We stayed at The Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest about a 6 days, around the holiday season.
The hotel has a very big name, and many people come just to take photos next to it because of the decorations. People even walk inside the hotel as if it were a museum, which completely ruins the privacy of the guests staying there. It felt uncomfortable and not private at all.
Another disappointing point was the room itself. Considering it was Christmas and New Year season, there was absolutely nothing in the room that reflected the holiday spirit. Nothing made you feel like you were staying there during a festive period.
Breakfast was another letdown. It costs £25 per person, and every day it was exactly the same food — very boring and not worth the price at all.
During the same trip, we stayed at other hotels that were much better, more organized, more beautiful, and more luxurious. Unfortunately, compared to them, this hotel did not meet expectations.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 10.
