I bought several mattresses from this place. The same sale guy, very friendly and informative. One of the mattresses is a king size memory foam w a 20 year warranty that has indentations and is absolutely horrible to sleep on. I called today to find out if they are running any Labor Day specials as I meant to come and pick out a new mattress. The guy who picked up the phone was short, and curt. I asked if they have sales today (Labor Day) and told him about my indented mattress. He told me that I need a hand written receipt from 15 years ago (would have been nice to know 15 years ago I had to put that into a deposit box for safe keeping), and that he won’t be looking up my info on the computer. Then just hung up on me!!!. Oh, I didn’t get to tell him that I planed to stop by and drop another $3-5k on a mattress. What kind of family owned customer service is this? Especially, with repeat customers?!
Sold me a mattress, told me about the great warranty, but you can’t actually exercise this warranty. Both warranty and customer service are a joke! I bought a new mattress elsewhere.
