Bernie was absolutely incredible to work with. This was my first time mattress shopping, and he made the experience feel comfortable instead of overwhelming. He sat eye-to-eye with me on the mattress across from where I was sitting, which made the whole interaction feel genuine and personal. He never tried to push me into the biggest or most expensive mattress…instead, he listened to my price range and what I actually needed. Because of his honesty and the trust he built, I never once felt taken advantage of going into this on my own. Mattress Factory is like Mattress Heaven! The customer service was excellent—they took their time showing us the best mattresses within our budget. We got to try them out to get a real feel for each one, and they provided all the details we needed about every mattress. We ended up purchasing three: a king, a twin, and a full. I have to say, the prices were unbeatable, and the warranties were a huge bonus! If I ever need another mattress or box spring, I’ll definitely be going back to Mattress Factory.

I purchased a mattress in the summer and found the whole experience positive. The sales associate (non-owner) was extremely helpful and patient. I was not pushed into buying the most expensive or popular mattress, either. The selection is huge so there really is a mattress for everyone there. It was just nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable about mattresses, unlike another store that was reading standard corporate lines from an iPad. Delivery was quick too. I am so happy with my purchase and sleep well each night without any more back pain! I highly recommend this store and would purchase from it again.

Mattress Factory - Montgomeryville Pa Purchased our mattress on 11/22 and almost a month later, it’s still not delivered. They cancelled delivery dates multiple times. We shopped early to plan for Christmas guests and now we are left to scramble. Really disappointed as we expected better service from a family owned business.

I am moving to PA and so I am in need of a new mattress. My son and daughter in law live in the area and highly recommended The Mattress Factory. I had the good fortune of speaking to Patrick Murphy when I called the store in Lansdale on Route 309. He was kind, informative and answered all of my questions. I so appreciated his kindness and professionalism. After I made the purchase he even welcomed me to the area. WOW!

If you're shopping for mattresses, make sure you plan to visit Mattress Factory first. My family has bought 3-4 mattresses through them so far and each experience was wonderful! No complaints whatsoever! The latest visit, my husband and I have our little girl with us because we're trying to pick out a mattress for her and her little sis. The staff, Kevin, didn't mind her roaming around when I am trying to control her a bit cause overall it's a business place, not a playground or amusement park now. Kevin was professional and wonderful to work with. He analyzed what we're looking for and the types and models we're ranging to get and showed us the floor demo for us and our daughter to try. Kevin was not only professional, but also quite friendly. Great discussions and stories we had while shopping our choice of mattress. Very pleasant shopping time there for sure.

I have an awful experience. The mattress was so uncomfortable I literally couldn't sleep. Very hard to donate the mattress but I finally found the charity that would take it. This business will do nothing after you've paid. They tell customers did they write a positive review, they may win coverage of their entire balance. I took a $1,600 lost after 4 weeks of not being able to sleep. I got a fabulous mattress from raymore and flanigan.

Purchased more than one mattress here over the past few years. The selection is impressive. The staff are experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time with you. Delivery was on time, and painless. With our last mattress purchase, we had a relatively new bed we did not want thrown out. The salesperson knew of someone to whom we could donate the mattress - he had the delivery team pickup the old mattress and then coordinated delivery.

Back and hip pain -- along with a pillow top mattress that was only making pain worse gave me the urge to stop in here and see what deals they had. Mattress prices have certainly gone up since I last shopped but thanks to Andrew's great service, I spent about an hour or so bed hopping - trying this and that and found the best one for me at a reasonable price. Even bought a pillow (and had to exchange) for a softer one. Andrew was pleasant, knows his stuff and their inventory and in short enough time directed me to my new mattress. Delivery was 2 days later and I had the best nights sleep I had in a lonnnggg time and my pains were eased thanks to the adjustable frame. You can't go wrong checking this place out.

