She was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. When I mentioned I was looking for a good restaurant nearby, Alina took the time to recommend some local favorites and even helped me make a reservation. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location and cleanliness were also notable highlights. Stayed here for a little less than a week. I had one of the loft rooms. It was just what I needed as a landing pad. The front desk was always super friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby was yummy. Great location near a bunch of restaurants and very walkable to get around and to landmarks. 4-star review because the shower didn't get hot water, wasn't freezing but definitely didn't get warm.

If you are looking for an affordable, no frills place to rest during a short trip this hotel would be the ideal choice due to the location and the amenities/facilities- Upon checkin you are required to provide a 100MYR CASH-ONLY deposit, which was not clearly stated anywhere. I thankfully had the money on me but the nearest ATM is about a 5-minute walk away and could be slightly sketchy at night. I arrived very early, and the hotel staff was able to check me in at 13:45 instead of waiting until 15:00 which was a plus point.- The room was clean, except there was a small cockroach running around which brought my overall rating of it down.- The bed itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities functioned well. A strong hairdryer was provided, but there was no ironing equipment in the room which was misleading as it was stated that it would be provided.- The TV is old and outdated, and the channels completely did not work. Do not bother using it.- There is a small desk provided in the room, however it is very narrow which may not make working possible if you have a bigger laptop.Summary: The cost and location makes this hotel is a great value for money option if you are a traveler that only requires a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a convenient location. Do not stay here if you are expecting a five-star hotel experience or if you like using hotel facilities.

Cozy room with a refreshing green feature wall and a unique round window that brings in natural light. The bed is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Just a bit noisy outside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very basic hotel. Clean, friendly, window and AC. Very central location close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and public transport links. Highly recommended if you're looking just for somewhere to rest at night.

Checked in late at night with my 3-year-old son. Was asked for RM100 deposit but they couldn’t accept QR or transfer — I was forced to go find an ATM alone in the dark. Room had no windows, felt claustrophobic. Hotel located in Love Lane, and at night the area was full of drunk people. One guy even tried to force me to buy flowers in the street. I didn’t feel safe at all. Honestly, this hotel might suit backpackers or partygoers, but definitely not for families, solo travellers, or those seeking peace.

the room small with all facilities need. this room very well located in the heart of bukit bintang. lot of bar and restaurant are around. room small and clean. enough for my self. receptionist friendly. i like it. |have a little 7/11 into the reception area for all your needs. thanks

I booked the hotel late. When I went to the hotel I couldn't check-in. The receptionist Ms. Alina helped facilitate my request for early check in. One of the day I came in drunk was blabbering to her. She was so sweet. Treated me so well. Thanks to Ms. Alina. Looking forward to coming and staying there again.
