I was informed the leasing contract between the MET AKA (PR II/MCC SOUTH COAST PROPERTY OWNER LLC) and 24 hour fitness states that parking is to remain "unobstructed" at all times. This means the the MET is in violation of their leasing contract. I say we petition to get the parking barriers remediated. If this is the case the MET has gone about their business in a durressed manor and should be held accountable for their bullying actions immediately!!! I hope the owner or someone who is in management from 24 hour fitness see's this, please reach out to me. I have been in Real estate for 14 years and would be happy to offer my legal council to you free of charge. Also If we get the parking barriers remediated I will delete my one star review and give 5 stars, however something must be done.

Great place to go to. Quick, good parking, convenient.

The worst parking system I’ve ever experienced. The parking tickets are constantly faulty. People are stuck at the exit gate with traffic backing up behind them. The validation machines in 24 hour fitness work 60% of the time. Avoid this place.

Was rudely approached, almost attacked, by a security guard who asked me why I took a picture. I took a picture of the local landscape which was done well. I understand security protocol but the interaction was unnecessarily heavy-handed.

No toilet paper or supplies and the smell is disgusting throughout the gym!

You can't get a parking receipt. Back in the day when there were actually people, you could get a handwritten receipt. When I pushed the contact button, the person who answered said he was unable to provide a parking receipt. Um, some of us need those things to get reimbursed. They need to be able to provide one if their parking system cannot. Furthermore, this place is a food ghetto. There is a Quiznos that is out of business. All they have is a Starbucks and some random smoothie place. I need actual food for lunch. There was one food truck, and it was sad.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Don't even come here if u want to be harassed by "security". They are the most unhelpful and rude people here. They constantly argue with you, harass you when u ask questions, even once they tried to get physically violent with me and I recorded it.

What a beautiful venue! I attended an event at the MET Costa Mesa and fell in love with the campus. The courtyard area is huge and can host a large party or wedding but also has breakout areas for smaller type events. The outdoor bar area with fire pits would be perfect for a cocktail party or wedding shower.
