The Met Hotel

The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo.The breakfast was large you had a lot of options and it was tasty. There were 2 pools. The outside pool was amazing it had an amazing view of Thessaloniki and it had a bar. The inside pool was so relaxing it had a hot tub🛁 and a large pool the service there gave you towels and it was quiet there. Also the hotel had salons on the reception with a piano.

Dedicated staff, good breakfast, nice rooms. I dont ask more… these boxes are all checked. We stayed 3 nights with 2 rooms. Walls were relatively thin, but sound did not bother us. My wife went to indoor pool, she said it was small. But thats ok. So, price/performance ratio is good. thumbs up👍

Excellent hotel, excellent service very nice view from the roof garden. Internal and external pools are available. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is about 2km from the center of Thessaloniki. My recommendtaion to the hotel management would be to introduce a shuttle service to the city center. This would enable guests to have quick access to the center and back to the hotel.

Our company recently held a corporate event at Met Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The venue was well-equipped with comfortable seating, and plenty of space. The staff was incredibly professional and made sure the event ran smoothly, always on hand to assist with any of our requests.|The catering was very good, with a great variety of delicious food and drinks that everyone enjoyed. Breakfast was top!|The hotel rooms were equally impressive. We stayed overnight, and the rooms were clean and modern.|Overall, Met Hotel was the perfect choice for our company event. It combines excellent facilities, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal venue for both business and leisure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to host an event or enjoy a pleasant stay!

The hotel is old but it is ok for few days..! Breakfast is below standard for a 5 star hotel.. but the dinner buffet wasn’t any better which unfortunately was preselected in our Christmas package.. both breakfast and dinner buffet had very few selections and the quality of the food was not good..I am sorry but I don’t have anything good to say about the place that should be marginally a 4 star hotel..!! However the personnel was very friendly and eager to help..!!

This is a nice hotel. I definitely would not regret staying here. But there are pros and cons|Pros:|1. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Before we left home (from the US), wildfires started and the staff went above and beyond to answer our questions. The responses to emails were quick and trustworthy. Thank you Niki!|2. For the amenities, the price/room is very reasonable.|3. The pool in the basement and roof top pool are outstanding! The view is gorgeous.||Cons:|1. The hotel is located slightly away from the city center. You need a car (Uber or rental).|2. We booked this hotel specifically for the roof top pool. But when we reached they told us the pool is closed for maintenance. Next day they told the pool is closed for inclement weather (the sky was blue all day), and the third day the pool was open even when there was a thuderstorm! I thought the hotel was not forthcoming with the real reason.||Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is a bit outside of the centre. The hotel provides a nice shuttle service, it is about a mile walk otherwise. Our room was clean but well used, wear and tear to the furniture. We decided to leave a day early and the hotel was very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool one late afternoon, all the chairs were full and they had part blocked off for a set up of an event. Breakfast was nice. I would pick a different place for location and for less wear and tear.
