Came to the hotel’s restaurant to try the trout with butter sauce and it was above expectations. The fish was off the bone and served with a delicious souse of butter, parsley, garlic, and lemon. I had it with mashed potatoes – so tasty together. We also had the grilled halloumi, honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Service was super friendly, the view over the terracotta rooftops was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable – a bonus to an already great experience. Highly recommend – definitely go for the trout!
