor attitude.

T C.

Yelp
Salads were not good/fresh. I got a cobb salad and after opening and digging to the lettuce, the lettuce was very wilty and the chicken looked questionable. Really worried about the egg!! I did ask to return it and they allowed me to get a different salad. I got a southwestern salad with slightly better results. This was a $12.50 salad and not worth $2.50.

Jackson Y.

Yelp
dashona is the best . she helped me with my order and was a delight. she deserves a raise!!
google avatar

Amber P.

Yelp
Nice folks.. Pricey, but the line went faster than anything else. It's food, you're hungry... Eat.
google avatar

Matt V.

Yelp
Very average, slow and expensive. Exactly what I expected from an airport outfit. Sandwich was kinda tasty, hence the three stars. Everything else was worthy of 2.
google avatar

Tonja F.

Yelp
Disclaimer: this review is only for the Chicken Caesar Salad I just purchased. It looks very appetizing and I wasn't even upset about the over the top price, but now that I'm on the plane trying to coat what seems like two heads of romaine lettuce with this little cup of dressing (quite tasty dressing I have to say) I am furious. C'mon food network- you know that a salad this big, with lettuce cut into pieces this large requires more salad dressing. I even added it all, put the lid back on and shook the heck out of it hoping that centrifugal force would "force" the dressing in all directions and that at least HALF the lettuce would at least be minimally coated. NOT! Over half my salad is dry and for me, inedible!!! What do you expect consumers to do with all this dry lettuce??? This salad requires at least twice the amount of salad dressing than what was included. I would love for someone to contact me about a refund or a credit to Food Network because job matter how you spin this I did not get what I paid for. Thank you.

Airiel J.

Yelp
So they changed the name of this place to just Food & Wine. I got an Arden's Garden Oops! Smoothie and and banana nut muffin at the suggestion of the cashier. I am so happy I took that suggestion. Both items are great, but the customer service was even better. Rachel greeted me with a smile and apologized for the wait (which was not even long). They are doing a great job even 5 am in the morning.

Natalie F.

Yelp
I had a very pleasant experience stopping through food and wine. Cherry and Emmanuel were amazing and very attentive while I took a quick wine break in-between flights. The wine selection was good and the chocolate selection was even better. Will stop back my next time through!
google avatar

Joyce W.

Yelp
"The Big Peach" Ham & Brie was pretty tasty but super messy. With every bite, a sticky, honey-like sauce ooooozed out. The ham was fine, the peach slices were big and juicy, and the brie was super solid as well. When heated up (takes about 5 mins), the fresh ciabatta has a satisfying warm and soft texture. Head's up, even when warmed, parts of the sandwich were still cold (the peach slices and some parts of the ham). Overall, not a bad place to quickly grab and go, just grab some napkins too!
