Google
The visit was great! Worth the drive to Jerome to check this place out in town. Food was absolutely delicious, very simple but classic menu, no kids menu, so kids did have to order from the regular menu, and it was a little pricey for the amount of food.

Google
Absolutely love the food here, great staff very friendly! Love a good and hot mocha latte and they deliver every time! Damn good chi latte as well😎tasty desserts. We were able to make our way back there for lunch, had a 💣 burger and a 🍺!! Super quaint breakfast/lunch place small hole in the wall if you’re not careful you will walk right past it, if you do… turn around!!!We will be back!!

Google
My kids and I had the best time here!! Not only was the breakfast sandwich one of the best we ever had, Rusty's burrito was also AMAZING! And....What a sweetie behind the counter today! On the haunted tip?? Yes! We all encountered a ghost here today! Look toward the door at back of patio next time you dine to see how far it opens while you aren't noticing. What a great day in Jerome! ty Miners Cafe for a perfect jump start to our day!

Cute, hidden gem that you have to look to find since it's downstairs. The turkey club was delicious, and the waitress was very sweet.

If you're not careful, you might overlook this delightful venue as it is DOWN THE STAIRS beneath the Christmas Store sign as you come into the town of Jerome to the left before the stop sign! We were all delighted, the 4 of us, at this wonderful discovery! We all had different menu items...hubby and I met my cuz and her fiancee for lunch and tour of the shops in Jerome. We are locals and this is under new management and we all were delighted with the Chef's take on many comfort foods in the menu! One was Flap Jacks that was raved about as the, "...best ever had.." by our eldest member of our group and picky on his praises, hubby had their Philly Cheese Steak that he said was better than he had in Philly! I had a wonderful take on a standard BLT that added turkey & avocado and on great sourdough bread! Their salads and freshly made dressings were heavenly as well. They also have a nice variety of teas, hot &/or cold. Will make a point to eat there on our next visit! A must-have for us, check it out! 😋🤠

Google
The place is very cozy, the staff is great (we were attended by Juan Carlos, so sweet and kind). The food is really delicious, the drinks and coffees are amazing, prepared to make customers come back. Everything is delicious and prepared at the moment. Moderate prices. It's definitely worth a visit in Jerome

Google
Can't screw up breakfast. Or maybe you can... but this place didn't. I ordered the Miners Breakfast with a side of biscuits and gravy. It was very good. The place is very small, service is good, coffee is hot, bacon is legit - thick and smoky. If you're in the area, I too, recommend stopping in.

Google
I am super impressed with the freshness & flavor of the Reuben sandwich & salad I ordered at The Mine Cafe. The Russian dressing perfectly complimented the pastrami & marbled sourdough with grilled sauerkraut. I highly recommend this quaint establishment which also has a cool little bar.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. The prices were a bit high, but so was everything in Jerome. At least the food was delicious!

Yelp
If you're wandering around Jerome and need a morning pick-me-up, definitely stop by Miner's Cafe. It is such a cute little spot for breakfast or brunch with a really welcoming vibe. The staff were super friendly and got our food out surprisingly fast, which is always a plus when you're hungry. I had the avocado toast and it honestly hit the spot. They use really good, quality bread that held up perfectly, and the flavor was fresh and delicious. It's a great, no-fuss place to fuel up before exploring the town.

Yelp
Delighted to find The Miners Cafe is open early! I had a class and stopped to get coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find out there is also gluten free bread to have with your meal! Great cheerful service!

Yelp
I noticed this cool cafe located under stairs.... when I see people walking down the stairs. Then I saw the signs of the cafe. How cool! I made a note to try it on my way back. I did stop in, I forgot to order the green chili quiche on the sign because I was thirsty for ice tea. I got a tea, cookie and a cake slice that looked coco nutty. All very good. I was glad to stop in such a cute spot, with cute art, cute seating and a cute little side patio w a mural. It was a nice quiet hideaway secret spot that prob many locals adore. And a lucky few like myself get to stop in!

