The hospitality I received from Rafiq Bhai and his father was truly exceptional - warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The houseboat itself was a marvel, with comfortable bedrooms, spotless washrooms, and unique architecture that added to its charm. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the stunning scenic views of the surrounding lake and mountains. Our stay at Martin's Houseboat was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed with such warmth and made to feel right at home. Despite arriving early in the morning, well before the official check-in time of 12 pm, they graciously accommodated us and treated us to freshly prepared, home-cooked meals. The staff went above and beyond, guiding us to the best-priced shikaras, taxis, and markets, making our experience even more memorable. The houseboat itself was impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. Overall, it was an incredible trip, made even more special by the wonderful people we met along the way.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom facilities were surprisingly modern, with hot water available. The houseboat was equipped with Wi-Fi, though we barely used it because we were too busy soaking in the natural beauty.

This was such a great stay! The houseboat is clean and feels Royal. It is very well maintained and the staff are there for everything you need. The food is comfort and delicious. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Srinagar

Amazing experience on the houseboat and homely food provided by the owner. They treated us like a family members and have a lot of fun in the evening with them where he has played harmonium and guzzle of some Famous personalities

We stayed here one night and the houseboat is quite luxurious. Very nicely maintained and quite neat. Highly recommended. They arrange for shikara ride as well.