Caveat: This review is not based on an experience surrounding a purchase. This review is based on our experience window shopping as a newlywed couple. Salesman: Andrew is tall standing at a bit over six feet. He has dark, short to no hair, is younger, and is slender. Andrew gets five stars for service going above and beyond. Ambiance: the music is set to the top 40 radio and is a bit loud to my taste, but I tend to have a strong aversion to loud music. Congestion: we visited around 5pm on a Saturday and there was only one other family and one couple who frequented this establishment while we were being serviced. There was one other salesman: a larger, older, gentleman who is probably about five ten in height. This gentleman helped the other customers while Andrew took care of us. Service: Andrew more than met our expectations as we asked many questions. He catered to our physical needs (back problems) and our propensity towards the Tempurpedic line. He was very sensitive and attentive to our pricepoint and helped use browse the produces based on price. We are very pleased with our experience. Quality: everything is here. We enjoyed the selection. Andrew did not pressure us which we appreciate. Salespeople do not make commission.

Kevin Etheridge was awesome. He provided first class service from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable in the various bed types and made sure to spend the time needed to get us the perfect bed. I truely mean start to finish - we visited on a Saturday, he told us our bed would be delivered on Tuesday and it was. That is awesome considering we are dealing with the supply chain issues. I shopped twice in the last month for mattresses for our new house. I was nervous because we couldn't accept delivery for almost 2 months but the salespeople assured me that they could hold the mattresses I selected for me and deliver whenever I wanted! The store is huge and has a ton of options for every preference and a range of budgets. I found both salespeople I worked with extremely knowledgeable and they created a 0 pressure environment. I learned a lot about the latest innovations and it helped me select the best mattress for myself and my daughter. I'm very pleased with the attitudes of the employees - I felt comfortable making my purchase and look forward to our new beds!

Andrew was wonderful and patient showing us almost every mattress until we found what works best. We bought 2 mattresses and 2 pillows. He has a sense of humor and a great laugh. We enjoyed some side talk about our dogs and he also is very knowledgeable about the mattresses they have. I had been putting off this purchase for a long time and he made it very easy. We were shopping for a new mattress for our 17 year old son so we didn't need a fancy, crazy expensive mattress. We, of course, want a comfortable one, but the kid doesn't have back problems and in the near future most likely won't be spending much time using it anyway. We stopped at another store first and told the salesman what we were looking for and were quickly turned off when it became obvious he wasn't listening and wanted to make this a long, drawn out process in the hopes of selling an expensive mattress. So glad we came to Mattress Factory. Andrew the salesman didn't pressure us or try to up sell, which when a customer comes in knowing exactly what they DON'T want is a huge plus. He listened to what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Made small talk with us which is always nice. We had intentions of shopping around before making a purchase but after dealing with Andrew, saving a couple bucks wasn't important. We were more than happy to give our business to him. We left with a nice mattress for our son, for a great price, thanks to their Presidents Day Sale. Mattress Factory needs to make sure they keep Andrew around as an employee for a long time. My husband and I need a new mattress also and we will be returning to Mattress Factory when we are ready to buy one, on one of Andrew's shifts. As we were leaving my husband said "that was simple". Coming from my husband, that means something. He hates shopping for large purchases because of the process.

Garbage mattress. I called to complain and was treated so poorly. I was told I was an idiot for purchasing a mattress online. So disappointed.

We been researching new King size mattresses for what seems like forever now. On a whim, we stopped in earlier today. Based on Yelp reviews, past experiences with other mattress retailers and Google reviews, I knew I wanted to make Mattress Factory my first stop. Long story short, like many others before me, I was greeted by Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable, more than patient and helpful and gave me a rock bottom price, that not only did I feel couldn't be beat, but I had no desire to haggle with. I walked out in under an hour, completely stress free, with a new king mattress, box springs, a free water proof cover, free delivery and free haul away of my old bed. I will definitely make Mattress Factory my first stop for all my future bed needs. Thank you!

I had the best, smoothest experience ever purchasing my mattress set. Saw reviews on other business sites about this place, in particular, about the salesperson Andrew. It's all true. He is amazing and professional and lovely. This was the easiest purchase I ever made and the price could not be beat. Bed delivered today, IN the window of time promised and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good things !!!!

