The Miners Coffee Churchill

Disappointing experience. They don’t serve African coffees or do V60, only espresso and batch brew. The staff doesn’t speak English or share any brew details (no grams, seconds, or origin latitude). It feels more like a student spot near the university—no real focus on quality control. If you’re looking for something bright, fruity, and complex like MaizeLab, this isn’t the place. Mostly Latin American profiles, not my cup of coffee.

Nice spacious coffee place, have more rooms for sitting one feels more like coffee place when another one is more workspace kind of vibes. Original matcha or coffee drinks even with blue spirulina. Even their cookies are flavorful. They sell some of their merchandise too. Seems like very trendy place.

My favorite iced matcha in townnn! It tastes so delicious with the coconut flavor, I also tried one of the cookies and it was amazing 🍪🥥 I keep coming back and I love it ⭐️

Very disappointed with this branch. It felt more like a fast-food place than a cozy coffee shop. The issue isn’t with the staff — they were kind and tried their best — but clearly with the management. On a busy weekend day, there were too few employees, and they simply couldn’t handle the load. We waited a long time to place our order, and the food came at different times. Nobody even asked if we wanted everything served together. The syrnyky were extremely dry — honestly, frozen ones heated in the oven would taste better. It felt like baked buns or cakes, not real syrnyky! The restroom situation was also unacceptable: the women’s stall was closed the entire 1.5 hours we were there, and to reach the toilet you had to walk through the men’s urinal area. At least put up a sign! Overall, it felt like a McDonald’s — just with higher prices.

Great atmosphere to get in the Zone and get focus work done. The WiFi is good and there's plenty of room to spread out and work. Really love the bench by the windows and there are super comfortable places to sit outside. I'm a cold brew afficionado and theirs is great. They didn't overload it with ice, either. The almond cake was delicious, too, and service was fast.

Really pretty coffee shop with aesthetic drinks and food! The seasonal CocoMango is really refreshing and so good, that i came back a second time! They also have outdoor seating which is perfect for a sunny day.

Coffee is always great at the Miners, much better than any StarBucks. Crepes arep their seasonal food and the variety is great. The ham and cheese crepe is underrated, definitely worth a try
