Alessandro is an amazing host for this impressive property. Location is absolutely perfect. On arrival we were given an early check in and an upgrade to a suite overlooking Matera. The rooms are exceptionally clean and decorated modern and bathroom is very spacious and modern. Presentation is 10/10. Highly recommend anyone visiting Matera this property is perfect for your stay.

This residence is ideally located just a few metres from the historic centre. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed with separate toilet and experience shower. Our host Alessandro was most helpful and helped to make our (unfortunately) one night stay in Matera a memorable one.

This is impossible. I cannot find something wrong. And the owner … how in the name of Jesus worked with custom made materials and stuff I cannot find in my country to make this room so cool. PS. The cleanest room in Italy that I have seen in 10 days … looks like new

The location of the residence is very close to city center. Every room was unique. Spacious, modern and well decorated. Almost the best that I have seen. Welcoming was flawless. Definitely I would stay here again.

Great hotel in the perfect location for the sites. Alessandro is a brilliant host/owner. Very helpful and considerate.|Car parking nearby which added to a stress free stay. Matera is wonderful, whilst photos show the beauty, actually being there has to be experienced.

Beautifully appointed suites and rooms in a small palazzo just one block from the historical center of Matera. Only two suites and four deluxe double rooms on 2nd floor with very modern amenities. No front desk staff but very easy to access after hours with electronic security. Host meets you at your desired check in time and again at check out. Excellent accommodation!!