When my wife and I stopped in at Mattress Factory (Montgomeryville, PA) last weekend, we had no intention of buying. "We are only shopping," we told Kevin, our sales representative. Kevin asked us diagnostic questions to determine our possible needs. He showed us several options and gave us time to get to know each one. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns with straightforwardness, good humor, and expertise. Never did we feel pressured. When Kevin offered us an attractive price for a mattress and adjustable frame, we made the purchase. Within a week, the delivery men arrived as scheduled. Both items were properly sealed. The delivery personnel were careful in bringing the bedding into our house, polite and efficient during setup. They paused to answer our questions about using the adjustable frame. After shopping around for several weeks, we are glad that we did business with Mattress Factory. The company is family-owned, and we were treated with respect--not just as customers, but as people. My husband and I were looking for a queen mattress set for our guest bedroom. We only have guest two or three times a year for an average of five days. We didn't want to spend a lot of money, but we wanted something comfortable. We stopped in Mattress Factory after seeing a commercial on television and we are glad we stopped. Like others have stated, there was no pressure and we were able to take our time and look around the store. Andrew and Patrick were both patient and kind. Patrick helped us and he was fantastic. Again, no pressure nor following us around the whole time we shopped. We ended up not only getting the mattress set, but a headboard and footboard set, and a frame. The price was within our budget and the bed was comfortable without being expensive. We will be back for our next purchase.

We stopped in looking for a king size bed. Andrew greeted us and was nothing but helpful and sweet the whole time. He really took the time to find the right bed for us and wasn't pushy at all. I was apprehensive shopping, I didn't want to feel pressured but he made it an amazing experience and we will definitely be back when we need to upgrade our toddlers bed.

We walked in at 11:00AM and walked out with a brand new mattress an hour later! We were the only ones in the show room, and it was SO nice not being bombarded with salespeople. We told the man exactly what we were looking for and tried a bunch of options. They don't work on commission so we weren't pressured to buy a crazy expensive mattress. We found the perfect mattress and will have it delivered in three weeks. Our mattress cost around $5,000 at Sleepy's but we got it for $1800 here. Really recommend this place!

Such an amazing place to buy a mattress! No-pressure sales, and literally the most patient man (Andrew) I have ever met helped my husband and I two nights in a row. Absolutely the most unprofessional employees. John was completely rude and spoke down to my husband, mother, and myself. Told us one price on the phone, and when we got there 10 minutes later, it was a different price and then lied to us and said he sold the mattress that quickly because he was that great of a salesman....... really......... NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

I had a tremendous experience and finally got a great deal here! Andrew was a very professional, nice, and polite salesperson who made me and my husband really comfortable through the whole process. He's the best salesperson I've ever seen! I compared lots of websites and The Mattress Factory definitely had the best price ever! I cannot wait to get my lovely mattress set soon!

The employee was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient; You can't really ask for much more when you are shopping for something with your hard earned money. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrew. After a few weeks of debating and price hunting with other companies we ended up (on a whim no less) looking into Mattress Factory. Their prices are half the cost of their competitors [Sleepys], they are not a commission based operation so you never feel like a product or sale is being pushed or forced on you. This particular location was very neat, clean, and had many options. Definitely one of the nicest showrooms for mattresses that we had been to. Thank you, Mattress Factory and Andrew. I had a great shopping experience at Mattress Factory. Our salesman, Maruf was very helpful without being pushy. He seemed very honest and gave us a great price on our mattress. They call you the day before delivery and give you a three hour window. The morning of delivery they even gave me a more precise time AND called to let me know they were on their way. The whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend The Mattress Factory.

Great experience. I hate mattress shopping and usually feel like I'm getting scammed. These folks were super knowledgeable and helpful and didn't try to up sell me on something I didn't need. Love the mattress we ended up buying and would definitely shop here again.

Not only did they have a great selection of mattresses and amazing prices, but our salesman, Patrick Murphy, was absolutely awesome! He was super sweet, knowledgeable, and so helpful. He also gave us a great deal along with including 2 pillows and a mattress cover. We can't wait for our new beauty rest to arrive!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Stay away from this place. The floor manager John was extremely rude..... lacking any professionalism. Was trying to use a groupon deal and, all of a sudden his attitude changed. He was talking down as if we could not buy any high-end mattresses. Never will do business here and will never recommend to anyone else. Folks at ASF right across are much nicer to deal with.

There are three mattress stores in a one-block area in Montgomeryville. Don't waste your time at the others as I did before stopping in here. The sales people in this store are knowledgeable and helpful, do not work on commission, and do not pressure their customers. What a concept! Andrew helped us with our purchase, showed us a few selections in our range, and allowed us to make our choice at our leisure. The store is actually pleasant and inviting, and it is clear that customers are actually important people. Thank you, Mattress Factory!