Yelp
While strolling through jerome on a very hot day, we googled coffee shops and to our delight, we found a very clean and fun coffee shop called Miners a cafe! The two very inviting greeters, Raven and Savannah, were behind the bar making coffees when we walked in and were super helpful picking latte flavors for me and very friendly and fast. I got the caramel vanilla latte with oat milk iced and boyfriend hot vanilla late with whole milk iced and extra espresso shot. We were so thankful to them as we strolled around in the heat drinking the coffees exploring town. The tee shirts were really cool and we didn't walk out without buying a smoking nun shirt, that would be impossible. Too cool and very fun place.

Yelp
Found this little gem in Jerome. Fantastic family welcome and the best breakfast I've ever had. And it was just the avo toast! Are you kidding me? It was unbelievably scrumptious. Momma of owner was bringing in her home made pastries and welcomed us in with our 2 dachshunds. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised. And still think about it months later.
google avatar

Yelp
Was a smaller place but very clean and the service and food was tasty! The dirty chai tasted proper and the patio is cute it made me feel like I was in another country :)
google avatar

Liz M.

Yelp
The good: Cool atmosphere and decorations, good music, and I honestly thought the food was really good! I got the yogurt parfait and it was tasty- vanilla yogurt, fresh berries, and good granola. The bad: wow, really slow service. From seating to leaving was almost an hour and a half. It took 40 minutes to get food. It took almost 20 minutes to get a drip coffee that was brewed WAY to strong, and I love a good coffee. I could tell pretty much all the tables were bored and waiting to either order or for any service at all. Not sure if it was a good value- $10 for a yogurt, and $15 for a two egg breakfast seems steep. Overall: I would go back if I wasn't in any sort of rush and try something new.

Yelp
Fantastic service, amazing staff and excellent breakfast, a must do for any visit to Jerome AZ.

Yelp
We were the only customers in the place - at the time. I asked for a double toasted English muffin and 2 easy over eggs. I was delivered 2 over easy eggs and an uncooked English muffin. Eventually, my new English muffin was delivered. It was one step above raw. I eventually ate my boyfriend's food - when a perfectly toasted English muffin appeared. I was done eating. Terrible service

Bill B.

Yelp
No frills local diner with good food. Open early. The locals' choice. Service was casual but efficient and professional.

T M.

Yelp
Looking for an early breakfast spot and came here. So glad we did. Accommodating to vegetarians. Enjoyed the croissant breakfast sandwich sans meat and my hubby enjoyed the comfort of biscuits and gravy. Coffee was delish in a cute mug! Great find! True gem!

Yelp
Overall wonderful experience, somewhat hidden location very petite and cozy, but with enough space for a small bar and some booths to sit and grab a bite to eat we stopped in for some breakfast the menu has a nice variety. We all got something different and we were all satisfied the same very happy with each different plate. They were kind enough to substitute the breakfast sandwich for a different meat biscuit extremely filling and taste wonderful with some fruit topping they have a nice spice, but not too much of a kick the iced hazelnut lattes where a great flavor

Yelp
The soup was so good that I couldn't wait to dig into that French Dip sandwich. Once I did I realize that it had just the right thickness of meat slices. The front door is down a few steps. It is a small, quaint place. Super nice people. It is definitely a place to stop in at, you won't be sorry.

Melissa Y.

Yelp
This was the only place we could find that was open earlier in the morning. We are so glad they were! The parfait and Italian soda were fantastic. I love that they take such care in the presentation as well!

Yelp
I had breakfast there on sept 11 and I'm giving it a very qualified 3 stars. It should be 4 because the eggs are good. Cooked perfect and nice and hot. As well as the bacon. But it loses a star for each of the the two counts im about to mention because of how grievous and and basic it is. And both because of potatoes. When I ordered home fries I expected well..... fried breakfast potatoes. Not only where they soft, limp and mushy, they had virtually no flavor at all. Completely underseasoned, and bland. Second is a problem of quantity. When I got my dish, I counted exactly how many previews of potato was in that boiled mess of wilted Veg and starch. 10, 10 is the number. 10 lonly pieces of potato. I had to count twice. In what country is potatoes a hard to find commodity that needs to be rationed so explicitly? None of this is saying I didn't enjoy my breakfast, I did over all. But the lack of potato (the main filler of a classic breakfast) and the kitchen acting like they are afraid of spices is a huge deficit for the restaurant as a whole. I look forward to seeing how the place has improved next time im in town.

