The Midland Hotel, Nakuru

Despite its location in the centre of Nakuru, the Midland hotel is an oasis of quiet and space. Food was good and the room was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. A handy and relaxing stop if you are visiting Lake Nakuru National Park. Good value as well.

The overall service offered during my stay at the facility was excellent. The check in process, the room service,food and the staff etiquette are all top notch. The location of the hotel is also good. I would recommend other guests to stay here.

Midlands had undergone quite a revamp over the last few years, rooms are clean and comfortable but what stands out is the service and food. The rotisserie chicken is still a must have!

Whoever made the cheesecake has clearly never tasted cheesecake. The rest of the meal was awesome. Wait staff were mostly non-existant, but I like it that way.

The Chicken Creamy Pasta I had today was extremely underwhelming—completely lacking in spices and flavor. It felt bland and uninspired, as though no effort was made to season or elevate the dish. It could definitely use some herbs, a touch of heat, or even a squeeze of lemon to make it more enjoyable.
