Amazing little place. Delicious basic Belize food. Incredible friendly service. Honest family business. The Melting Pot name doesn't refer to the food, but the people running it. They say that they switch around between the different types of ethnic Belizean food.
They only have a small sign which is easy to miss. Slow down on the road to avoid missing it. It's just a small hut. We enjoyed it and when we mentioned the worldcup and how I would like to see my team play, they brought out a TV from their house to the back yard of the food place and we were enjoying the game with the dogs and the chickens.