Yelp
Delicious little spot with its own cute charm. Breakfast was great, eggs and bacon cooked perfectly and Bloody Mary was made with just enough spice. They had games you can play while you drink your coffee or wait for your meals. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Driving thru Jerome and we needed a pick me up in the late am. So glad we stopped here. Great drinks and food. A must stop if you want to experience a cafe that does it great. Keep up the great work

Yelp
Try the quiche of the day! I ordered the green chili quiche and it was best I ever had. So fluffy and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the yogurt parfait with fresh fruit. Service is friendly. The Miner's cafe is located below Bobby D's entrance. At one time, the location was an opium den that the mine owner sponsored to keep the mine workers from forming a union against horrid working conditions.
google avatar

Dan O.

Yelp
The best place to go for a delicious and hearty breakfast. Their potatoes are excellent and service was quick and friendly.
google avatar

Breanne J.

Yelp
My husband and I went here each morning during our stay in Jerome. The woman at the counter was so kind and welcoming. The first day, we had a simple latte and pastry served warm. Both tasty and I believe they said the coffee and baked goods were local. The second visit I dined in solo and had the traditional breakfast (Miner's Pick). Everything was hot and delicious. Food came out quickly. I also liked that they were open early (7am). Many places here open very late.

Yelp
One of the freshest meals I've ever had!! And a cup of tea. Great service. Good vibes y'all
google avatar

Pam M.

Yelp
Things have changed. While the service is still good, in our opinion the quality of food has become inconsistent over the last few months.

kari Su p.

Yelp
Really cool vibe and atmosphere. Love the design elements. Coffee was really good and service was great. We'll definitely stop by again. Next time we are there

Emily S.

Yelp
Quick and friendly service. Great sandwich, coffee and Bloody Mary! Would definitely come again!

Yelp
I visit Sedona every six months and always stop by Jerome on my way home. I don't leave without having lunch at the Miners cafe' where I usually get the biscuits and gravy with home fries and a latte' or whatever specialty drink they are serving at that time. Had a tasty pumpkin latte just a few weeks ago and a prickly pear lemonade the time before that was Really tasty and refreshing. I've brought family there that have ordered various other items and all have been satisfied and happy with the food and service. Always friendly staff..the cafe' is a quaint little place below street level. A good place to take a little breather with a good meal and a cup of coffee
google avatar

Windy J.

Yelp
No time to sit and slow dine, so I got the al pastor tacos to go. Perfect balance of heat and sweet pineapple. Delicious!
google avatar

Norma C.

Yelp
Great biscuits with honey butter and rusty burritos! Highly recommend to eat there! Only open til 3.

Yelp
We waited over a half hour to receive our split miner's pick (2 eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast). We watched multiple other customers cancel their food orders because, presumably, they had also been waiting too long. We noticed multiple members of the kitchen staff preparing plates for themselves (even taking hot sauces/condiments off of customers' tables?) while we waited. Not that there's a problem with workers feeding themselves, but it really wasn't a good look for service or efficiency at about 10 am while the place was overflowing with people. Maybe this is an order-ahead, to-go deal. The food we eventually got was warm and okay. I'd choose somewhere else and definitely not dine-in.

Krivera716 ..

Yelp
A wonderful sub-level coffee stop in Jerome if you're in the area during the day. The ambiance was a wonderful mix of cozy and classic. Though the sit down area is compact, to-go options seem easily accommodated. Board games and reading materials are available for any curious and engaging guests. The drinks and food were amazing, just the thing to energize you for day explorations in the town. The Ghost Town Toast and Killer Bee are definite recommendations, along with any of the barista's suggestions for drinks. Scott was a memorable part of our experience, with just the perfect mix of sassy and personable. Quick and enjoyable service. We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. The biscuits get. 9.5/10. The rest o of the food was what you would expect. Only issue was my sausage patties completely charred underneath. The service was great but seemed short handed.
google avatar

Laurie F.

Yelp
Great little "hole-in-the-wall" place! I had the breakfast burrito & it was delicious! They have wonderful lattes & even some cookies that we took to go. I would definitely go back when we're in town.
google avatar

Rose T.

