Dear Management,
I would like to express my appreciation for two staff members who provided outstanding service during my stay today in Room No. 1.
One staff member went out of their way to assist with a document printing request, even though the hotel doesn’t offer that service—truly going above and beyond. The other handled a late-night disturbance with professionalism and a smile, maintaining excellent service despite the interruption.
I also witnessed both staff managing a situation involving police and in-house guests with calm, professional conduct, all while continuing to assist other guests seamlessly.
Their dedication and positive attitude made a strong impression. Please pass along my thanks.
