🚫 Extremely Disappointing Experience — Burnt Food, Poor Service, and Possible Racial Bias
We wanted to sit on the terrace, but even though there seemed to be available tables, we were seated indoors instead. The indoor area was dark with no lights turned on, and the food came out badly burnt, as you can see in the photo.
The staff seemed poorly trained — they didn’t check how the food was, didn’t ask if we were enjoying our meal, and showed little to no interest in the guests. Their expressions and attitude were also quite unpleasant.
We were so disappointed that we only ordered a small amount and left quickly.
Overall, this restaurant does not meet the standards or quality one would expect from Marriott.
To be honest, we also couldn’t help but wonder if there was some racial bias involved, as the way we were treated felt noticeably different from how other guests were treated.