Yelp
Amazing! The most delicious food and great service with a hint of fun-loving sarcastic conversation. The jack fruit tacos are to die for. Been craving those amazing tacos since my visit. Make sure you don't skip this one ... it's a memory maker for your taste buds!!!

Ryan K.

Yelp
Food was that perfect simple breakfast option. Great bacon, large portions, great coffee. Servers were so kind. Calm atmosphere fitting for Jerome.
google avatar

Dale P.

Yelp
Stopped in for a late breakfast and had the best "breakfast sandwich" I'd ever had. A cozy little hole in the wall that many people likely overlook, which is too bad. The servers were extremely friendly, and the cannelloni (yes, dessert can be part of breakfast) was also very good! My only complaint is that the lattes were unexpectedly small.
google avatar

Phillip G.

Yelp
Very fun little spot the breakfast and drinks were very good the staff was friendly and more than accommodating if you are in Jerome stop in and treat yourself !!!!

Linda J.

Yelp
I'd been to this same restaurant several times in past visits and everything was always very good. This trip I had heard it was under new management with new menu items so I of course had to see for myself. 1st had a savory turnover. WHAT?! A savory turnover?! Never have I ever. It was a Caprese' Turnover- SO GOOD! Flakey, buttery, yumminess. Our 2nd visit there were 3 of us for breakfast. The new manager greeted us and made morning beverage recommendations after asking us what we usually drink/like... Nailed It! We each got something different off the menu and everything was so good. Recommend and will definitely be going back the next time I'm there. *I wanted to try everything on the menu **No picture of the turnover because it was so good we gobbled it down before we thought of it

Sue C.

Yelp
Worst experience. Went for breakfast, they served everyone around us but not us. Had to go up for cream, more coffee, etc. finally came to our table after people that came in 25 minutes after were eating and said what did you order again. Left hungry!

Elly K.

Yelp
Super tasty! Be warned that online menus may be outdated... I wanted vegan/vegetarian options that were no longer available, but our server Angela helped customize some delicious options. Cute cozy lil cafe.
google avatar

Claire C.

Yelp
This place is a hole in the wall. I received the recommendation to stop here for lunch from a local and I am glad I stoped in. The food was very good and there was no wait for lunch considering we came on a Friday. The French Dip sandwich was exceptional. They also have coffee and expresso options along with baked goods if you're not looking for a sit down lunch. There are a lot of places to sit inside and a few options for outdoor seating.

Detta C.

Yelp
Best cinnamon roll with bacon... Ever! Scott is such an awesome, wonderful person!!! He will keep you in stitches while treating you like royalty! Make sure you go see him! You'll be glad you did!!! Detta Cavanagh

Angie C.

Yelp
Tasty sandwiches and biscuits that melt in your mouth! I loved chatting with the guy behind the counter and he makes a great London Underground! Thanks for a fun meal!

John H.

Yelp
Nice little cafe with an excellent Caprese sandwich. The owner was great to talk to.

Michael V.

Yelp
The turkey club is money!! Loaded with smoked turkey, bacon, and avocado, this is definitely one to get!

Jason M.

Yelp
Hello, I have quite the complaint to make. I am not one to usually review places but this holds a special place in my heart. I went here today and ordered one slice of quiche as it was the special of the day. We waited 45 minutes without any update on the order. We did not complain or say anything but when we went to buy extra things the waiter adopted an attitude with us like she couldn't be bothered to work a register. It was just very unprofessional and embarrassing to be honest. You're getting paid to do this job it's not volunteer work so do it well. That's all thanks

Annette B.

Yelp
the young lady who greeted and waited on me was super nice. she helped explain the coffee choices to me after I told her what I liked. the coffee was really good! I definitely recommend stopping there! great ambiance.

Lisa G.

Yelp
We were seated immediately, right next to the bathroom door. Ewww. We were completely ignored by wait staff for 15 minutes. Not worth it. Way over priced for mediocre food and bad service.

Mike K.

Yelp
Great food ! The servers are always friendly and attentive. Definitely try the biscuits and gravy !

Thea V.

Yelp
Breakfast was awesome at the Miners Cafe. Hernandez burrito had all the good stuff in a tasty grilled tortilla. The Little Daisy french toast, eggs and bacon was spot on. The coffee was very very good. Staff and ambiance made our breakfast even more enjoyable.
