I came here on a whim during my Tennessee trip and I still crave the food I had. It was amazing! The servers are so friendly and recommended me what dishes to get as well as where I should go for dessert! I 100% plan on coming back here someday. It was very casual and I cannot emphasize how good the food was!

The Fried Rice with tofu and Filet were both phenomenal. I don’t know how they do it, but the tofu literally was pack full of flavor with a nice smokiness to it. The filet was amazing as well. Cocktails were top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

Omaha steak and red snapper, crab cakes and Italian cream cake were fantastic!

This week’s been a rough one — a mix of personal stuff and some pretty underwhelming service at a few restaurants I tried. But MTG PL completely turned things around and checked every single box! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the sweetest hostesses, and then Alan — the bartender (I dined at the bar) — truly sealed the deal. He was incredibly kind, charismatic, and knew the menu inside and out. He ended up recommending almost my entire meal, down to the perfect glass of wine — and he nailed it. As someone who helped open one of the nicest high-end casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, I know what a real dining experience should feel like. It’s not just about the food — it’s the service, the energy, the banter. Alan delivered all of it. While the food was good , I’ll be coming back because of him. Thank you, Alan — and thank you MTG PL! 👏

St. John’s Meeting Place was excellent! The food was delicious, the server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was romantic and welcoming. I would definitely recommend for a nice dinner or meal.

Had dinner last night before a show and once again The Meeting Place delivered a great experience. Our server, Josh, was attentive and professional, our food tasted amazing and was served piping hot, and the prices are very fair for what you get. My wife had the Friday night spaghetti and meatballs which was very good (especially the meatballs). I had the MP Fried Rice with Pork Belly. It is possibly my most favorite dish in Chattanooga. The flavors are unreal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at TMP and left wondering why we do not go there more often.

We popped into the Meeting Place, sat at the bar. Alan was amazing to watch as he multi-tasked making drinks for dinner guests as well as satisfying the 'sit at the bar' folk. Our drinks were A-1 along with Alan's kind hospitality skills! Looking forward to trying out a dining experience there at some point! Stay tuned!

Wow! What a place. We stopped in for happy hour on a Thursday night before grabbing dinner somewhere after and were blown away. It was not crowded at all and we were seated upstairs in the bar area, which had an extremely romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Their happy hour menu is top notch. We greatly enjoyed the fall sangria and French 75. Service was quick and attentive. We will have to check this place out for food another time!
